Had a great stay…would love to stay again

My friends and I were traveling to play in a billiards competition and finding a comfortable place to sleep and convenient location is so important. This place checked all of our boxes and then some! There were kcups for the coffeemaker and the hot chocolate was such a pleasant surprise. We had to play our competition at a private club that happened to be a smoking bar so we were so happy that we got to refresh our clothes with the laundry available. Parking was easy and communication with the host was perfect. We were extremely happy with all aspects of our stay. I would highly recommend without hesitation!

This place was immaculate. Squeaky clean. Super comfortable. Everything we needed. It was easy to find, Kate was so kind and the space felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back. The beach is very close, and it’s a very peaceful setting.

We really enjoyed this apartment. Host made check in easy and the home was clean and welcoming. Location is perfect walking distance to Essex st.

Very clean and updated apartment with everything we needed in the kitchen and bath. I so appreciate the washer and dryer for our daily use in the apartment. We took the kids on a trip to Boston and felt safe in the apartment even though the area isn’t as desired as being in the city. It is on the 3rd floor which I didn’t know when I booked so be prepared to haul your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The subway is about 3 blocks away (5 minute) walk which was so helpful to get in and out of the city with ease. The little bodega next door was great to have to small necessary items and snacks. The host was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Lovely stay. Very quiet throughout the building and on the floor of our stay. The shower drain had been clogged prior to our stay, and when that was communicated to Ryan, he had it serviced right away. The location is great, it was only a 10-15 min uber to Fenway Park & TD garden. For nicer weather I’d highly suggest this location for quick access to the beach and nice restaurants close by.

Kevin put together an amazing stay for my colleagues and I. I will say it was one of the best homes I’ve stayed in. Kevin is very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend staying at his home.

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

A very quiet, laid back, and peaceful get-away awaited me, my husband, and our dog, Isaac. Kathy's home is tastefully decorated and very inviting. It sets back from the main road, so sleeping is heavenly. Isaac loved safely exploring the outdoors in the very spacious fenced in yard which is easily accessible from the home. A great place if you are looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of every day life! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, Kathy!

This was a best of all worlds for a family birthday celebration. The property was big enough to be comfortable, with outdoor seating to allow us to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather. We could gather around the counter in the kitchen, in the living room area and had the option (which we did not use) for a family style dinner in the dining area. Beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. Instructions for entry and use of kitchen and tv were very helpful and specific (not all newer tech is intuitive, and this was well anticipated by our hosts). The location is close to Salem for a daytime Halloween visit and the option to walk around Marblehead during the evening trick or treat activities, finishing with a walk from the house to an elevated harbor point to watch the closing festivities in Salem across the way. We all were completely impressed with the property and the location and would look to stay there again.

I recently stayed at Peter's place, and it was exactly as described in the posting. The pictures were accurate, and I was pleased to find the space clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The location is fantastic, as I grew up in the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a quiet retreat for our day trips to and from Boston, and this house was perfect - quiet, peaceful, and beautiful.

From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely place to stay for a beach vacation, and unusually well-equipped with everything you need for the beach - towels, wagon, toys, chairs, umbrella. Would for sure stay there again! The hosts are close by and super-responsive.

The home- Spotless, well appointed, quiet and private! Master bed was very comfortable (didn’t use the other 2 bedrooms so can’t comment on those) and master bath was gorgeous with great water pressure and actual HOT water. The home had toiletries, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, etc . There were also k-cups for the Keurig and plenty of kitchenware if you wanted to cook- however you can walk to Greg’s Pizza- everything we tried there was very good. The host- Shawn responded immediately to messages, he was flexible and kind. Due to a family emergency we had to check out a day early and Shawn immediately told me what to do on the app to get a refund which we did not expect. His home and kindness have me writing this review while still dealing with my family emergency because I could NOT let this review go unwritten.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

My partner and I had the best time here! We loved every second of it and didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect size and very cozy. Joshua was an extremely nice host. He responded to my concerns or questions in a timely manner, and was just overall really nice and welcoming. Would definitely book again!

Most enjoyable vacation I have ever experienced. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The location was as described, and the scenery was breathtaking. I will be planning on coming and staying here again next year and years to follow!

We had the most wonderful time at Pat's place! The cottage is everything you could hope for for a cozy weekend getaway spot - comforting wood smell, slanted ceiling, skylights, and a lofted bed. The place was impeccably clean with beautiful appliances. The bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in! Thank you for having us and we would definitely come back!

Fantastic. Close to the Wood Island station which made getting to the city very easy.

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Our stay in Gloucester was beyond amazing! A trip we have put off since Covid began but back in June we decided to make it happen! Sarah’s condo was beyond our expectations. Beautifully set up,homey, comfortable and right in the middle of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. We are from Annapolis, Maryland and I grew up on our bay crabbing … Gloucester reminds me of home. Everyone we met were so friendly, helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I’m a runner of 40 miles a week so my morning runs were filled with so much beauty from colorful leaves, to a sunrise I’ve never seen! Sailing is my thing so being surrounded by water, boats and of course the smell of fish … we knew our trip was extra special! We stayed specifically on Halloween for Salem fun and Salem did not disappoint! Helpful… a bar directly across the street from her air bnb! We hiked to the lighthouse early morning for exercise and its view did not disappoint either! Five star visit!
