Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.

A wonderful stay! Both Marianne and Rob were fantastic hosts and the hut was very cosy with a spectacular view and beach access. We’ll definitely recommend it. The beautiful secluded beach is a real knockout. Marianne & Rob were so helpful and friendly - but left us to our privacy. Strong recommend from us.

A warm cozy place perfectly located on a secluded street right next to the beach. Can’t stress enough how perfect the location was. Very clean and everything in perfectly working order, plus the most gracious host. A well deserved five star place.

We had a lovely stay at Carey's place. The flat was clean, comfortable and warm, with plenty of space. It was well-equipped with everything we needed and the little outside space was a fabulous sun trap. We found it to be fairly quiet, despite the close proximity to a takeaway. The flat is in a great location, within easy reach of the shore / beach walks and a short drive to the new forest. Carey was a great host, providing plenty of information ahead of the visit and also providing an extensive welcome folder. We would love to return when visiting friends in the area again in the future.

Beautiful accommodation! We absolutely loved our stay at Admirals Watch. Perfect location with lots of dog friendly places to eat and drink in walking distance. The flat itself was amazing. Every room looked fantastic, it has everything you need for a long weekend (or extended) stay and it was such a nice relaxing place, we didn’t want to leave! To top it all off the hosts very kindly left us a bottle of wine and some lovely biscuits as well as plenty of coffee, teabags and milk. I would definitely book this again and highly recommend. We had a lovely short break on Hayling. House was beautifully laid out, clean and accessible, child and dog friendly! Although we were only there for 2 days, it would have been good to have things like salt/pepper, cooking oil, kitchen paper etc available, especially for the price. Limited things like tea towels available for use and with a child and a dog, you need more than one sometimes. All that being said, we can not fault the property, the view, the hosts, the information provided to us. Extremely helpful information folder available with not only instructions of everything you may use, departure instructions but local attractions including restaurants. One local place we had been to before and decided to revisit due to the welcomed sunshine was Inn on the Beach, great place 5 minutes up the road! Thanks again for our mini break!

This was an out of this world stay! So peaceful and relaxing in this hidden gem. Felicity was amazing, made our mini moon super special and even provided us with some treats. It was private and luxury and the perfect stay with our Labrador to relax and enjoy the UK spring weather. Lots of lovely walks around and things to do. The hot tub was a great addition to maximise relaxation. Would definitely look to stay again.

We had a great time staying at Hoburne Naish. Great location, with plenty to do in the local area. The lodge was really clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful few days here. The view is addictive! We stayed up way too late tracking vessels coming in and out of Southampton. The chalet is spacious and beds very comfortable. It was a bonus to be able to park the camper van right behind the chalet and to bring two small dogs. Sadly weather was too poor to make use of the pool this time. Perhaps we missed the instructions but we had troubke finding no 77. Advise looking at the site plan as you enter the holiday park. All in all a very good stay.

Had a lovely break at Sandhills. The caravan was in a perfect spot with all the home from home comforts. Gareth and Marie were very helpful and prompt with any questions I had prior to our arrival. The park and surrounding area is very dog friendly and our dog loved her early morning walks on the beach.

Caravan was in pristine condition and set in a lovely location with lovely scenery and great walks with the grandchildren and dog. Highly recommend a stay there.

We loved our stay. Clean, tidy and beautifully presented. Very good communication and then kids loved their personal bag of chocolates on their beds and the welcome sign. We will definitely return. A gorgeous part of the world.

Catharine's place is lovely. An incredible view, lovely social space, and everything you could need. Catharine was very responsive and we felt very looked after. We'll be back.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Nina’s house in Southbourne, and we can't recommend it enough! The house itself was fantastic—spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our large group. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed using the facilities at the house, which added to our overall experience. Whether it was soaking in the hot tub or cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, everything was just right for our getaway. Nina, our host, was exceptional. She was responsive, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. Overall, this was the perfect getaway, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Nina, for being such a wonderful host!

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

We had a lovely few days at the boat house and summer house. It had everything we needed for four adults and two dogs and was perfect to relax in and while away the time with the ebb and flow of the tides. David provided some extra little touches, for instance a coffee, tea milk and biscuits to help us settle in on arrival and lots of helpful links to places to see and local restaurants. There was good facilities in the boat house including comfy chairs on the decking. The summer house was more basic with a kitchenette which could have done with a little fridge but was perfectly adequate for our needs.

Loved Carl’s place. The bungalow is right on the beach. We had fabulous weather which meant we could enjoy sitting in the garden, listening to the waves and watching the people go by on the path. Carl was excellent at communicating with us. I would definitely recommend this place. We will definitely be booking again.

James’s place was absolutely perfect for our mixed family holiday with 7 kids! The house was spacious, clean and with the most beautiful views over Seaview beach. The garden was a massive plus for us, stunningly beautiful with fun swings for the children. Direct access on to the beach was fabulous and we just had the best time. Thank you James for sharing your beautiful house with us.

This is such a great place I almost don’t want to write such a glowing review as it means we’ll end up with less dates to choose from for our return visit 🤣. Such a beautiful house, the photos don’t do it justice and Kate and Jonathan were wonderful hosts. The beach is right on your doorstep, it was perfect for morning walks with the dog, and lazy afternoons watching the sea merge into the sky from the patio seating.

Kate was a fantastc host from start to finish. She responded quickly to any questions asked and sent clear instructions regarding access to the property prior to our visit. She was also very quick to respond when we contacted her about something we were unable to locate upon arrival. This was sorted quickly and efficiently. The property was incredibly well equiped and very comfortable and spacious. It was also lovely and peaceful with a view of the sea. We were a family group of 8 our ages ranging from 7 months to mid 60's. This property worked well for all of us and we had the most amazing stay there. We would thoroughly recommend this property and would like to thank Kate and her team for making sure we had everything we needed.

A beautiful beach hut escape that we’ve now stayed in 3 or 4 times. Always go back to the same spot - so peaceful when the last ferry goes back across. Thank you for another lovely short-break! We’ll be back again no doubt.

I had a wonderful stay at the Beach Hut, it was so cosy and quiet and has everything that you need. The location couldn’t be beaten, it was moments from a beautiful shingle beach and at the end of the road was Pagham Harbour, a nature reserve with lovely walks and beautiful sunsets. It’s so close to the Witterings and so many other places to explore. You know it’s that good when you check your diary to see when you can return before you have already left. High recommended.

Couldn't ask for more from an Airbnb or the hosts. Perfect in every way - fantastic location right on the beach, said it was a 2 minute walk, .ore like 30 seconds !! Lovely place to stay, would highly recommend it to anyone who needs somewhere to stay. Ear the sea. Thank you
