I have stayed at zoe's before its a lovely flat views are beautiful I will return again,amble was my childhood home after my parents passed 20+ years ago didnt get there as much as I would like,then along came airbnb so now can visit with somewhere to stay, home from home.

Thanks so much for having us. Comfiest fold out bed I’ve ever slept on and great space. Beautiful village. Even got invited to the local quiz which we would have loved to join but unfortunately had to work! Hopefully will come back again for a holiday soon.

a truly beautiful apartment, immaculately clean, there can't be a better location right on the front facing the sea with amazing views, parking was easy at the side with the free permit included. super host, friendly and responsive, clear and easy access information. really spacious homely apartment with a nice well equipped dining kitchen, and a stunning lounge with bay window and the view! . the main bedroom also had a sea view. Tynemouth Front St is just a few mins away. Best air bnb weve stayed in Tynemouth. definitely recommended!..

My second stay at Shona’s place and I found it to be just as spotless and during my first stay. Shona also went above and beyond by contacting me and looking after some forgotten belongings until my return. Recommended

This is a gem of a place, really tastefully done apartment, very comfortable sofas and bed. Beautiful aspect, light pours in, great place to linger and enjoy. Central location for exploring the coastline. Short walk to beach and The Landinds cafe, resturant at Beadnell Bay. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Gary's house. It is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with just a few minutes by foot to reach the sea. The modern interior of the house has all the comfort you need and Gary went above and beyond to make it childproof and adjust to our needs. We would come back any time. Thank you :-)

Beautiful location, immaculately clean and cosy, was peacefully quiet, just what we needed for a few days. Many thanks for the milk, wine and delicious biscuits - an unexpected treat on arrival!! And so warm and cosy to walk into straightaway. A lovely walk along to St Abbs from the cottage, and another down to the beach and along into Coldingham where we had a very tasty pub meal at the New Inn. We were lucky to have blue skies for our entire visit -wish we could have stayed longer! Bob and Lu were very helpful and friendly in their communication, wouldn't hesitate to recommend ..or stay again!!

I enjoyed my week in Amble so much last May that I decided to come again and do the things I didn't have time for last year. The property is ideally situated for exploring the Northumberland coast and hinterland. Lots of castles, beautiful sandy beaches, NT properties and the Cheviots all easily in reach, plus trips out to the Farne Isles for some seabird watching. The property is clean, comfortable, and has a well equipped kitchen, and good central heating which is easy to control.

This was our sixth trip to Seaham and our first stay at Steph's beautiful property. Crisp whites and soothing neutrals set the tone for the coastal-inspired decor, with chandeliers adding a v glam touch! We slept well on the comfy beds, and the kitchen has every amenity you could wish for. The property is short stroll from shops and places to eat, and beaches are also close by. The coastal walks and the countryside are simply stunning. All in all, a fantastic escape.

Ellen’s place is ideal location - we travelled down for sky diving and a trip to Durham both a great distance from the Airbnb. Ellen was friendly and proactive and the space is clean and cosy - very homely. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Joannes home! It is so perfectly located to do all we wanted to - seaglass hunting!! Huge benefit to have the parking spot on the front drive. Also huge bonus to be in walking distance to ammenities - asda, pharmacy, home shops and food outlets. Everything we needed was here - a home away from home. The tea/cake/milk was a kind touch. Comfy, clean bright airy base. Comfy sofa and bed. Really well decorated and maintained, lovely colour schemes and accents - nothing has been overlooked. Joanne was an attentive host with friendly communication. Wouldn't hesitate to come back if we are ever up North again. Thank you so much!

A beautiful cottage. Very clean and comfortable . Quiet yet within easy walking distance of shops and harbour. Lynda is a kind and responsive host and made us feel very welcome. This was our first visit to the area and we loved it. Friendly people , amazing beaches, good food. .. and fine weather ! We can recommend the Harbour Inn for a pint or two after a day in the fresh air, and Jaspers is a great place for a special meal. Thank you Lynda - we hope to return before too long

The flat and kitchen were very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great location and very peaceful. Both Benjamin and Neil were very helpful and friendly. We would have no hesitation in making a return booking.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Pete is a really kind, flexible and friendly host and the apartment is just amazing, so well equipped, spacious, clean and in the most beautiful setting! I couldn't recommend it more highly and look forward to returning to make more happy memories :)

Lovely apartment. Such nice decor with everything needed for a cosy stay. Great location for walking around Berwick. Lesley was a great host with fast communication and updates 😊. Even though couldn’t park the car at the accommodation car parks were free and close by.

Exactly as described, great location close to all amenities. Could have sat and looked at the view for days. Abi was a great host providing clear instructions, everything was ready for us and the bottle of fizz and chocolates was very welcome.

Absolutely great place to stay with 2 12 year old boys. Brilliant location and so much to do - Caroline gave us some fab recommendations. The flat was in a perfect location - close to the beach and loads of places to eat. The boys loved the bunk beds and I was impressed with the size of the rooms. Kitchen well equipped if you wanted to cook but we ate out for most meals. The bathroom is a wet room - so take crocs for using the toilet after a shower to avoid wet feet - this was not a problem for us at all and the shower was lovely and warm. Lots of little touches were great, biscuits and tea and coffee, toilet roll, cleaning products so if you arrived late no problem - also a shop over the road. Highly recommend as a lovely downstairs flat with parking near the sea - perfect.

A wonderful quiet stay in a delightful flat on the second floor with wide stairs. Comfortable with everything provided with tasteful decor. Easy to find the keys with excellent access when parking the car. View was lovely and a great location for the beach and local amenities. Would definitely visit again. Thank you Robert

I really enjoyed staying at the Esplanade apartment in Whitley Bay which was very handy for shops and services, pilus transport via the Metro, and great local restaurants. The apartment was comfortable for what I wanted for a few days, and the parking space was an added bonus. The level entry without stairs was ideal too for someone with mobility issues like me having had a new knee. I'd recommend the place and probably stay again,

We had a great time. The flat was spotless with everything you need for a stay. It is 5 min from the main street, but still in a quiet area. Several good eating and drinking places nearby. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you, Sarah
