Laura’s home was the perfect place for my family’s getaway in Carmel-by-the-sea. Great location! So close to the Main Street of Carmel, and easy, beautiful drives to Monterey and Big Sur. Laura was also extremely responsive and provided some dinner recommendations that did not disappoint. Would definitely book again if back in the area. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay. Friendly, proactive host. Great kitchen for cooking that has not only pots and pans, but oils and spices. The bedding was cozy and kept us warm during cold winter nights. Gorgeous views and a hiking loop that starts from the home. Bring ear plugs: We had a wood pecker pecking on the house under our bedroom each morning. Other than the wood pecker, it was very quiet!

We had a lovely stay at Pam’s place. The house is beautifully decorated, has all the amenities you could want and is well maintained.

We loved every moment spent in this house ,especially the cats , the house was very comfortable, clean and cozy, I would definitely recommend this house .

My friends and I rented this place for our spring break, and we had such an amazing stay at Jack’s house! It was clean, fun, and in the most beautiful spot. It also had a great backyard and so many fun things to do in the area! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Come for the convenient location, stay for the shower. Vic’s home was a welcome place to rest for a night while in San Jose. The home was very clean and also spacious if you are traveling with multiple people. The king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was amazing! After cleanliness and safety, comfy beds and exceptional water pressure are really appreciated. Try not to drive up the water bill by living in that shower, but know you will be refreshed and rejuvenated. Vic and the management team were extremely responsive and helpful with all of my questions. I will definitely try to rebook the next time I come through San Jose.

Check in was super easy. The place is very cute and comfortable, and we had a great time. It’s an easy walk to downtown and the boardwalk, and we loved the restaurants in the area! Cafe Brazil has amazing food, BTW! Next time we’re in the area, Mermaid House will be our first choice!

This place was perfect for our family getaway! Rhonda is great and responsive! The location is perfect. The house is beautifully crafted and decorated. Loved the heated floors in the bathrooms. Loved seeing the ocean from the windows. And the rooms were spacious yet cozy. It was great having a separate cottage for the grandparents. And a deer visited every morning! A few things to note: If you are a light sleeper, noise in the house carries and the blinds let in a good amount of filtered light - not sheer, but not dark. My brother got sick and couldn't make it with his kid, which ended up being for the best, because the upstairs has a small landing and that's it, so it would have been noisy. But it was perfect for our toddler to have her own room right next to ours. 1-ply everything (tissues, tp, paper towels). Bring your own if that's important to you. They have kitchen towels which we appreciated for toddler water spills.

Marie was fabulous! The place is better than it looks in the photos! Any little thing she was on it immediately. We had a fantastic day and we definitely would love to stay again sometime soon.

We had such a great time!! The property was super clean. Jaime was very responsive. She had something we needed under an hour delivered to the front door! The area was cool, walkable & safe, lots of restaurants, ocean just a couple of blocks away, and lots of local artisan shops to visit. The property looked like the pictures and two big windows that brought the sunlight in was really nice , too. Very nice vibes here. We will be back!

The apartment is quiet, clean, and cozy. Perfect for a couples getaway. We also loved how the property is conveniently nearby all the sights! We came to Seaside to visit Carmel, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Old Fisherman’s Wharf, and Pebble Beach.

This place was spectacular. We had so much fun on our mom’s weekend getaway. It was everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful clean condo at Seascape resort. As a family with small children it’s perfect I have all the amenities in a condo plus resort features like a heated pool you can use in the middle of winter! Beds were comfortable, great proximity to the pool, and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

Stayed here for a couple of days for spring break. We will definitely be back. The location is amazing. Two blocks from the ocean and a beautiful walking path and 1/2 a mile to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay! Comfortable bed. For people with accessibility issues it is a second floor so there are stairs.

I stayed here for about a week with my two kids for spring break. I felt very safe here traveling without a partner - right across the street from the police station, next to the fire house, and secure locks on the doors. This place was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, walking distance from downtown and the beach, lots of space for us plus a few friends who came to visit. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again!

Absolutely stunning location and super friendly owner. Everything had clear instructions and she even let us park in the driveway while unloading our baby gear and waiting for a parking spot. Less than a half mile to the aquarium and lovers point. Just an all around wonderful stay!

Amazing, peaceful and serene!! We felt right at home. Breathtaking piece of land!! Rooms were perfect for our family and beds were very comfortable. Weather was cold but bedding kept us warm. The radiant floors and space heater kept the downstairs comfortable. We loved keeping the fire going while it rained all day. Truly and restful stay.

My family love this beautiful cabin, the landlord is super friendly and helpful, and it’s located at a very convenient location, just 10 mins away from Los Gatos downtown and 20 mins from San Jose.

From start to finish, I had a great time at Kris's rental. Kris was proactive with communication & did everything to make sure we found everything okay. She communicated everything clearly, all the house instructions, rules, wifi-passwords and extra information were all organized in a binder which I found super helpful. The host was really nice and supportive & the experience was 10/10. The location was also really peaceful and private & I enjoyed the views it came with. By far my best AirBNB experience & I would like to thank Kris a lot for going above & beyond. I would highly recommend, fantastic host and fantastic experience all-around.

This is the kind of place that makes you want to go back! I stayed here with my two young boys for a couple days while visiting the Redwoods. The house is just as described - cozy and charming. This place is especially perfect for families with little ones. My boys had so much fun exploring the art room, feeding the banana slugs, and playing with the wooden train set in the playroom. Kristy was very communicative and helpful in offering tips for exploring the area. Highly recommend this spot to anybody looking for an awesome spot to call home.

A wonderful stay in the redwoods! Debbie was very kind and responsive and we’d love to come back so we could spend more time exploring the forest + Santa Cruz beaches.

What a peaceful get-away. The cabin was easy to find and the surroundings are beautiful and serene. And the cabin was spotless with a great kitchen and bathroom. I highly recommend.

We had an unforgettable stay at this charming little cabin nestled in the woods near Carmel-by-the-Sea. The tranquility and natural beauty of the area made for a truly serene escape, and we made very special memories here, including getting engaged! The cabin was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, and the stunning surroundings added to the peaceful experience. It's conveniently close to Point Lobos, and just a short drive to the Monterey Aquarium and Santa Cruz. Colette and Al were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything for a comfortable stay. We cannot recommend it enough for anyone seeking a quiet, nature-filled getaway!
