The beach cottage was a perfect spot for our weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, blocks away from the beach and boardwalk, and the cottage itself was clean / homely. Would definitely stay here again next time our family takes a trip to Santa Cruz.

Sarah’s house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures! Super communicative with our every need. Tons of space and amenities! Loved the outdoor patio and the peek a boo ocean views! What a lovely gem of a home! Holly’s house was a GREAT home-away-from-home. We checked in and settled into 3 very nicely appointed, cozy (not small - just cozy) bedrooms. House had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend away - and in a beautiful setting! The is a great spot!

We were 2 adults with 2 teens and a dog. Loved that this home was pet friendly. The house had everything we needed, really loved all the space and light upstairs and view of ocean and sitting on the balcony having our morning coffee and lunch and just chilling and taking in all the beach and nature vibes. House is just as pictured. Really appreciated having 3 full bathrooms for all our family too.

Myriam was responsive and helpful from the start including giving us a link to current evacuation areas when the storm of the year was pounding the coast (we were fine). we did find all spaces but the deck slightly smaller than expected and I would check about the mattress in the HP closet as it was only a 1" camp pad, which wasn't great for our 11 yo. Loved the locations and binders with local suggestions. Communication couldn't have been better and would stay here again although would check on HP closet mattress. easy walk to the beach and went daily.

I had a lovely stay. I work overnights and cherish quiet places like this. I almost can never sleep during the day without ear plugs and a noise machine. It was so peaceful! The hot tube and outdoor shower are amazing. The host was very friendly and responsive. They talked on the phone with me twice, once before I got there, and once after, but left me to my privacy. Honestly couldn't think of a single improvement. The house is clearly lived in and has everything you could think of. The bedrooms are older, but that's part of the charm. I spent most of my afternoons waking up on the deck or throwing the ball for my dogs. I wish I could stay here every time!

We had a second amazing stay in Lisa and Brigg's cottage. The property is lusciously green in the spring and the place remains tranquil and private while still being close to destinations like Monterey and Laguna Seca.

We enjoyed our stay. The house and back yard were peaceful and pleasant. Especially enjoyed the lemons from the lemon tree.

We LOVED our experience here. Marc was super helpful and easy to work with. The home is super clean and nice and we will definitely be back!

Konni’s place was very comfortable and clean. The hot tub and backyard amenities were wonderful. Very comfortable stay, we look forward to coming in to visit again soon.

EJ and Nancy have such a lovely property. We easily felt we had our own space. You can tell that they've been doing this for years, and have a great way of making everything comfortable for guests. Our two kids had space to spread out, the playground is not directly next to the front door of the apartment, but you can see it through the yard's trees & hear them more or less within ear shot. Kitchen was amply supplied and set up, & there are plenty of storage spaces and creature comforts to make the stay feel like home. Beds were comfortable & clean, super comfortable pillows. The unit itself doesn't get a ton of natural light, but to be expected in redwoods. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, we had a nice time chatting with them. Wonderful hosts, they felt like family. Their little dog is so so sweet and friendly as well, my kids loved the dog. Great location, easy to get to surrounding areas and Santa Cruz proper. Would return!

This is a great private space for a large group retreat. We stayed for a long weekend with 15 people and enjoyed the pickleball court, volleyball and badminton nets and hot tub outside, as well as the views of the surrounding country side. Many of the bedrooms have on suite bathrooms which is great for a large group. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans and dishes, just make sure to bring your own ingredients as mentioned. We had an issue that was resolved and Liz sent maintenance to check within a few hours. We'd definitely stay here again

Maria and David are phenomenal hosts! The accommodations were absolutely perfect for my pup and I! You can truly tell that so much thought and care was put into the cabana and it is so lovely and cozy. I highly recommend!!

Great spot near the ocean. A short walk to the beach. Beautiful house that was well kept. A wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect and the home was very suitable for 7 people and 1 dog. We especially liked the large open common area. My only suggestion would be to add a coat rack or hooks near the front door. There was no place to hang a coat anywhere in the house. This however is a minor detail. We would certainly stay here again.

Jane was very nice and responsive when I needed to change my travel dates due to a unique circumstance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to returning.

Had a wonderful stay! Janet’s home was very peaceful and relaxing. Literally had anything we could need during our stay. She also let us check out at 1 so we could go on one last adventure without being in a rush! I would definitely recommend her place, & stay there again sometime!!

Peaceful and quiet. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

As a parent, it's often challenging to find kid-friendly places that are also enjoyable for adults. However, this stay offered the perfect balance with no compromises! The space was beautiful, centrally located (just 10 minutes from the aquarium and 8 minutes from Point Lobos), and the views were stunning. The space was spotless, and Pradyumna was incredibly kind. It was an all-around great experience, and I highly recommend it!
