Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. Loved the game room. Ideal location with great access to local spots. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The house is absolutely stunning! Close to town yet far enough away that the beach experience was still private and not overcrowded. The kids enjoyed the home and all of its games so much! The deck was a wonderful place to sit and play as well! Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

Our family LOVED this Airbnb. It perfect for just my husband and our 4 kids. The location being right on the beach with our own chairs and umbrellas was the cherry on top. The host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The home was very cozy and we would love to stay here in future again.

We had a great experience! The view of the gulf from the deck was beautiful with great sunsets! The kitchen had plenty of dishes & cookware for our holiday food prep.

We had a fantastic New Year's holiday here with a very large group of 4 families. The house has private access to the beach and one of the best views for the New Year's fireworks show. It's a great location and has lots of options for takeout and many great bars within walking distance. Todd was really helpful and responsive to all our questions.

We had a great stay in Santa Rosa beach. We got to experience the florida blizzard during our trip! It was a very short walk to the beach and it was nice to wake up to the views of the lake especially when the dock was covered with snow. Thank you Elizabeth for sharing your home

We had a great 3 night stay at Brit's place. It was very quiet and peaceful. There is a neighborhood cat, Stella, that comes around to make sure that she knows all of the people on "her" block. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the living room for all of us. Thank you for the lovely weekend!!

We enjoyed a few days here over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was such a relaxing getaway! Loved that it was right on the beach. Made our holiday a great one!

We had a fantastic stay at Christina's beach house with our family of eight. The house itself is exactly as advertised, with great amenities including a pool and grill. The space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was particularly nice, well-equipped for cooking at home, which we really liked. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach or pool, making it easy to enjoy either. However, there were a few things to be aware of. After booking, we were required to sign an agreement that was heavily in favor of the host. While this didn’t pose any issues for us, it’s important to note that there are several fees if you don’t comply with certain instructions. Additionally, the cleaning fee was quite high, yet we were still expected to do some of the cleaning and laundry ourselves, which felt a bit too much. Despite these points, we had a wonderful time and Christina was a great host. I recommend this property, just be aware of stipulations.

I highly recommend renting this home! There are not enough star's to give it. It was so clean, beautiful, and the location was great. Everything listed on the description was exactly how we found things. Tyler was amazing to work with. He was very responsive and very accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure we had a perfect vacation. I will be saving this rental for further trips and will be glad to pass along to friends visiting Destin! We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

Family of 11, grandparents, parents and grandchildren totally loved the house! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms in a beautiful house with lots of amenities including heated pool, kids playset, stroller, wagon, bicycycles, everything you need for the beach. Everything was clean and modern. Loved our stay!!

Aimee’s place was just as described and very lovely. She was very responsive and sent one item which we requested within 24 hours. The furnishings were more substantial than most AirBnBs in quality and felt more like a real home. The pool was nice and relaxing.

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful, it was exactly as described super clean and overall a great stay. There was an issue with the key at first, but we were able to get it resolved very quickly because the hosts were so responsive and quick to attend to our needs! We would be more than willing to come back and stay any year!

Great place and great host! The pictures shown do not do the place justice! We were shocked when we walked in. Very easy short walk to the beach too. Kids also caught plenty of bass in the pond out back.
