We had an amazing stay at this property during our fall break! The house was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Leavetown was an amazing host and fantastic to work with, super responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal for a relaxing getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend!

My three teenagers and I had such a wonderful stay over our fall break. The villa was spacious and beautiful. We had everything we needed. I appreciated the soft cooler, beach chairs, and boogie boards that were available for use. Having the golf cart pickup as an option was nice, but we ended up just walking to the pool and beach most of the time. Sunsets were incredible. Tonya was super responsive to my concerns about weather, and she gave recommendations for what to do on our final day waiting on a late flight home. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

We were very pleased with our entire stay. Suzette was wonderful to work with. The entire condo was extremely clean and very clutter free. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals when we didn’t feel like going out to eat. There were tons of restaurants in very close proximity to the condo. The resort itself was very beautiful and pristine

Best vacation spot! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They were the best hosts ever they were understanding ,helpful,friendly and responsive. I would definitely plan another trip here. The property felt like a vacation inside a vacation!

The location was perfect for our family vacation and the golf cart was a great plus to the home.Both the beach and village were only a short golf cart ride away. We enjoyed greeting the turtles in the mornings off the back patio and everything we needed for the beach was provided as well. The resort was clean quiet and full of activities. I highly reccomend Renatas place and we definatley will be back. Both the check in and check out procedure were convienant and easy. Just outside the resort all kinds of shopping dining and activities for all ages were easily accessible. This unit was very clean and well kept.

Wonderful Stay, Amazing Host ! Jenna was extremely communicative and responsive any time I’d write her. It really did feel like an extension of our home with an absolute stunning lake view and close proximity to the Pool, Beach and local Restaurants. Thank you for having us !

We had a blast during our stay! Great location: distance to restaurants, beach, supermarket, etc. The golf cart was perfect for driving around the complex and to the beach. Very responsive host! Beautiful space- exactly as pictured! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at your home. There was more than enough room for everyone. The walk to the beach was easy for our family entire. Having all the beach essentials available so we didn’t have to bring them from home made life so much easier for this mom. I just at can’t say enough. I cannot wait to come back!!

Fantastic place. Absolutely perfect for our small family get together. Everybody has their own rooms and bathroom. It was simply perfect!

Great home. The golf carts are convenient. Only a few minutes drive to get to the beach access and there’s multiple public beach accesses within a 20 minute drive if you don’t want the Sandestin beach. If you’re going to do inflatables on the water, pay for Sandestin’s both more value and better inflatables than Crab islands offering. House was spacious. One room has no closet but has a large dresser. Master has a very large walk in closet. The loft space with two beds is great space for kids. House had everything we needed. There’s a closet to store your beach toys. The closet also holds any toys that have been left behind. Including a beach wagon. So great to have this for families. Pool is a short walk away. Large pantry to store all your food and snacks for the week. There’s a small back porch with seating for 3 and a grill. Looks over a water channel filled with lily pads and frogs. Would stay here again.

Was perfect for what we were down for. Super clean place with a very responsive host! Literally the best spot on the beach with a little cove the kids played in! Will stay again!!

Can say enough about the location! Amazing, quick walk to the beach, walkable restaurants, quick trip to grocery and shopping. Had a small issue with some gnats that the owner quickly responded to and quickly resolved. We would stay again!

Richard was a great host! Quick at responding and very informative. The place was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, lots of towels, kitchenware, extra pillows/linens/blankets. Fully loaded with beach essentials/toys. Golf cart was a huge plus for us getting to and from the beach. Absolutely loved this home! I’d stay here again for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Silhouettes by the Pool Unit. The villa was exactly as described, and the heated pool was a fantastic addition. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and your prompt responses to our questions. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy our long weekend getaway.

House was beautiful and in a great location. Golf cart was fantastic and easy to get around everywhere. Great experience!

The place is perfect. 3 well-sized bedrooms each with their own bathroom; great for 3 couples to have their own space. The kitchen and living room is open for all to hang out together. The kitchen bar is huge and was perfect for all 6 of us to stand or sit around and snack and chat. The screened in porch was the perfect place for morning coffee. The place is so nicely decorated without a ton of clutter. We only cooked breakfast at the condo but the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. It was really clean and the towels and linens were new and soft. The location of the condo is perfect; short walks everywhere. Elizabeth is so nice and is quick to respond to all questions and requests. We plan on staying there again next year.

Comfortable and clean first floor Villa on Stewart Lake in Seascape Resort. Perfect location for the music festivals held there since it's right by the venue. One bedroom with King bed and a Murphy bed in the large living room. There are barstools at the bar but no separate dining table which worked fine for us. Enjoyed coffee on the screen porch while watching the ducks parade by. Right across the parking lot from the pool and easy walk to the beach on a bridge across the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
