Close to everything you need in a trip to Destin. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Very comfortable bed!

We spent five nights here and could not have imagined a better place to destress and celebrate the turn of the year. The cottage is very cute - even better than the pictures. Kitchen is fully stocked, very spacious and easy to use. Location is fantastic- only a minute to walk to the beach and short distance to the grocery store, wine shop, and donuts:). The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend!

A wonderful spot conveniently located. Lots of space and plenty of bathrooms. Very relaxing! Some stairs, so not ADA friendly.

My stay at Jason's was exceptional. Every amenity described and offered was true to the word. Jason's home was peaceful and quiet. The 350 steps away from the incredible beach was the highlight of my stay. A functional and much used kitchen was minutes away from Publix and great restaurants. I can't wait for a return visit.

We had an amazing time here! Paul and LeeAnna were so friendly and responsive. The place was very clean, walkable to the beautiful private beach, had beach towels provided, nice patio to sit and relax on. 10/10 recommend! A perfect experience.

We absolutely LOVED staying here. The location couldn’t be better. The host has books of recommendations for food, activities, etc. in the area and it got us to visit some places we otherwise wouldn’t have! Highly recommend. A fabulous stay.

This review is specifically for the flip flop services as we were placed in another location and didn't stay in this actual rental. Construction on the building was scheduled after we had made our reservation and Kristy gave us the option to either cancel or relocate. We chose relocation and are very happy we did. It was a beautiful place in a building down the road. The area offered many places to walk to and was relatively quiet. Thank you, Kristy for your prompt responses and communication throughout the process, and particularly, thank you for giving us a choice! We would definitely book with flip flop again!
