Our group was two couples. You could tell the house was freshly renovated, and it looked great. It was clean and exactly what we were expecting. The location was very close and walkable to many different restaurants and stores. Highly recommend for groups like ours. Thanks!

A Phenomenal 2 week stay at this lovely home in Seaside Heights that’s conveniently located very close to the beach, lots of great eateries, & a supermarket. We had lots of room for us & our 2 small dogs who loved the spacious yard. Everything was just as described & we felt right at home the first day. Beautifully decorated, very clean, convenient driveway. We loved lounging on the front porch, relaxing with our pups in the yard & watching movies in the comfy living room. Lots of closet space, full-length mirror in cozy bedroom & roomy shower. Kitchen stocked with all necessities. Toms River & Lavallette both minutes away with lots of fun restaurant choices & activities. We also visited great restaurants within walking distance on the Boulevard & went biking around the dog friendly neighborhood. Great beach, boardwalk lit-up at night, cute park around the corner, easy keypad entry. We found a dog-friendly beach inside the state park!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

Could not ask for a better place to stay in seaside. Clean, beautiful, felt like home. Host is fantastic and communicates well. Beach passes and 2 parking passes are also a huge plus. We got engaged this weekend and staying here will be very memorable. Thank you so much Katie!!

We came down to stay for a couple of days. The location was perfect for what we needed. Seven of us stayed in the house, it was clean and spacious. We were checked in on each day of our stay to ensure we had everything that we needed. The house was clean and comfortable. Waking up to the sunrise on the water was a great way to start the day. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Our extended family had a wonderful weekend at Larry’s place. The house was great for all ages (kids toys were a huge bonus!), amenities were exactly what was listed in the posting and the location was walkable to the beach/playground! We loved our stay! We would recommend this for a big family ! We felt right at home and the place had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood is very peaceful , it was nice to come back from the crazy city to a calm home and there is the beach a few blocks away. There was a store down a few blocks that had everything we needed. Any questions we had we would message the host and he was very responsive and respectful. We would definitely come back on the next New York trip we do with our big family.

Terrific beach house with great amenities and lots of space for a large family! The house was free of clutter and had a cozy feel. We are looking forward to renting again once the weather is warm!! So close to the beach and the backyard pool will be wonderful in the afternoon. Highly recommend!!

I had a great stay at Anneke’s, she went above & beyond to make the place warm & inviting, especially during the holidays. She had tons of recs, left little snacks, & even a couple gifts since I was there for Christmas! The space was very comfortable, and the backyard was exactly what my dog needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Myra’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway! She was responsive, friendly and so helpful. The space was exactly as described - cozy, sweet, and functional. A really nice place to shower and hangout after some good beach time.

Awesome Place! From the minute we walked into lights on and music playing to the minute we left we were extremely satisfied!!!! Very large shower with high pressure and height, everything you need to cook meals, snacks left for us that took the edge off of the long travel to get to our destination. Beautiful view to wake up to, swans off the deck. We truly loved this place and will return. Thank you so much Wendy!

This location is perfect! Walkable to the beach and close to places to visit. I was there to visit Monmouth University and that was a nice distance from campus. Loved the place, especially the shower! The details were lovely! Would definitely return to this home!

This wasn't my first r&r @ Christina's. The space is always spotless and Christina is proactive and easy to communicate with. Such a lovely touch to arrive with the lights on and fire lit. Felt like a warm hug! I look forward to returning here again.

We had a lovely time at Lokal! Highlights were the heated game shed, beautiful front room views, and cozy touches like delicious coffee and bathrobes for all. A great choice for a weekend away with friends.

We had a blast! A group of us rented both cabins and we all had a great time and loved that you don’t need to lower the music and there is no one around to bother you. Perfect peaceful place

My parents and I loved staying at the ranch! It felt like a family home (as it is one), but also perfectly setup for guests to make it their own. My parents were amazed by the beauty of the surroundings. The hosts did a wonderful job of adding some holiday touches that helped us get the season's spirit despite our travels. It can comfortably host a large group. Great parking. All the appliances work well and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some home meals. It feels like a private retreat but is close to everything. We'd love to come back in spring or summer to more fully appreciate aspects like the pool and tennis court. Jake, our primary contact, was awesome too. We had a slight technical issue but Jake worked tirelessly to resolve it quickly and easily, despite the holiday timing. We really appreciated her friendly attitude and commitment to helping us out. She went above and beyond. Couldn't recommend the place more highly!
