Magical place with ocean view and walking distance to restaurants, stores and of course the beach! Friendly host with fast response, my fam was visiting overseas and we enjoyed the beauty of Manzanita :) I'm so glad we chose to stay here! Can't wait to come back soon.

The condominium was fun and nicely decorated. We loved the access to the beach and ocean. There were lots of amenities at the site. We utilized the pool and hot tub as well as the washer and dryer in our place. Thank you for sharing your place, we enjoyed our stay. We really liked walking down to the cute aquarium and we also took a spin on the double surrey bikes which was a great work out. I highly recommend this place.

The location of the unit and view were not ideal. Prefer a unit closer to the beach. We don’t know the exact location until check in.

This is my third time staying in the property, but the first time booking with Randi. I appreciated that she proactively contacted me the day before check-in to give me a little bit more information about check-in. Since the property is a timeshare, it’s done a little bit differently and she made sure to let me know it’s OK to say no to their offer for information. Although I didn’t see it in time and purchase the Internet package at the hotel, she did email me right at the time of check-in to let me know the password. The property itself is fantastic. Right on the beach and easy access to everything in seaside. I would definitely stay here again, and would be happy to book through Randi again.

this place was incredible, path to the beach, clean pool and amazing view. could have stayed forever. I'd like to say this is my new favorite place on the coast, because it is, and I will definitely be back ♡

The property is simply excellent. Can’t beat the location, amenities (pool!) and the customer service. Chris was a great communicator, providing very clear and detailed instructions. I’d return for a stay here with great eagerness.

Great location, even better than the photos. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, and it was the perfect space for everyone. We want to stay here every time we are in Manzanita!

The Classic Cottage gave our family of 7 (plus our dogs) plenty of room to spread out, relax, do puzzles, and cook our meals. The kitchen is very well equipped. It was a quiet street, and walking into town and to the beach was easy and fun. The home feels loved and well cared for. The art on the walls (and the sheep!) was delightful. The beds are very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you so much!

Felt like home, but in a beautiful location. Minutes walk to the beach, or into town for coffee or a meal. Great base to explore up and down the coast. Deer roam right outside on the golf course, and we watch three young elk graze in the dunes one evening. Spectacular sunsets at the beach. We hope to return someday.

I don't normally leave reviews but WOW! This property is absolutely stunning, a total escape in a relaxing beach town. Super quiet and yet literally steps (I'm meaning 1 minute max) to shops and restaurants. The back yard is a zen haven and the spa/hot tub were clean. The house has a quaint vintage cottage feel that is endearing, but updated/well appointed in the places where you need it. Great price too - can't recommend highly enough.

The host was great! Check in, check out, and communication was straightforward and easy. The house is older and a little funky but the location, views, and dog-friendliness were perfect for us! The ocean views from the dining table were enjoyable, as was the homey and comfortable living room. Mattresses were comfortable. Yard was fun for our dogs and kids. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The home was just as described and very clean. The view was beautiful and it was comfortable for our large family. The only minor issue was the temperature was not able to be adjusted and we were all cold at night and in the morning. We also couldn’t turn on the fireplace which would’ve taken the chill out. Otherwise, it was great! We enjoyed our time there!

We had a wonderful time. The views were stunning and the house inviting. With the mirror in the living room you can still see the ocean while you cook. The arrangement of the bedrooms allows privacy for everyone. I was a little nervous based on previous reviews. However the home was very clean. There was coffee, filters,and plenty of cooking spices. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. I will agree with others that the skillets need replaced. The coating of all is comming apart. It will definitely come off in your food. The one burner still doesn't work. The "about the space" part of the listing mentioned 2 adult bikes that were not there. Vacassa did send info for bike rentals. The access is washed out a bit but our family had no issues climbing back up from the beach. I needed a hand from my husband to make it. There is beach access about 3 houses down so you can always come up that way and cross over. We would definitely stay again.
