It was a cute little home. Very comfy and cozy. The beds were comfortable! The house was clean. Very nice place to stay. Great location as well.

It was a lovely spot, with enough of a view of the ocean to make us happy. The hot tub was great, we were unable to use it as much as we hoped due to heavy rain that weekend, but definitely better/cleaner than some. The beds were on the soft side, so if that is a problem for you to sleep comfortably, worth noting. It was a little rough for us as side sleepers. It had plenty of room and would be great for a family or larger group as well. Worth noting that it is half of a side by side duplex, so slightly less privacy, but it wasn't an issue during our stay. If you are super sensitive to scent, there is some minor off gassing from the septic system in the upstairs bathroom that was present throughout our stay, but contained to that area, so it wasn't a huge issue. Overall, it was a good place, with attentive/responsive hosts.

The house was very clean , host was great with communication , we had enough towels , good amount of space ! Older home so rooms heated separately of course creaky stairs but it worked! Pictures a little deceiving thought we rented entire home not just front ! Hot tub was awesome and super clean! Close to beach !

Timely communication before arriving and during our stay. Reached out twice about something and very prompt response. House in excellent location, nicely furnished, great little neighborhood. Gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful when we stopped by on Saturday.

We chose this location because it was pet friendly and had a hot tub. Our expectations were exceeded. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions and provided some goodies for our family, including doggos, at check-in. The check-in/out process was extremely easy. The house was immaculate and well stocked. We had all the tools available to cook and serve everything we wanted. The hot tub is pretty well secluded considering how close the neighbors are. The yard is fenced on 3 sides, which is perfect if you don’t have jumpers or climbers. We would absolutely consider this property again if we choose to return to Pacific City.

My husband, two dogs, and I needed a weekend getaway. My husband and I were celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary in Rockaway and we were thrilled to find somewhere close to the beach that allowed dogs, had a hot tub, and had a fire pit. We never used the fire pit or made it to the beach because it was so stormy but we had a great weekend. Our dogs frolicked in the yard and we enjoyed the wide game selection. The place is stocked with everything we needed, including a ball for our dog (we forgot hers at home!) and extra towels so we could dry off the dogs after coming in from the rain. The hot tub was a great escape in the rain - I just wished I brought flip flops to walk to and from the hot tub and inside. Our favorite local restaurant is Barview Jetty Taqueria (a food truck) which is just a block away. We absolutely plan to come back and to bring friends!

Beautiful place, lots of beds and couches and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you will need. Amazing master suite with incredible view. Great yard for the dogs. Only issue was we thought it was on the beach. It is not, there is a path down to the river/bay but you will need to drive (about 5 mins though) to the beach.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly like the pictures. Wonderful location, will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Erica’s Airbnb, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the edge of town with beach access and secluded yet conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants! I highly recommend staying at Erica’s place for anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning in ‘25 on my next trip!

This was our second time staying in this lovely beach home. We had everything we needed and more. The house is so comfortable and peaceful, and we spent lots of time enjoying the hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Would definitely come back again with family and friends! Host is super friendly and accommodating, always much appreciated.

We had a wonderful time at Pete’s place! Went to celebrate my 40th and my husband got to wake up each morning and go fishing right out the front door! Pete and Annie were very friendly and gave us some great fishing tips for out there! The little cabin is well stocked and so cute inside! The hot tub was a huge bonus and having a little fire next to you! We are already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place!

Linda's cabin was a total dream, and we are already hoping and looking forward to staying there again in the future. The house, hot tub, neighborhood, amenities, and local advice were all even better than advertised, and the communication throughout the process was easy, helpful, and incredibly kind and friendly. I'm delighted to write a review. This cabin was my childhood beach house from 1971-2002. I was so excited to have to opportunity to stay in it again. My cousin flew in from Nebraska and away we went. So many fun personal memories. We loved it. Coming back with my brothers.

We've stayed in Karima's place several times. It's the perfect size for us as a couple and has all the right amenities. It's so peaceful in the winter and we love watching birds on the river. You cannot beat the view, from the dining table, from the hot tub, from the bed, it's just gorgeous. Thanks for another chill, scenic stay!

Absolutely loved our stay. Karen’s place was extremely clean, cozy and well stocked. She added nice little extra touches for us as it was our honeymoon getaway and we really appreciated it. The house has everything you could possibly need for a quiet, peaceful weekend. The hot tub and sauna are fantastic and made it feel like our own private resort. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone. Karen herself was very responsive and proactive in helping provide house instructions and local recommendations. The location is beautiful and a delightful retreat from city life.

Our stay was absolutely amazing!!! 10 stars! It was a perfect family getaway I dreamt about. Kids loved it! The place was beautiful, perfectly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and even much more. Darius and Andra were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had a great experience. This is among our top Airbnb stays… what an incredible place! Tucked away and private but so close to the coast and many beautiful things to see and do. The host was great and had so many amenities. The view, the hot tub, the location—it was all 10/10!
