A newer rental that’s also for sale! Kinda a fun way to house shop if anyone is in the market. We came for a quiet getaway over the holidays. It’s delivered! Wonderful location. Highly recommend Neah-Kah-Nie Bistro in manzanita if yummy food is a thing. All the beaches around here are amazing. Winter did its thing and made the ocean extra powerful and moody! Kitchen had most everything we needed to cook. Bathroom had hotel style toiletries. The bed was adequate for a rental. Nice electric fireplace and stunning views.

Loved our stay! Once we got in, we were already talking about coming back. The space was nice and the view was amazing!

rockaway beach was an adorable little getaway! we loved exploring the local shops and restaurants. the airbnb was very comfortable and convenient.

Great location and space! 10/10 would come back. Only challenge was that the Unit # was a little hard to find once it was time to check in but I found it nested in some other instructions.

We have stayed here many times. Love it! The view of the Columbia River from your many windows is awesome. The accommodations are first class.

This is a beautiful location! Perfect for couples and families looking for a base camp to explore Astoria and the surrounding communities. 5/5 would recommend.

We had a great stay. We have avoided Seaside for years but will be back! This unit was perfect for our family. The patio was nice and private with a view of the river and sunsets. The Mobi Mat is right at the end of 12th St making the beach accessible this time of year. Fuller pillows would be nice and I think would improve the comfort of mattress in the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked. Make sure to bring ice as there isn't an ice maker. It appears the owners take great pride in their home and actually visit. Can't wait for our next stay!

Very clean, great views, very quiet

We spent a couple stormy winter days and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach. We played games and watched the stormy waves. The beach access is unbeatable. We hope to return for a longer stay during the summer. The bonus of coming in winter was the feeling of privacy with hardly any people to be seen on the beach. The cleanliness of the entire home and well appointed kitchen made us feel right at home.

Perfect place to stay with a large group. Everything was clean, organized and easy to find. We loved the view from both lower and upper decks. Was very kid friendly but would suggest brining something to block the stairs off if you have a toddler (we have a 1 year old that was very curious of the staircase)… overall excellent, easy stay!

Great home, just like listing. Location on beach was beautiful and peaceful. Relaxing to sit in hot tub and watch waves or sunset. Very quiet in winter which we expected. Most stores and restaurants have winter hours and many not open during the week in winter so plan to drive to the larger towns. Tunnel beach and cape falcon offered great scenery.

This is a great place for a getaway. Among my favorite features are the expansive views of the coast from the first floor living room, the game room, the kitchen, and the theater room. It’s cozy. Brigid was incredibly responsive to our questions and requests. We’ll be back.

It was a lovely spot, with enough of a view of the ocean to make us happy. The hot tub was great, we were unable to use it as much as we hoped due to heavy rain that weekend, but definitely better/cleaner than some. The beds were on the soft side, so if that is a problem for you to sleep comfortably, worth noting. It was a little rough for us as side sleepers. It had plenty of room and would be great for a family or larger group as well. Worth noting that it is half of a side by side duplex, so slightly less privacy, but it wasn't an issue during our stay. If you are super sensitive to scent, there is some minor off gassing from the septic system in the upstairs bathroom that was present throughout our stay, but contained to that area, so it wasn't a huge issue. Overall, it was a good place, with attentive/responsive hosts.

Our extended family trip with 4 adults and 3 kids had ample space to cook, do puzzles and work on art projects. We forgot glue for one of our projects so the craft drawer was extra handy. Kitchen has everything you could need - even sharp knives. We will stay here again if we return to the area.

This was our second time staying at Joseph's home on the Wilson River, and we will definitely be back! This is a truly special home and our host was very helpful.

Place worked Great for our holiday getaway!

Soooooo clean! So peaceful! So comfortable! My favorite of all my stays BECAUSE of the comfort and cleanliness! So grateful to have comfy, clean rockers in front of a clean picture window! So many times, at 75, the furniture just feels terrible, but this was amazing! The location of such great peace and quiet, but a two minute drive from ‘the action’. Absolutely will return and soon.🥰

This is one of the best that I have been in - air bb. They had everything we needed to be comfortable, that place is beautiful and has a perfect ocean view and is steps to the ocean.

Victor’s beautiful condo was exactly as described, lovely and fully outfitted inside, with a stunning full view of the ocean directly off the deck. It is the nicest beachside place I’ve stayed, everything inside was in new condition. The beautiful little kitchen had great appliances and everything I needed for basic cooking, and the bathrooms were pristine. Very nice shower, and a super comfy bed! There were lots of unobtrusive but helpful labels throughout the condo. I will definitely stay again.

Long Beach is always a yearly getaway from the chaos of our daily life but this year it was especially true. We had not stayed here before but will definitely again. It was so peaceful, relaxing and had everything we needed and more. Great location to walk to the beach or to eat out. It truly was perfect !

The tiny seagull is great for 2 people on a budget. The place was very clean, well stocked, and nicely situated along the walkway to the beach and just one block to the main street in Long Beach. We even got a small view of the ocean from there even though we were on ground floor. One very fun thing is the "pet" deer that come to visit looking for handouts. Lots of bird activity, too, since the owners directly above this unit like to feed the birds by throwing seed out into the grounds beyond the decks. This place had a cute little patio complete with gate that leads out to the walkway to the beach. I think we will be returning to this particular condo apartment some day. Tami, Marlene's daughter and assistant, was very responsive to any questions I had. the place was nicely decorated in beach theme that went well with the locale.

Craig & Dulce's place is in a great location, just a few blocks from the many restaurants and shops in Long Beach. It was easy to find and the check-in process was smooth. They even had a birthday cake waiting in the fridge with decorations for my son's birthday! We found many small touches throughout the condo that pointed to what thoughtful hosts they are. One thing to note: the house rules and check-out procedures were extensive, and while I understand the reasoning behind them it was a little bit of a turn off. That said, we still had a great time and their place is immaculate.

Larry’s place was perfect! Great location, great view and a perfect spot for a stormy weekend at the coast. Everything was clean and well kept. The kitchenette is great addition if you prefer to cook. We loved the location for being able to walk into town for a cup of coffee. We will definitely be back!

The location was very good, the condo was clean the host was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable we enjoyed the stay very much and we will definitely stay here again!
