All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

Beautiful home away from home. Could not have asked for a better stay with family. Very interactive hosts and their home exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and we can't wait to return!

The main suggestion is to have a welcome binder or something to help the guest navigate the house. How to start the fireplace? Internet password? What is expected when leaving the house such as cleaning, empty garbage, strip bedding, wash towels, dishes etc.

Summer came and went without my family and I spending as much time as we wanted at the beach. So to make sure we got our fill of sun, sand and water, we rented Brian's house right on the beach and we couldn't be happier. The location was peaceful enough but active enough to keep you entertained while relaxing. In walkable distance to everything you need on a jersey shore vacation. Loved seeing the kids run on the boardwalk, laughing and acting like kids on a shore weekend. Great views from the second floor balcony and enjoyed saying hello and talking to people ealki g by from the 1st floor front porch. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in the house and never at any point felt like we didn't have enough room. Great house and location. Brian is easy to get along with and is an involved host. We are definitely coming back next year.

extremely clean in all areas- high quality linens and towels generous with supplies such as soaps and shower needs. kitchen was well stocked and surprised to find coffee and filters- nice to come into such a clean and neat place

This cottage/ house was perfect for our family get away. Tracey was very helpful with all our needs, especially since I booked last minute. Beautifully decorated and clean 3 large bedrooms, living room and kitchen. We all loved rocking on the enclosed front porch after a day at the beach. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Great family vacation was had. Thank you Tracey.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

This is our 2nd stay with Chris and Nell, we love the location and the swim spa, the king bed and linens, the outdoor shower, convenience, location and parking. The unit itself is cozy, but modern, clean, perfect for our weekend stays. As hosts, Chris and Dell are very responsive and proactive. We hope to stay here again!

Christina was a great host. She made sure with my wheelchair situation, the driveway and the home entrance was well ramped. I felt at home as soon as I came there. My bf and I had a great time there. This place is close to the boardwalk as well. Various food options nearby with great stores just within less than a mile. I cant thank Christina enough for her amazing home she let us borrow and use like our own :) 7 STARS!

Exactly as advertised! Place was clean and in a great location. Perfect for two people! Would stay again

Sam was a terrific host and very responsive. The house is just as described and kitchen is well equipped. Best suited for one or two people. Private yard and porch were perfect. Bedroom is large with large closet and an empty dresser - also a large closet in the living room. We had a blackout one night and Sam came by with a flashlight right away, and when I needed instructions or had a question about something, he responded right away. The house is three blocks from the beach and one block from Main Avenue, with shops and food right there. Parking was easy. Highly recommend

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

My girlfriend I had great time there. We loved the view from the balcony. If we're every back at Seaside, I would definitely want to stay there again.

This place was amazing for our family’s Thanksgiving celebration in the area! It’s right off the boardwalk and exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay! Charleen and Nick were incredibly responsive.

This condo was sooooo perfect for me and my family!! Spacious and so extremely clean , it’s also cozy and beautifully decorated . We loved staying here , the best part was the balcony and that it was only a few steps from the boardwalk and beach !!! Looking forward to coming back in the summer because this is really the best place I have stayed at in seaside heights, you can tell the host really takes care of the place! Oh and it has an awesome backyard where my family and I chilled all afternoon!

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

We had the best time at Alyson's place. The apartment is so cute and cozy and just a couple blocks walk to the boardwalk and beach. It is absolutely perfect for us. Beds were comfy and was clean and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again.

Jennifer’s condo is perfect for a couple or even a couple with young kids. It’s just right, super convenient and better than the listing. Nicely appointed and thoughtfully furnished and supplied. And Jennifer was very helpful and friendly. Fully recommend!

What a wonderful Airbnb hosted by Victor & Myra! Their place was up to date, beautifully decorated, spotless, yet gave a homey feel with their personal touches. My family and I loved it & would definitely recommend! Thank you Víctor & Myra :)
