We had lots of fun staying here! It’s in a good area where you can walk or scooter to get food or to go have fun!! Would stay again.

We loved this place. We stayed for a Seahawks game and it was so easy to get to the stadium on foot. There were so many awesome bars and restaurants near, that we now want to stay again so we can just have a good few days in that area. The place was super cool and gave that Seattle vibe we all know and love.

Arden's place was just as advertised. Great location in Capital Hill. Nice walkable neighborhood and safe. Lots of options for food and beverages within a few blocks. Clean as a whistle. Great amenities. Arden was an excellent host. Super communicative. The bed was comfortable. Because it was in a loft, there wasn't much head room, so if you are tall, it could be a bit tricky. Other than that the space is fantastic. I highly recommend Arden's place.

We picked this place due to the location to Lumen Field. It was close, great restaurants nearby, didn’t need to use our car, public transportation is readily available and we felt safe. Kia was a great host and her place was perfect for us. We would stay again.

Jeanna's place was great. My friend and I loved it. It was so cute and cozy. We loved the neighborhood and it was so close to everything we wanted to do.

Host was very helpful in check-in process and how to access the room. The room was great - full of character and a great location! Only downside is the noise, clanking bottles at night and early morning due to a bar being downstairs in the alley; which was disclosed ahead of time in the listing. If you stay here, you MUST try the Mediterranean food across the street, absolutely delicious!

Such a great stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient—just a 10-minute walk to the light rail, making it easy to explore. Adrian is a fantastic host, quick to respond, helpful, and full of great recommendations that made our trip even better. Would absolutely stay here again!

Magic is a fantastic host and this stay was exactly what we were looking for. Magic was extremely quick to respond to it questions. Will certainly look to his listings when booking again.

The location and decor in the home are incredible! Exactly like the pictures! We had a group of 6 (including our 11yr old and 17yr old) and it was perfect. Walkable to all the things you’d want to do in Seattle along with great restaurants and coffee spots. The Club below is not an exaggeration however we were well informed to know what to expect and ear plugs were provided so this wasn’t a big concern for us. The club is only open Fri/Sat and closes right at the expected time. The home was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Lanis was communicative (not overly and as needed) and polite/friendly in our interactions.

I had a fabulous time at this enchanting little apartment. It felt as if I was nestled in light and coziness, hominess and warmth. The space emits oodles of character as you move from one room to another with art to enhance the visual delight. I slept deeply in the deliciously comfortable bed. I loved going up and down the short staircase to get to the bedroom and looking down into it from above was a bit other worldly, which seemed perfect for a trip out of town. Peering out at the city lights at night gave a mind blowing sight. Stepping outside in the daylight off the back deck for birdsong was a heavenly contrast in the morning. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed. The colorful and sturdy old dishes were right up my alley. I felt incredibly safe inside and felt confident walking around late at night as there were people everywhere. The hosts were gracious, funny, helpful and welcoming. I could only hope to stay here again.

The loft is spacious and in a new building so everything in the unit and the building is pristine. In summer, its about a 15 minute, safe comfortable and flat walk to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. In cooler and wetter months, a car is a huge asset and the parking is convenient.
