Our stay at Neal and Matts’s place was wonderful. The place was decorated beautifully and very well stocked with everything needed and then some. We felt privileged to have been able to share a small piece of heaven at their place.

We stayed for one night before going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. It was very close to the terminal and perfect for a night stay or longer.

Absolutely fantastic place, very modern, everything was of high quality and spotlessly clean. Nice comfortable bed, very quiet area, great nights sleep. The host was also amazing, supplied all of the necessary information well in advance.

Great location with close proximity to the pool, beach, and pier! We had a great time.

Our stay was quiet, clean and comfortable! We enjoyed a run around the neighborhood as well as an easy walk for breakfast and ice cream. The WiFi worked well to work remotely. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped for the meals we cooked during the week, and the hosts were wonderful.

Hedy is a wonderful host. Our stay was great! Steps to the beach and dog friendly! She even made homemade baked dog biscuits for the dogs! Thank you! We will return.

I can honestly check off every box and give the property five stars all the way across. We cannot wait to come back! We love it here! Being only an hour from home it made for the perfect relaxing getaway that we didn’t have to worry about an exhausting drive to get to. The outside area is amazing and the beach is not even 10 minutes walking distance. Communication was stellar from the time of booking through the duration of our stay. We had both first floor apartments for a graduation getaway for my daughter and a few friends. The apartments are exactly as pictured. The only thing we wish had been different was that we could have been there longer. We WILL be back! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

Such a beautiful place, nice, private, peaceful & quiet. Amazing hosts, very professional, kind, responsive & helpful. Nathan even came out of his way to stop by on Thanksgiving, to help us figure out why the keypad wasnt working! 10/10 would recommend if you are in the area, looking for a nice, private get away, or even if youre traveling for work. Would definitely stay here again! Definitely like a little home away from home!☺️

If you are looking for a peaceful, uncrowded and beautiful beach and a private little nest from which to enjoy it, this is your spot. I didn’t know that this kind of place existed in Florida. Beautiful waves, starry sky at night, miles to walk with a sense of solitude. The apartment itself is very convenient and offers a quiet place where you can fall asleep at the sound of the crashing waves. René is the most perfect host you can imagine, very thoughtful, reactive and helpful. I will have to go back there one day.

The place was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The neighborhood was nicely quiet even though a short walk away from many shops and restaurants. Patty and her husband were very helpful and responsive as hosts. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again if our travels bring us back.

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

Walking onto this property is like taking a step into an oasis. Martyn greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome and showed us around. It’s spacious, and clean. The pool was just wonderful! You can hear the ocean from the property and at night we could hear the tree frogs serenading us to sleep. The outdoor living room is great, and this really gives you a feel for indoor outdoor living in Florida. He and Tracey are very kind and caring and thoughtful human beings and we are lucky to be sharing the planet with them. The location is amazing. It is such a pristine area that is well preserved, and the beach was private and just beautiful. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment and hope to get back one day soon.

Such a wonderful stay! Christine and Mike go above and beyond what you would expect from a host. They truly have their guest in mind when it comes to providing an exceptional property. The unit is listed as described. Our days were spent lounging at the heated pool, seeing manatees/dolphins from the dock, and watching amazing sunrises. We even got to witness a night launch from the space center via the dock. This location is perfect for entertainment, restaurants, and the beach. Laundry on site, gated parking, dog friendly, patio with chairs and a table. Melbourne stole our hearts and we hope some day we can return to catch up with Christine and Mike.

We had a wonderful stay for my 40th birthday. The cabin was very peaceful and clean. The bed was comfy and the location was amazing! We fished a lot of the time. We saw manatees and all different species Of fish and wildlife. Will def stay again!

This was our second 3 night stay with Arlete after spending 4 nights in Key West. Both 3 night stays were to visit the Mets Spring Training. We usually visit Fla. every 10 years or so but Arlete's home is so nice we are thinking of visiting annually. The swimming pool is beyond amazing. We spent 2 days basking in the sun poolside.

This property suited us well! Christy is a very responsive host. We appreciate being able to book a week at a time with a pet. The unit is lovely with updated appliances and shower. Love the many different paintings on the walls. Thank you, Christy!

This was a great place that exceeded our expectations. Great view of the ocean from our condo. Both the pool and beach were just steps away. Everything was easy to get to.

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

We booked a two night stay to visit Brevard Zoo and the surrounding beaches. The host east very responsive, she checked the time to the zoo for us from the property and remained in contact during our stay. We were traveling with a baby and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the proximity to the local supermarket. The place was very clean and comfortable. We would provably stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

First time visiting Hutchinson Island and it was very enjoyable. The description, pictures, and amenities were spot on. Look forward to booking again next year.

We enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this oasis. Our day began with time spent in the garden and ended with the quiet of the night. The beautiful beach was an easy walk from the house.

Book this room!! Spotless, clean, well decorated to meet the beachy vibes, cozy and comfortable!! Alicia is an amazing host, proactive, and accommodating. We unfortunately booked with a different host originally and the room was nasty, so we very last minute reached out to Alicia and we were able to move to her unit. The elevator broke and Alicia and her husband showed up within 10 minutes and checked on us. They reached out to maintenance and had the issue fixed asap. The day before checkout we asked if we could extend our stay one more day and we were able to!! We were having too much fun to leave. There is plenty of things to do in the room as well! Alicia has thought of every little detail and need you may have. You can show up with just your clothes and be set!! We will 100% be booking with her again!!
