Beautiful & cozy apartment, was able to walk to the beach which is a plus. The hosts were very helpful even sending out a maintenance man the next day when we were having issues the night before. Would definitely stay here again.

We had to find a place quickly as we were traveling when the storm was about to hit north florida. I located Marlene's place and dove right in. It has been awhile since I've been to the Cape and although it was storming the entire stay we were able to view some neat changes along the way driving in. Marlene was very responsive to a question I had upon checking in. The kids were so glad to be out of the vehicle. The place was wonderful, clean and comfortable. It stormed our entire stay so we were only able to enjoy her space inside and nothing outside our around the area. We would definitely book again!

The place was cute, simple and clean, not over decorated which I appreciated. The kitchen had the necessary things needed for cooking meals even some seasonings. There were a couple very small minor details and when I informed the host she was attentive and very quick to respond. overall we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach a few nights prior to our cruise. The space was perfect for our family of 4. My kids loved to swim at the beach and we loved that we could walk there as well as for groceries etc. It was so nice to have the beach shed with beach chairs! Would definitely recommend!

Connie’s place was perfect for our short stay. Basically on the beach, and across from local restaurants. Connie had towels and beach chairs which came in handy for our stay. Cute place to say while visiting cocoa beach. Thanks for hosting us

Great stay right next to the beach! Franco was responsive and eager to answer questions. Place was clean and couldn't recommend it more!

Alain’s place is very nice. The condo was very clean. The beach was a short 1 minute walk. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Each room had its own climate control. The kitchen was also very nice and stocked with decent equipment a basic set of spices. Also coffee was available for the coffee maker. The residence was very comfortable. It is a small space but perfect for a couple or a small family. If we are in the area again we will seek it out. My only critique was that the community grill in the courtyard didn’t work very well. Alain was always quick to respond and helpful. Thank you Alain. Hopefully we will see you again!

Just a block off the beach in a quiet neighborhood. East beach access. Very clean house with everything we needed. Had some extra beach amenities like chairs, towels, a cart, and more which were very handy.

John’s place is a quiet retreat away from the busy areas but close enough to get there in a few minutes. And the three minute walk to the beach is wonderful. The place is clean and John was responsive but not at all overbearing. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it for others.

Walking in was a true relief--smelled good, super clean, exactly like the pictures! We were able to have a comfortable space to unwind and relax while attending USA Softball Trials at the Jackie Robinson Training Complex. We were in a great location being close in vicinity to training and then also the beach, providing us some much needed downtime. The description was accurate and met all our needs. Washer & Dryer were a blessing! The extra snacks were a hug--my daughter loved them! We would definitely recommend and will stay again.

We had a wonderful family stay at Tim’s place- it was the perfect getaway. The home has all the amenities needed, the views are breathtaking, it’s very spacious and the pool was a plus when kids wanted a break from the ocean. It is far enough away from everything that it’s peaceful and relaxing but close enough for grocery trips and restaurants. Best part was the stars at night and catching a rocket launch. Truly felt like we were staying with family, warm and inviting. Would definitely return!

Nari was a great host with perfect communication. The house & surrounding areas were exactly as described. No issues with steps (as some have noted). The sleeping area is well separated from the living quarters and the deck outside along with the reading loft gave plenty of space for all of us. Laundry on the 2nd floor is a great value add! Satellite Beach itself is perfect with the beach directly outside of the home and not too busy. We were able to see a space launch from Cape Canaveral (Blue Origins - New Glenn). Highly recommended! Incredible private beachfront property with lovely pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball court. Home was very clean and was equipped with many amenities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I loved the condo! I was able to work and enjoy Fort Pierce. The people were kind and the gated community felt safe and welcoming.

Staying at Spanish Main #20 for two weeks was really wonderful! The place was on the first floor and very convenient access to the pool and steps to the private beach! The condo was super organized and the kitchen had most everything you might need to cook meals. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We walked a lot on the beach and to downtown Cocoa Beach where we loved the local restaurants, bars and bakeries! The laid back and unassuming feel of Cocoa Beach and its residents and visitors is very refreshing. The beautiful murals everywhere in town always made me smile😍🙏! We loved the meals and coffees at Surfinista and beers, milkshakes and dinners at 4th Street Filling Station. Another favorite was the family vibe and great fish at Mainely Lobster! The Junk Food bakery was also an amazing shop with art by local artists as a bonus😃. Make sure you take a trip on the Cocoa Beach Wildlife/Dolphin Tour to learn about the 1000 Islands and local wildlife!

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning! We really enjoyed our stay at Olga‘s condo. The amenities and the view were outstanding. Olga was very helpful when we had questions. Would definitely stay there again.
