Amazing home and host!! I actually booked another Airbnb for the weekend and was also gonna have my son's graduation party at the home and the host never sent check in info,so I frantically checked to see if there was another BNB close by that could get us in and I came across this gem. Messaged host right away and he responded very quickly and told me he could accommodate my stay and party!! Host met me at the home and showed around and how to work certain things which I appreciated very much. The house was so so uniquely decorated and soooo spacious. The home also has everything you could possibly need for your stay and very clean. My kids loved playing football and soccer in the very spacious yard and the pool was much needed in this Florida heat. Added bonus,you are right across the street from the Indian River which is just an exquisite view. I am so grateful to our wonderful host and definitely look forward to booking another stay with him in the near future.

Stayed for a little weekend get away for my wife's birthday and was amazed by the backyard view. Highly relaxing, super quiet and enjoyable. House was well stocked with any/all items you would need to make it feel as if you were at your own home. Would certainly recommend to anyone to stay here.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the home was perfect for our needs. It was centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet.

John’s place is a quiet retreat away from the busy areas but close enough to get there in a few minutes. And the three minute walk to the beach is wonderful. The place is clean and John was responsive but not at all overbearing. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it for others.

My husband and I (seniors) stayed the month of February, and enjoyed it. The house is located in a very safe, quiet, residential neighborhood. We were late getting in on our arrival day because of a flat tire. Janice offered to go turn on the outside lights for us, which was a huge help. Grocery stores and small restaurants are very close; larger ones are about 15 minutes away, so the location was very convenient. There are several county beaches, a state park, and multiple national wildlife refuges with excellent walking trails. Janice got back to us immediately whenever I messaged her about a concern. The house was immaculate. Bed linens and towels were high quality. Janice had left some bottles of cold water in the refrig for us as will. Starter supplies were great so we didn't have to buy any the first couple of days. Cabana bathroom was large and private, but not used by my sister after dark when she visited. Great house and great host!

We are so lucky to have stayed at Susanne’s place. This is a terrific rental. We were a large group of kids and adults and this rental was big enough to accommodate all of us. The pool was outstanding and we used it nearly every day. The kids also made nonstop use of the game room. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We had a small issue and Susanne was immediately responsive. Just the kind of AirBnB you hope to rent. I would absolutely rent this one again. Thank you for a great stay!!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. The home decor was lovely and the whole house was very clean. We are a family of 6 adults, so the 3 bedrooms and the open living space were perfect for us. We were at about 20 minutes from Jensen Beach, which is a gorgeous beach with free parking. Lastly, the neighbourhood is quiet. We recommend!

Kris’s place was beautiful and exceeded my expectations by far! The location and views were breathtaking! For literature lovers, they have a very intriguing selection of books! I recommend Kris’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful and restorative escape!

This was our second stay at the Ballard Estate and we just love it there! We love the character of the estate, the beautiful grounds, the pier and the gorgeous views outside of each window. Can't wait for our next visit!!

Sherman and Marlene are two of the most kind and hospitable people which makes for an enjoyable and pleasant stay at their perfect spot by the ocean. These two have become more to us then hosts,they have become special friends. Marlene goes out of her way to make sure you get to experience the perfect vacation. The sights and sounds we experience are wonderful,the walks on the beach, the natural beauty, experiencing the gorgeous sunrises is breathtaking ,along with coffee and Marlene's coffee cake sure tops it off. Again thank you so much for all you did for us in 2025,we already anticipate our next vacation with you.

Kathy was helpful from start to finish. The condo was clean, had all supplies that we needed, the location was perfect and the weather was great! We loved having the Banana River in our back yard and the ocean across the street. Had a wonderful week!

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach a few nights prior to our cruise. The space was perfect for our family of 4. My kids loved to swim at the beach and we loved that we could walk there as well as for groceries etc. It was so nice to have the beach shed with beach chairs! Would definitely recommend!

Patty’s place was perfect for our needs. Right in downtown Melbourne every type of food is within walking distance. We love Aya for Middle Eastern food. Also lots of nightlife especially when school is in. Great mattress in the bedroom.

Great stay right next to the beach! Franco was responsive and eager to answer questions. Place was clean and couldn't recommend it more!

I took a girls weekend trip here and couldn’t have been more pleased with the property from the utilities to the private beach access out back. I would definitely recommend this stay and could absolutely see myself coming back!

This was the perfect 2 BR condo for our quick trip to visit our son at FIT. Just steps to the quiet and lovely beach, and a short drive to restaurants and campus. We would absolutely book again!

This condo was amazing. Much more spacious than the pictures show. The location was perfect (away from the Cocoa Beach crowds/traffic) and the beach views from the living room were peaceful. We were even able to watch two Space X space launches just steps from the back porch! Jeanne was an amazing host. When I explained my wheelchair bound hopped to visit, she made the extra effort to troubleshoot some logistical issues-to include providing photos of workarounds…which made it possible for her to visit us at the Air B& B. We plan to find another opportunity to stay there again! Highly recommend!

Staying at Spanish Main #20 for two weeks was really wonderful! The place was on the first floor and very convenient access to the pool and steps to the private beach! The condo was super organized and the kitchen had most everything you might need to cook meals. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We walked a lot on the beach and to downtown Cocoa Beach where we loved the local restaurants, bars and bakeries! The laid back and unassuming feel of Cocoa Beach and its residents and visitors is very refreshing. The beautiful murals everywhere in town always made me smile😍🙏! We loved the meals and coffees at Surfinista and beers, milkshakes and dinners at 4th Street Filling Station. Another favorite was the family vibe and great fish at Mainely Lobster! The Junk Food bakery was also an amazing shop with art by local artists as a bonus😃. Make sure you take a trip on the Cocoa Beach Wildlife/Dolphin Tour to learn about the 1000 Islands and local wildlife!

Perfect stay! Clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to Jetty Beach. Loved being so close to the water—highly recommend!

Michelle has such a lovely space stocked with everything you could possibly need! Never have we stayed somewhere so well prepared with everything we didn't even know we needed. The location is unbeatable for walkable activities and nightlife.
