Sherman and Marlene are two of the most kind and hospitable people which makes for an enjoyable and pleasant stay at their perfect spot by the ocean. These two have become more to us then hosts,they have become special friends. Marlene goes out of her way to make sure you get to experience the perfect vacation. The sights and sounds we experience are wonderful,the walks on the beach, the natural beauty, experiencing the gorgeous sunrises is breathtaking ,along with coffee and Marlene's coffee cake sure tops it off. Again thank you so much for all you did for us in 2025,we already anticipate our next vacation with you.

A big thank you to Denis! Our stay at the beach house and Cocoa Beach was our favorite part of our Florida vacation (stayed in Orlando for part of our vacation). Review for Beachfront Bliss Airbnb ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb near the beach, and I loved it! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the cozy bed and blackout curtains. The vibe of the place was perfect. It had a laid-back, beachy feel. I’d book again!

Connie’s place was perfect for our short stay. Basically on the beach, and across from local restaurants. Connie had towels and beach chairs which came in handy for our stay. Cute place to say while visiting cocoa beach. Thanks for hosting us

Our family loved the location because it was not in town, so a less crowded area. We loved the big beautiful dock to watch the sunset and to throw a line in the water. We also appreciated that the walk to the beach was only a few minutes. The rental was clean and tidy. The bathroom was way smaller than I expected, but all in all a good rental.

Amazing home and host!! I actually booked another Airbnb for the weekend and was also gonna have my son's graduation party at the home and the host never sent check in info,so I frantically checked to see if there was another BNB close by that could get us in and I came across this gem. Messaged host right away and he responded very quickly and told me he could accommodate my stay and party!! Host met me at the home and showed around and how to work certain things which I appreciated very much. The house was so so uniquely decorated and soooo spacious. The home also has everything you could possibly need for your stay and very clean. My kids loved playing football and soccer in the very spacious yard and the pool was much needed in this Florida heat. Added bonus,you are right across the street from the Indian River which is just an exquisite view. I am so grateful to our wonderful host and definitely look forward to booking another stay with him in the near future.

Great location for close proximity to Cocoa Beach. Saw dolphins, manatees and alligators off the dock which was amazing for the kids. Clear viewing of space launches from the dock if you are so lucky to time it out like we did. Easy check-out a plus!

Definitely had everything we needed & more. We like to get groceries & cook & it was well supplied with pans & utensils & the things we needed. The house was in a lovely neighborhood, a 10-minute walk to the beach or just walk around the neighborhood. Loved fishing from the canal & enjoying the back patio. We will be back - we loved it! The property and home was beautiful there was a lot to do , super accommodating would love to come back in the future, great host and house. Everything was provided that we needed and more, would highly recommend for anyone that wants to relax and have a beautiful vacation in Florida..

We had an absolutely lovely stay over the Christmas holiday for our little family of five. Everything was as described and we would certainly return!

We rented this property for a girls weekend (four friends). The house was perfect and the yard and views of Indian River Lagoon and the bridge were beautiful. As senior citizens I will mention that the house has several “one-step” levels, so we were extra careful about being aware of those. All four of us give this house an A+ and we’d love to come back for another visit! Thank you!

We had a wonderful family stay at Tim’s place- it was the perfect getaway. The home has all the amenities needed, the views are breathtaking, it’s very spacious and the pool was a plus when kids wanted a break from the ocean. It is far enough away from everything that it’s peaceful and relaxing but close enough for grocery trips and restaurants. Best part was the stars at night and catching a rocket launch. Truly felt like we were staying with family, warm and inviting. Would definitely return!

We are a couple that needed a few days of peace and quiet while our boat was being serviced in Fort Pierce. We got the privacy and quiet that we wanted. The best place was the screened lanai, where the breeze was perfect and the furniture was the most comfortable. The property was so lovely, quiet, and convenient to everywhere we needed to be, whether walking or driving. Everything was clean and as expected according to the pictures and descriptions on Airbnb. The only things we missed were the umbrellas and soft seating near the dock that are in the first Airbnb picture, but the Adirondack chairs were adequate. The hosts were great and I am sure that if we had mentioned that we wanted those amenities while we were there, they would have provided them, but we ended up being just fine without them and didn't want to fuss with it. Overall, it's a great property to spend some peaceful time - great views of the water, and walking distance to beaches and restaurants.

The condo was exactly what I needed: A great view of the ocean, lots of privacy, a balcony to sit put on with an extra bonus of watching the satellites take off right in front of me, lawn chairs to drag to the beach and an immaculate, well stocked kitchen. I have staying at 10+ beach homes before but never one so clean and mold and dust free!!! Thank you so much for this beautiful private retreat. ♥️

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

I’ve stayed in a half dozen units in this building. Michael’s unit was very well appointed. And clean. The location is super convenient to down town and Florida Tech. My wife and I used This as a home base while moving daughter into her apartment. Much more Comfortable than a hotel.

This was a great place to stay. It was far enough away from the center of town to be quiet and the view from the back yard are far getter than the pictures depict. Craig was quick to respond to questions and wanted things to be right. One example was that we had asked if an iron was available a few days before checking in. It wasn’t but he went and bought sn iron and board and had them in the unit before we got there. A small thing? Perhaps, but it says so much. The unit we were in was the next one to be upgraded. It will just make the place all the better. Great people, great place.

This was the perfect 2 BR condo for our quick trip to visit our son at FIT. Just steps to the quiet and lovely beach, and a short drive to restaurants and campus. We would absolutely book again!

Beautiful, perfect location and very clean condo. Lihua is very responsive and thoughtful. We had hoped to use the pool which is closed, so that would have been nice to mention (not sure if it is seasonal and looked like construction) but otherwise the location is perfect and price very fair. We hope to return again!
