بشكل عام انا كاسعودي وابي اروح مكان جداً نظيف وبعيد عن العشوائيات ومكان امن للعوائل جداً مو فقط للعزاب انصح بهالشقه جداً وايضاً صاحب الشقه الاخ كريم ماقصر الله يعطيه العافيه متجاوب اول باول

parfait ! cet immense appartement est au sein d'un super compound avec salle de sport piscine jeux pour enfants. un réel bonheur au milieu du tumulte egyptien. l'appartement est très propre, lumineux. lave linge très important pour les familles. climatisation très importante aussi. les instructions étaient claires et l'hôte est extrêmement réactif sur whatssap. je recommande sans hésiter !

I had an amazing stay at Mona's home! She is a very respectful and kind person, and I highly recommend her as a Superhost. Her responsiveness was incredibly fast, and she was always helpful and proactive in making sure I had everything I needed. I felt completely safe and cared for during my stay. Mona’s hospitality truly stood out, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans ce magnifique appartement. Les photos sont largement représentatives voir plus encore . Le logement était d’une propreté remarquable, le linge de lit était que ce soit les matelas ou les coussins et très confortable. Les serviettes étaient fournies ainsi que le nécessaire de toilette dans toutes les salles d’eau. Le salon était très spacieux et la climatisation était présente dans toutes les pièces. Concernant l’extérieur, le jardin était très agréable et spacieux avec une belle piscine très bien entretenue. Un autre point fort de ce logement, la sécurité. Résidence parfaitement contrôlée. Enfin je remercie Karam pour sa gentillesse et sa facilité de communication. Je ne peux que recommander cette location car tout était parfait du début jusqu’à la fin.

Amr is an amazing guy. I really enjoyed talking to him and really a genuine good person. was very helpful and was always available if I needed anything. I would definitely be in touch and look forward to staying there again! would recommend!

Great place, we checked in early. Communication was very easy with Hussin and he always responds quickly. We had a great stay, we stayed in winter so it was cold but having ACs helped a lot to warm up the place. Things to improve: Just the terrace was not cleaned properly Better cutlery

the place is in a great spot, the house was very clean and organised and sherif is a very easy-going person, very flexible in check in and out, and very easy to communicate with, definitely not the last time

Amr was extremely helpful and very conscious of our needs. Whenever we needed something, they provided it. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, in the heart of New Cairo with a lot of restaurants, stores and supermarkets in the surrounding area. Although New Cairo is not walkable, Ubers are easy to get by and cheap. Although far from Cairo City Center, the location is a peaceful place, away from the traffic jams and noise of the downtown. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to explore Cairo and Egypt (think of hiring a local car service like we did, and a tourism agency is also a good idea!)
