We love the location, the pool was great. The kitchen was stocked fully! Paul was very responsive. We would stay here again!

Very conversational location. Easy walk to several restaurants & bars. Plenty of parking. Was a great place to stay & would stay there again.

Talk about a view!!! From the kitchen, out to the screened-in deck with cute lighting, it feels so relaxing! Sitting on the deck listening to the waves crash and boats go by is just the perfect little getaway. The condo does have a fair amount of stairs but there is a loading/unloading zone you can drive in to save your knees! The decor is beautiful and Caitlyn is an amazing host and super quick to help in any situation. The laundry in the condo is perfect for families and there is plenty of space! We had 8 people and we did not feel cramped or feel like we were running into each other at all. The pool and pool area was clean and water was cold and amazing. Definitely a great time and great deal!

The property was nice and cozy. It had everything we needed and the Host, Tina was very thoughtful. it was our anniversary weekend during new years eve there were little things that they prepared like water mini champagne and some snacks. I very much appreciate the hospitality and thoughtfulness. Overall it was quaint and we enjoyed our stay. I recommend this unit and would stay here again.

It was a cozy little place to stay with a little fenced in patio area that was nice to sit in and talk to my coworkers with. There’s a few pretty good restaurants right around the corner and some shops to check out as well. Nice little breakfast bowl place to hit in the mornings too.

This was my 4th time staying at Joy’s place. We love it! Joy goes above and beyond, she is hands down the best hostess. The place is very clean, quiet, comfortable, cozy and the location is ideal for us. See you next year, Joy! 😊

We loved our stay at Angelica’s loft. It was conveniently located to the local restaurants in the historic downtown. Beautifully appointed! Very clean and had everything we needed!

The pictures don't do this cabin justice. It is so cute, colorful, and cozy. The perfect place for a weekend get away for 2! Very clean. The best Air BnB bed I have slept on! It had the best support and pillows. The towels were bright white without the "hotel stiffness" and were adult size. Separate makeup wash cloths too. The bathroom and shower are small. This is a cabin so unless on a romantic weekend or honeymoon both get the job done with plenty of hot water. Kitchen is prepped nicely for cooking and eating in. I did have an issue with the stove; contacted Kelly she was responsive and willing to have someone come out right away and look at it. I only stayed a couple of days so it was not an issue for me. I certainly was not going to go hungry without the stove. Overall, it was a great stay and a fun weekend. The cabin was prefect and Kelly was a great host!

This stay was perfect for our girls weekend. The Airbnb was spacious with a cozy feel. The open concept kitchen/living area helped with no one being left out. We all raved about the living room couch, it was so cozy and we were all wanting to ask Jessica where she bought it! Being able to all hang out in a cozy space helps with the overall experience! We did rent a boat one of the days and it was so easy for them to find us and pickup and drop off was seamless! Such great location and would recommend to anyone looking for a lake stay!

Irene was incredibly friendly and great to talk to. She answered super fast. The place was super clean and very peaceful. The walls are very thin and easily was able to hear everyone outside. The airbnb was beautiful and i would stay there again!!

Place was immaculate and we felt like we were at home. Host was very responsive and gave us great recommendations in the area. Area was very peaceful and had a great view of the lake. We would stay here again in the future.

Mildred's Place is very nice! Everything is beautiful and clean. The beds are comfortable and it's perfect for a nice getaway. Although there's a busy street approximately 1 block away, you can't hear any traffic inside. Mildred was quick to respond to my texts and she was extremely kind and helpful. I come to Sedalia twice a year for long weekend events and I will stay here again moving forward.

The cons of this place is the parking, it’s wonky and if you aren’t careful, over the edge you go! However, that’s clearly not Tony’s fault so that’s no ding against him. The pros are He allowed us to bring our dogs, which was great! Place was clean! Toby was on the ball when we couldn’t find the lock (our fault not his) and easy to get a hold of in our moment of confusion. I will say it says max 4 people can stay there, only if you have an air mattress, which there is plenty of space for. We did not have 4 people stay there, but the couch barely fits one laying down, so you would be SOL, just as something to keep in mind. I would definitely use this place again!

Kelley's place is cute and comfy and was close to everything we needed. 10/10 would stay there again.

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful scene from screened balcony! Walk in from car to front door was close and perfect - no stairs! Everything about Landon's place was perfect for us.

We loved this rental! We had the perfect space and everything was so clean. All instructions were very clear and easy! The property had a water issues, not our AiRbnbs fault, and our host was amazing at communicating that to us! The use of indoor pool and hottub was great for our family with kids and the home provided us so much room everything was very clean and very comfortable! We were very happy with our stay!

Wow, what a great place! The condo alone is gorgeous and has everything you need to make it a super time away from the ho hum of everyday life. It's impeccably clean, with very comfortable beds and the kitchen is amazingly well stocked. It's very modern and so cutely decorated that you don't want to leave. But there's so much to do with the swimming pool only a few steps away and lots of fun things to do in town as well. The deck is so relaxing that I fell asleep listening to the birds and stargazing. You can watch the turtles and fish come and go in the cove right from the deck. John and Cindy are great hosts and provide top notch instructions/information and easy check in to make it a very comfortable vacation. Very easy to communicate with them. Wonderful 5 star stay. Book it. You won't be disappointed! Can't wait to go back...but for longer.

Place was exactly as pictured and described. Actually bigger than the pictures give credit for! Very clean and smelled amazing. The grill on the deck was a great bonus, as was the pool with the amazing view. We will definitely be back!!

The condo was exceptional. It exceeded our expectations with simple details that made the place cozy. The guidebook was SO HELPFUL, it was easy to navigate and provided the essential information plus alot of information about things to do on site and in the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this for a pace for a girls trip OR a place to stay with your family/little ones. 10/10.

Had a great stay, only issue was that they forgot to turn the water on.

Great place to stay wonderful host in a prime location with a nice view, would stay again or recommend to anyone, the host was always there to help left extra supplies for my month stay an checked on me though out my stay to make sure I was always satisfied, the place was clean and comfortable in a great neighborhood

Everything was great. We had a couple minor issues and she took care of them right away. I would stay there again.
