We easily found Anatoly’s place and walked into a wonderfully clean and comfortable space! The bed was comfortable, the sofa was comfortable, the heat was easy to control, and the building was very quiet. The shower was great with plenty of hot water and lovely towels. The decor is restful. We had everything we needed for our stay. Anatoly was very quick to respond with several questions we had. We hope to stay here again!

Great space. Even better and cuter in person. Loved the decor and furnishings. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. It’s walking distance to restaurants, bars, CVS. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Great place, just what we needed for a brief stay at The Lake for a youth baseball tournament. A little tricky to find but can be expected from a condo when you’re new to the complex. Google gps will get you close. Definitely dated but I think a fair price for the age of the units. Still much less than local run down hotels in this area in the summertime! The outdoor pool towards the age of the property is awesome! Right on the water, grab some take out and sit by the pool for dinner in the evening! The indoor pool and hot tub leave a little to be desired but the outdoor pool is the place to be!

Chris met us at the door and was very friendly and helpful. The house was neat and clean. The coffee cake was a nice addition! We would stay again if we were in the area.

We were in Sedalia for the night to watch some basketball at the local junior college. The space is a few short minutes to the downtown area (if the weather had been warmer, we would have walked!). The area was quiet and we felt safe. The host was always responsive and we were actually able to check in early which was a help! The space was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for the stay and there were thoughtful touches throughout. We would definitely stay again !

HOME AWAY FROM HOME. BYE BYE LOCAL HOTELS! I was born and raised in Sedalia. I normally stay with relatives while visiting...no more! It was everything Kathryn said it was. Clean, comfy, cozy and quiet. It was in walking distance of restaurants and church. I really enjoyed the extra touch of having the 1948 SCHS year book and Sedalia business directory from 1992. I recognized quite a few names including my mother's from BRHC days. Maybe you can find an old Lincoln-Hubbard yearbook to add. I recommended Suite Seven to everyone I came in contact with. It is a very nice cute place and private! We weren’t there for very long as we were busy! But would stay again

Micheal was super kind and thoughtful and took care of anything we needed right away. It snowed quite a bit during our stay and he was out right away clearing the walkways in the freezing temps. Everything was clean and nice and we’re thankful to have stayed here.

Jackie and Kristen are great hosts. Their home was immaculate, nice and quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, and within walking distance to numerous attractions the city of Boonville has to offer. I spoke with Kristen many times over the course of our stay, she is very helpful and kind, I really enjoyed our conversations. I will be staying with them in the future. I highly recommended staying with Jackie and Kristen.

Loved the fenced in yard for our dog. After 10 hours on the noisy road she needed the freedom and peace. Upon entry, the home smelled fresh and clean. It's a wonderful old house tastefully renovated but still had the old charm. Bed was comfy and the coffee and tea were so nice to have at the ready. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful lakeside property. The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was a highlight, with lovely decks to enjoy morning coffee and evenings outside. Our host was incredibly welcoming & provided the cutest welcome gifts! Overall it was a fantastic getaway, can’t wait to return to Lake it Easy!!

The place was clean and very well stocked. We made several meals and the kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking a breeze. Caroline was very responsive from the time we booked through our stay. We would definitely book this place again!

I rather enjoyed my stay. I was in town for a convention and Sheila’s condo was the perfect retreat during the off hours. Everything was as described and I felt at home the minute I walked through the door.

The condo was clean and had a great view. Nice pool too. We saw a lot of wildlife. The lake of the Ozarks is a wonderful family place!

My pup and I stayed for a short two day getaway and had a great time! This place was super cozy and very quiet and calm during the off-season. It was a nice space to relax on the porch and look at the water with my pup.

Everything is like new in the condo which made it very comfortable. Having a slip for our boat was very convenient. The building was quiet and peaceful. We have stayed at this resort before and this is the best unit we’ve stayed in.

We had a great stay. Very large living space. Like huge!! Everything was super clean and a thoughtful host. Lots of a little things to make you stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again.
