Jean and Beth are great hosts. Super responsive and flexible. We had a great time in Ventnor City. Very easy going, walkable, huge beach, good cafes and restaurants. We weren't familiar with the area, so didn't expect to be so close to Atlantic City. Ended up being really fun. The backyard is beautiful. Small and cozy apartment. Pups had a great time.

Place was great , clean , everything they advertised to be , and were super easy to deal With , they also checked in frequently to make sure our stay and vacation was going great and if we needed anything, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to booking again next summer!

Place was just what we needed, hosts were very responsive and helped me out when I needed it . I will be definitely staying at one of there locations in the future . Thanks for everything !

Overall we had a great stay here. We love the location and appreciated finding a home that allows dogs and had a second half bathroom. Home is an easy walk to the beach or bay. Cute area to walk/bike. Lots of restaurants around. At the house we couldn’t find grilling utensils and worried about having to use the rubber kitchen utensils so we only grilled once. We also found that the grill had not been cleaned from the last guest and we were unable to clean it due to not being able to find a grill brush. Outside by the grill the house has a cute cozy area with chairs and a table. We had a great time and look forward to returning to the area in the future.

Jennifer and her husband were great. Quick communication turn around. We had an issue with the key code at check in and it was resolved within minutes. The only word of caution I would offer is that there are A LOT of stairs to the entrance of the apartment. We we’re traveling with a baby and a toddler, so we had quite a bit of stuff to carry up and down. It all worked out and was fine, but I didn’t realize ahead of time how many stairs there really were. Other than that everything was great.

The house was even better than the photos and very convenient to get into LBI and the beach. We booked it because we knew the first week in March is still winter and wanted to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings from inside. It did not disappoint! There was a local park close by that was convenient to take our dogs to, and it was lovely to watch all the wildlife there as well. The house would be great for a family or friends gathering, and we highly recommend it.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Scott was super friendly and communicated well, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. The place was perfect—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great beach getaway. The amenities were great, and we loved that it accommodated not just us but also our dog. A huge plus was the fenced-in yard, which made it so convenient for our pup to roam safely. Parking right out front was another bonus. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

We came to Atlantic City for a show and to pick up a college child for spring break. It was as described with a nice view of the ocean. Right on the boardwalk.

Kyle was extremely helpful and friendly. The unit was very clean, and I am very picky!

The room was very clean and exactly what we expected. The view was outstanding!! If you're coming to Atlantic City I definitely recommend his Airbnb. We were just not a fan of Atlantic City itself. But I have nothing bad at all to say about Nicholas's room or his responsiveness to us. He was very welcoming and very quick to respond to every question I had. He even allowed us to check in about an hour and a half early since I had gotten there sooner than I thought I would.

We were excited to spend a weekend celebrating my MIL'S 90th bday with an assortment of siblings, , spouses, adult grandchildren and guests. The home had everything we needed, including great photo-op spots! The kitchen was fully stocked, each bedroom had plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows, mattresses were comfy, and bathrooms were spotless. Brian kept in touch for days prior to our arrival to make sure we were set, made sure to get us the house policies and see if we had any questions. Extremely responsive! The house checked all of our boxes, plus!

We had a great visit. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Front door of resort opens right onto Boardwalk.

Natalie and Rich were very proactive. The place was nice and quiet. Couldn’t hear anyone else - neighbor wise. The ocean view was beyond amazing even on a cloudy rainy day, just seeing the vast ocean was awesome. This is a hidden gem.

Good location, easily accessible, clean and comfortable. Kyle was communicative and responsive, along with clear and helpful instructions. Would stay again.

The house is well designed to accommodate 12 people. We celebrated thanksgiving together here and it was perfect to all be in one area of the house to enjoy dinner, games, and conversation. The balcony has ocean view and the beach is right there. It’s a wonderful house with a very responsive and friendly host. We all had a marvelous time and felt right at home.

Max’s place is in a beautiful location! Close to the boardwalk and great views.

Sleeping with the window open and hearing the waves lapping on the beach was something I’ve longed for…and this spot had exactly that. Right on the sand with whales breaching in the distance, eating bunker while surf casters caught striped bass within eye shot of my bed, was incredible.

An absolute gem! This Airbnb was stunning—beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the space made it feel like a true getaway. But what truly set this experience apart was the host, Glenn. He made everything seamless from start to finish, ensuring the entire stay was effortless and enjoyable. Communication was top-notch, and every little detail was taken care of, making this the definition of an easy and smooth experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Michael’s beautiful home in Ship Bottom. Beautiful views and was a perfect fit for our family. Loved that each bedroom had its own en-suite bath! Michael was a lovely host and quick to respond when we had a question. Only thing to keep in mind is that if you are staying more than a few days (or have more than a few people staying) is that only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. We also had to purchase dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. Not that this was an issue, but just something to prepare to bring with you. Overall, a great house in a beautiful location on the island. We will look forward to another off-season visit!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house! Property is as pictured. Rooms are spacious. Off street parking is available for 3 vehicles. The back of the property is directly on the beach…plenty of seating for our group. We had beautiful weather and our girls weekend was a success!

Tim and Vicky’s was comfortable, well-equipped and a great location with views of the ocean and the bay. We stay in OCNJ every year and have never had a house so well appointed with everything you could need for the beach and your stay including paper towels, garbage bags, very nice linens, pack n play and more. There’s minimal closet space but they have hangers and LOTS of hooks which is super nice for bathrooms. Rooms are very bright so if you have little ones you want to sleep just bring a blanket to drape. Would def stay here again.

Sharada and her home were wonderful! She was very response and accommodating. We had an amazing weekend celebrating our Mom’s 80th in this gorgeous house! So much space and the view is to die for!
