We had a great stay in West Bay, the pictures don’t do the space justice as it was far bigger than we thought, which was great! Very clean and great location- just a short walk from restaurants and the beach ✨

Arthur was a great host... Thank you for seeing us in and being so helpful. The house was better than the photos.. Could have just sat in the back garden for the whole stay.. what an amazing location. Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Unfortunately we only managed a few days of our Christmas week's break at the bungalow due to family illness. However, we were so glad that we did get there for the end of the holiday as it was the perfect peaceful place to relax and de-stress. The dog was also in absolute heaven with the big enclosed garden and fab beach walks right on the doorstep . Annabel was very helpful too and we hope to return before long.

best airbnb stay I ever had. the place is amazing and I honestly believe that the pictures on the listing don't do Justice to the beautiful house that David offers. I stayed there for one night but I wish I had stayed longer and somehow for the first time I believe that I'm going to make a plan to go there just because I want to enjoy the property and the location again. had some wonderful conversations with David and he is a amazing host.

We had a great stay at Di and Stephen’s house. The location is excellent and the surroundings are beautiful. The heated pool is a huge bonus and our daughters absolutely loved it. They also loved the playground and spent many happy hours in the garden. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely hideaway in the hills.

We absolutely loved our stay her, it truly felt like home and is definitely one of our favourite getaways. I arrived for a weekend break with my wife and our 3-year-old daughter, and it was perfect for all of us. Our little one was completely in her element—dancing, playing, and feeling right at home from the moment we arrived. The trampoline was a fantastic touch and kept her entertained for hours. The layout of the place was spot-on for a small family stay. We especially enjoyed the piano and the hot tub—both added something special to our time there. If you're looking for somewhere a little different, full of charm, character, and fun, then this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Eileen's cottage - it's tastefully furnished, clean and quiet, and right in the middle of Lyme Regis next to the church. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well equipped with everything one needs and the bathroom is really nice with a great shower and even has a free-standing bath. Communication with Eileen was great, the instructions were clear and she always answered within minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted to spend a few nights in Lyme Regis.

A lovely spacious and relaxed house. The pictures don't do justice to the enormous view! The house is in a very quiet area with hardly any passing traffic so the only sounds are birdsong. We enjoyed relaxing and watching the local wildlife - roe deer (3 male, 3 female), buzzards, a local pheasant and a hare who came to visit one evening and looked up into the lounge window at us! Judi and Anders were perfect hosts. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed (including a pair of binoculars and a record player!). We enjoyed a walk down to Semley via Oysters Coppice nature reserve, where we visited the interesting village shop, the local pub 'Benett Arms' and the church. There are lots of other walks in the area. We also enjoyed visiting Shaftesbury and Mere, and drove into nearby Tisbury to catch the train into Salisbury. Stourbridge National Trust is close by too and well worth a visit. Overall, a great place to stay, we were sad to leave and hope to visit in the summer

Bliss! If you're thinking of booking, go for it (and then add one more night - our only regret was not staying longer to soak in the beautiful, peaceful surroundings). Wonderful, friendly hosts and a lovely warm, welcoming home. We felt right at home and would love to stay again.

Victoria is a very helpful and friendly host and always answered all my questions. The house is nice and spacious, plenary of room with lots to do inside the house , there was 12 of use but it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other as the house is massive and like I said plenty of rooms . We had a lovely time here with all our family for my mums 70th birthday, we had good quality family time together and made some great memories, that’s when you realise that we don’t do it often another. We had teenage kids there and they didn’t even get bored , they made full use of the cinema room and the pool table , oh and the snack bar 😂😂. Thank you so much for letting us make some great memories in your home 🏠
