Carissa was an outstanding warm and welcoming host who was always responsive to our questions and needs A plus plus! the home was perfectly appointed with special extras like adjustable hydraulic bed working hot tub and game room and spotless interior. the hot tub was always on and clean as a whistle what a special easy Delight ful place.

I would recommend this home for everyone if you’d love a beautiful getaway. Walking distance to some nice trails and very peaceful and quiet.

This is a great place with absolutely beautiful surroundings (Mountain View’s out the windows)! We stayed in a tiny home (6 fit snugly) but this is also an RV park. The amenities were spectacular with a beautiful heated pool and two hot tubs. Pickle ball, ping pong, pool and shuffle board. We were in close proximity to Sedona Red Rocks State Park. I highly recommend!!

Cabin was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. For a cabin, it was spacious and the furniture complimented the space very well. The only issue, that wasn’t really an issue per se was that the upstairs sleeping area was a little warm despite having two AC units in the cabin. However, it was not so warm that made it uncomfortable to sleep in. As far as the amenities/activities made available to the guests were great. There’s things for kids and adults to enjoy. Would highly recommend.

This is our second time at this incredible Airbnb! We have our thanksgiving celebration and it was perfect. The property is gorgeous with access to the creek, pool, tiki bar, hot tub, fire pit, hammock, and plenty of places to lounge and admire the beautiful scenery. It’s all fenced in so it is a perfect for my dog too! The stargazing was so awesome. Inside it’s cozy and they had left plenty of firewood for us to have a fire going inside to keep warm. In the home also is a pool table, electric piano, and lots of games. It was a nice place for us to have time away from everything, connect with nature, and truly relax and have fun!!!! Highly recommended

This place was perfect for our trip. It had everything our family of 4 needed and was extremely clean. We were also pleasantly surprised by the clubhouse and pool. Very well maintained property and great location, especially for those wanting to be near Sedona area. We would love to return someday.

Very happy with our stay. The house was just as described, clean, and a great location. The view from the living room was a major draw for us and it didn’t disappoint. I would start here again for sure.

The Quail Cottage was the perfect location for the various areas we planned to visit. This is a well-styled, incredibly clean space that is cozy and had everything we needed. We especially loved the game room!

I booked a weekend trip with my daughter, it ended up snowing the day we went up! It was absolutely gorgeous and the snow had made our trip entirely worth it! The cabin was detailed exactly to the pictures, which was very cozy and clean on the inside! I received help from some of the amazing workers, Sean and Trey, who went above and beyond with their customer service! They both made us feel very comfortable and work well as a team! Everything about our trip was perfect, and the scenery around our cabin was beautiful and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this location and the staffs customer service to anyone I know! This is by far my favorite place to stay in the Sedona area! Thank you Don Hoels for making this a memorable trip for my daughter and I!

Great 2 bedroom place perfect for two couples or a family! Host had croissants, OJ and milk there for us on arrival since we arrived late night. very private area and lots of outside space. Highly recommend!

SOTH was a perfect getaway for my daughter and I. Being this was my first trip without my husband and only with my daughter, I was initially nervous and timid but once we arrived to SOTH, my mind was put at ease and we enjoyed a blissful few days away from the city. Loved exploring the property, sitting outside every evening to watch the sunset behind the mountain and the stargazing that followed. My daughter enjoyed the creek daily. The Stardust was perfect. It was clean, had just the right amount of amenities, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Definitely one of my top 3 Airbnb’s and will stay again. Communication was good as well.

We enjoyed our stay. The setting was private and allowed us to feel like nobody else was around. We were able to enjoy the creek which ran along their property, which is very pretty. The home had everything you would want when away from home. We were very close to all of Sedona and still felt like we were away from the stress and bustle. We would definitely come back if our plans ever brought us back to Sedona.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Sitting outside on small balcony was our favorite pastime, watching the sheep and the two beautiful dogs, Lilly and Lafayette. If your looking for a quiet relaxing get a way, this is the spot. Cornville is located between Cottonwood and Sedona, we were able to visit both and do some sightseeing and get a beautiful Sedona hike in. Make sure to make time for the small winery's to complete your visit. (Close by) This was a very relaxing setting, would stay again if we were to return.

We loved this place for the kids and I! He was able to show us all the farm animals and was extremely responsive. The place was beautiful and timeless, and we will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in this adorable cottage! We had everything we needed and more. Our hosts were so thoughtful in leaving us a personal note along with a nice bottle of wine and delicious chocolate from a local merchant. Everything we needed for making coffee was already there, we had lots of towels and other supplies, and any question we might have had was already answered with a note or a sign. While a few minutes outside of Sedona, the location was perfect for us with beautiful views of nearby wineries and the sunrise right from the kitchen window. We could relax at the table, watching birds and hummingbirds visit the feeders hanging outside. I would 100% recommend!

I can’t say enough about Christine’s helpfulness and the way she’s tended to her spaces. This cottage was the most well appointed place we’ve ever stayed in!! She had everything we needed plus some!! If you’re looking for a place just 15 minutes from the traffic of Sedona then stay here. It was so peaceful and quiet and after a long hike it was nice for us to get away from the traffic of Sedona and into a hot tub overlooking the valley. And one of the best places to eat is just a mile down the road (Up the Creek Bistro)!! We stayed for 10 days and don’t have a single complaint about the space. We absolutely loved it!

What a great, beautiful little place! You can tell they put a lot of love was put into it. Everything was perfect! Mimosas and drinks were very generous. My daughters (and I) loved playing Just Dance on the Wii, and the toys in the toy box kept my youngest busy for hours! Although chilly, sitting on the deck under the blankets on the rocking chair was just the best! We'll be back!

Great, comfy house in Munds Park. Plenty of room for our big family, great wifi, games for kids, many tvs. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!
