Gustavo was responsive and kind and this stay was great! very clean and private areas for each of us. Great restaurants and transit into the city in the area. The space even had a lovely terrace and winter garden!

The apartment met the expectiations, immediately felt like home. The host was super helpful and always responsive. We were in Milano before check in hours and he let us leave the luggage there so we were able to go to the city centre immediately carefree. There isn't much to do in the neighborhood but it is a close, nice and safe walk to the metro.

We enjoyed our two weeks in Milan staying in this great apartment. Super close to a busy bus line (56) that picks up every 4-5min or a short walk to the 1 train line going to all the main tourist spots. The nearby park is fantastic, but the hours are extremely limited during weekdays, nonetheless we enjoyed it during nights and on the weekend. With our dog, we had to rely on a grassy area that was both safe and quiet and open early and late. Plenty of grocery and pharmacies options for a longer stays as well as full kitchen for cooking. A few minor concerns was that the floor heating was very hard to control and the stove top only works after you put on the activating pans. Took us a bit to figure out, but once we did it was all great.

Beautiful windows and light. Huge rooms. Comfortable beds. Two bathrooms! We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a comfortable, spacious place to stay in Milan that was convenient for walking and riding the metro. The owners were very responsive to our questions and requests about little things. Note that the shower in the second bathroom is really just a tub with a handheld nozzle. Can’t say enough how pleasant it is to sit in the main living room with the big windows.

Nausica's place is quiet ,wide and very comfortable with everything you may need to spend a few days at Milano. There were all the essentials you need for bath, wash, clean up and cook, the only thing to mention as a drawback is that there can be more kitchen stuffs for cooking. Even though the neighborhood is not so interesting, it is at .walking distance to the Metro, supermarket and it has parking, that's very important if you go by car. I definitely recommend Nausica's place ad Nausica as host with no doubt.

Everything was great. Just the most convenient place to stay if you are in Pavia. Easy to get anywhere, comfortable, clean, and very competitive price. Melania is very nice too!

My family and me enjoyed our stay at Domenico’s place, it was exactly as pictured, it was close to the metro I believe it was like a 12 minute walk, and it was easy to find parking and access the Airbnb. As well, Domenico was nice and fast with his responses whenever I had a question. The overall space was pretty spacious and comfortable for us. I would recommend it to others and the location is great and felt safe.

Alloggio perfetto, zona tranquilla, Mattia host perfetto reattivo pronto per ogni richiesta, consiglio davvero questo alloggio per visitare Como,Milano e Varese è proprio nel punto perfetto che in 15/20 minuti dipende dal traffico sei in tutti e tre i posti punto davvero strategico consigliatissimo

Hôte super gentils, Super réactif présent dés l’arrivé malgré des explications super claires envoyées préalablement avant d’arriver pour faire son entrée de manière autonome. L’appartement est très beau, confortable et agréable à vivre avec une terrasse de malade. La location est au top avec le metro en 20min on au centre de Milan. Pas de problème pour le parking vue qu’on peut y déposer la voiture, ce qui est un gros plus si vous restez longtemps car les parkings reviennent cher en Italie ! Franchement au Top !

Verblijf was prima in orde. Behalve de hond die een paar verdiepen verder je elke ochtend wekt en de dag door blijft blaffen, vind ik persoonlijk storend. De locatie lag op 100m van showroom Paula Lenti waar we de ganse week als Domani een samenwerking hadden tijdens Salone 2024.

L’ appartamento è molto confortevole, in posizione strategica per raggiungere il parco di Monza anche a piedi e altre località rinomate come Milano, Monza, Lecco, Como, Bergamo e così via. L’host e sua moglie sono persone gentilissime e sempre disponibili a venire incontro a ogni esigenza dei clienti. Pulizia ottima, comodissimo il posto macchina privato e c’è anche la piscina all’aperto per i mesi più caldi. Valutazione complessiva: Cinque stelle superior! Grazie! Torneremo sicuramente. Ilaria

Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji. Mieszkanie ładne i funkcjonalne. W okolicy wiele lokalizacji z jedzeniem oraz blisko metra. Ciro zapewnia wszystko co zapisał w ofercie. W mieszkaniu były również ręczniki i pościel na zmianę. Komunikacja z Ciro szybka i sprawna. :)

Très bon séjour à Turate, l’appartement de William était un peu plus grand que ce qu’on pensait, avec de l’espace pour ranger nos affaires. Le grand jardin est bien clôturé et il fut très pratique pour notre chienne. William est un super hôte très disponible et sympathique. On ne manquait de rien (merci pour les petites attentions) et l’appartement était très propre ! Des petits commerces sont à 5 minutes de marche et les supermarchés à 5 minutes en voiture. On peut se garer juste devant l’entrée de l’immeuble, c’est pratique.

Szép, tiszta, ízléses és jól felszerelt volt a ház, a képek a valóságot mutatják. Gennaro barátságos és gyorsan elérhető. A környék csendes, család és állatbarát - közel van az autópálya és a boltok is.

Bereits von der ersten Minute waren wir begeistert von diesem Loft: es ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Danke der zentralen Lage kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu Fuss erreichen. Trotzdem wohnt man hier absolut ruhig, denn das stylische Loft befindet sich zu einem schön gestalteten Innenhof hin. Sehr wertvoll ist die Möglichkeit die private Garage zu nutzen. Wir waren im Dezember hier und möchten positiv erwähnen dass das Loft über eine Fussbodenheizung sehr gut beheizt war. Also ideal auch für einen Aufenthalt in den Wintermonaten. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

L’appartamento è stato ottimo in tutto, corrisponde alle foto e l’host è stato molto chiaro e disponibile anche per quanto riguarda la flessibilità degli orari di check in e check out. Molto vicino alle fermate della metro e alla stazione centrale. In appartamento si trova tutto l’occorrente per un soggiorno come si deve!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! L’accueil a été chaleureux, le logement correspondait totalement aux photos et à la description. Il est situé tout proche de la gare et du métro ce qui est très pratique pour visiter Milan et ses alentours. Nous recommandons ce logement!

Matilde was such a lovely host and the apartment was spotless. It was so thoughtful to include everything that a guest might need! Made it feel like a warm home. The water pressure in the house was also amazing

I can fully recommend this apartment even for long stays Pros: - Great wifi, 300 mbit/s, no issues not even once - Excellent shower, it can spring water on you from 4 directions (2 at once). Warm water comes fast and cold water actually can be cold - Super welcoming host, always kind and helpful, effortless communication - Comfy bed, not too soft - Private garden with trees and squirrels (you can feed them with nuts) - No noise from the street, house is in the inner block - Garbage bins for plastic, cardboard, residual and glass (on the very left) are directly in the building's courtyard. No need to seek them on the street - Well equipped apartment, plenty of storage Consider: - Like all houses in southern Europe, house has thin walls - No elevator, but only 5 steps to climb Cons: - None

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war unglaublich schnell und unkompliziert. Auf jegliche Wünsche wurde eingegangen und auch einige Empfehlungen für die Gegend wurden uns gegeben. Insgesamt war es sehr sauber und eine schöne Wohnung. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!
