Great place for a getaway.

We loved staying at the Plumeria Retreat! The views here were immaculate, and the hosts provided everything we could’ve ever needed. Parking on site was super convenient, and it was easy to get in and out of the area. Definitely a 5-star stay!

We had a great stay at Anchors Away! Nice house with a great view of Canyon Lake. The furniture and decor made us feel right at home. We really appreciated all of the extra touches of convenience - Qtips, toiletries, spices, etc. Also really appreciated a fully equipped kitchen to cook our meals. This is SO hard to find!! Plenty spacious for our family of 7. We enjoyed a lot of time out on the large deck. Enjoyed seeing deer in the backyards each morning and evening. Highly recommend!

his Airbnb was a wonderful escape! Surrounded by lush greenery and rolling hills, the property felt like a slice of paradise. My family and co-workers were amazed by the local deer wandering nearby. The house itself was cozy and inviting, with a spacious living area perfect for relaxing. Large windows showcased the stunning views, and the open layout felt airy and bright. The hot tub was a highlight since the lake was so low. The owner was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing our concerns when we informed them the microwave wasn’t working. Comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen added to the charm. This retreat, with its beautiful surroundings, relaxing amenities, and attentive host, was perfect for unwinding.

My group had a great time. The pictures were spot-on with what you get; it was clean and so spacious. Everyone loved the outdoor area too

Loved the scenic setting on the Guadalupe River. Great backdrop for family pics. Open, airy, and homey. The kitchen was well equipped and there were towels for dayzzz. 🤩. Highly recommended.

Love love loved this place! Beautiful home with plenty of space for relaxing. Whether hanging out on the deck or lounging in the hot tub, this place had it all! We even grilled out one night! This was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend. Only 30 minutes from the Natural Bridge Caverns and 40 minutes from the Gruene Historic District, it was perfectly located for what we had planned for the weekend. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!! It was well stocked with all the essentials, towels, blankets, shampoo/soap, etc. and matched the listing! The only downside was the lake was a little low, but that’s outside of anyone’s control. Otherwise it was the perfect peaceful oasis. Tons of deer running through the area too!

This place is beautiful , very peaceful and relaxing , beautiful views, very clean, place have everything you need , such a kitchen supplies, etc. was such a wonderful experience feed the deer. Looks exactly like the pictures on app. Will be back . Great place

The outlaw house was a great stay! The decor of the home was very cool and the layout was perfect for us girls on a girls trip. The house was clean and had everything we needed! We were disappointed that the backyard was not as described (it was a bit overgrown and the fire pit with chairs was not there. We were looking forward to enjoying it). There were also some gnats and mosquitoes in the home that were a little annoying at night when we were trying to sleep. They seemed to be coming from the plants that were in the home. Other than those minor issues the home was very comfortable! We enjoyed the fireplace, the comfortable couch and beds as well as the location! I would recommend to friends to stay here!

Great place very peaceful me and the family loved it very spacious. Even though we were looking forward to spend time at the lake and fish , lake was pretty dry . But we drove around and found some incredible places to swim and fish and beautiful.

First things first ... such a wonderful host!! I had a few minor situations happen but she was quick to respond and resolve the issue. You need your grass cut, you let her know and her and her Fiance come and take care of it for you!! Secondly... She allowed us to add something to her home! A fire pit! It was an ask and she was approved out ask. We bought and hope future guests enjoy it!! Also bought a few camo chairs also, for future guests to use as well!! This place is so relaxing, and close to lots of local eatery. Also not far from Lockhart which is where my husband and a few of his coworkers were commuting too. I would highly recommend too anyone who is visiting for a relaxing getaway, business. Beds are small but comfortable. Comfy bedding. Cozy couch, you'll slink right into them and cute and comfortable Egg Chairs. If you've come across this review it's because your considering the AirBnB ... Don't skip last it. It's truly a Gem 💎!! The home was easy to find. The deer led us right to it! They are everywhere in the neighborhood and we loved it! It was peaceful, great for walking, and had some pretty scenery. Perfect location to multiple parks and lots to do, while still feeling secluded and hidden away for quiet evenings. They had a well-stocked kitchen supplies, a perfect back yard, grill, and games for the kids 😊 Our kids loved their bedrooms. We enjoyed the time we spent here, love this area, and cannot wait to come back! The hosts were kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay!

A lovely retreat! Close to the lake, and the river. The trail behind the house was perfect, and the kids even enjoyed the basketball hoop and pickleball court at the end of the trail. The garage has so many great amenities, and the game room was such a blast! Kitchen fully stocked (we made almost all meals at home), beds super comfy with plenty of room for all in the home. Hosts had spot on recommendations for swimming as well. Can’t wait to come back.

This was the perfect weekend place for my family and I! Check in was super easy and the neighborhood is very peaceful and close to the lake. Definitely recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved the lake house. There were 15 of us, ranging from 2-68 years old, and everyone had an amazing time. The house had plenty of space for all of us to sleep, lounge, and play. The "man cave" had darts, shuffleboard, ping pong, and a pool table which kept the older kids very entertained. We visited from 12/25-1/1, and each day was memorable. The place was close enough to drive to San Antonio, where we went to Fiesta Texas and Riverwalk. Also, close to Wimberly, where we went hiking and shopping, and Gruene for the shops and wine! There is lots of stuff to do close by, and we visited District 46, a cool spot for food and live music. Since we live in Texas, we have had some hot days and cold days. On the hot days, we took the paddleboard down to the lake, and the kids enjoyed picking up sea shells. The hosts were equally amazing, checking in and responding to all our questions, even offering support when my sister's luggage was delayed. Overall a wonderful experience!

This house felt very homey. It was really comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you need to cook a meal. The beds were comfortable, the backyard was well maintained and had a view of the water. We all lounged in the big comfy couch, watched movies and played games. I would definitely choose this property again if I'm in the area.
