Easy to find and perfectly located near the marina, walkable to bars and restaurants. The underground parking is excellent as the area is very busy. The apartment is accessible by an elevator, so it is easy. The plaice is well equipped. The kitchen has all you need to cook, there's a grill on the balcony where we grilled steaks. Check-in was easy and checkout fine too, handing over the keys, etc. It's the location that makes it mainly. Central but quiet at night, the street outside didn't impact at all. Thanks.

Si vous souhaitez le calme, une vue imprenable sur la mer et un logement propre, clair, bien agencé, alors je vous conseille celui-ci les yeux fermés ! Nous avons apprécié le coin terrasse pour la vue, l’équipement de l’appartement et la possibilité d’avoir la voiture devant. Bonheur absolu. Un départ tardif car nous attendions le médecin nous a été proposé. Anne charlotte est tout ce qu’il y a de plus charmante et agréable, ça fait hyper chaud au cœur pour notre seule journée à Grimaud. S’il y a de la place cet été, c’est sûr on vient ! Merci infiniment.

The visit was absolutely perfect. Nice and smartly renovated apartment with fantastic views and in the best possible location. Close to cafes, restaurants, beach, train and shops. Juan Les Pins is very centrally located with easy train connections to Cannes, Grasse, Antibes, Monaco, Nice, Ventimiglia (Italy) and more. Arthur is very flexible and friendly. Highly recommended!

Pierre's place in Chateaudouble is absolutely what I hoped for and exactly as marketed. It is quaint, charming, well-equipped, and so incredibly French. The views outside the appartment windows are breathtaking. I adored my stay here and would recommend it to anyone who loves the Var but doesn't want to live in the hubub of nearby touristy towns. As a host, Pierre could not have been more helpful and was always quick to respond to a query or to offer suggestions when I wanted them.

We had a lovely stay in Florences's beautiful apartment. It is very conveniently located The apartment complex is very clean and tidy and we enjoyed the tennis courts and swimming pool.

Super accueil de la part des propriétaires. Hôtes accueillants et conseils utiles. Logement situé dans un environnement privilégié: proximité de la magnifique plage de Saint-Clair, cascade, randonnées directes dans le massif des Maures, restanques de Saint-Clair, (...). Nicolas nous a prêté des jeux pour enfants pour notre fils, nous a fait profiter des oranges et mandarines du jardin. Je recommande vivement !

Tausend Dank, liebe Sophie, für alles! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in eurem Haus, das super geschnitten und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet ist. Der kleine private Garten ist perfekt zum entspannen und die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum - perfekt gelegen zum Strand und tollen Spaziergängen am Küstenwanderweg, die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar und nach Toulon geht es schnell mit dem Bus oder den Rädern die zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Wir würden super gern wieder kommen!

hote accueillant et de bons conseils pour les activités alentours. Le logement est très propre et très agréable. Place de parking pour la voiture. Endroit sécurisé (portail électrique à l entrée). Malgré la météo mitigé aucun regret sur notre choix.

Sehr schöne gemütliche Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick und Sonnenfrühstück auf der Terrasse. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht zum Kochen und relaxen. Das Klo mit offenem Fenster zum Schlafzimmer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ;) Ansonsten alles Super!

Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die zwei Bäder und zwei Toiletten sind für vier Personen sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist extrem sauber und schön eingerichtet. Toll sind auch die drei unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, plus Grill - nur die zeitweise stark befahrene Straße ist manchmal etwas störend. Von der Unterkunft aus ist man mit dem Auto in drei Minuten an einem wunderschönen Strand wo man auch kostenlos parken kann. In die Stadt kann man super zu Fuß laufen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo e rilassante soggiorno. La villa è arredata con gusto, pulita e molto confortevole. Ciascuna delle 4 camere da letto ha un bagno privato. La vista è splendida e la zona estremamente tranquilla e silenziosa. Françoise e Didier sono stati accoglienti, estremamente reattivi e sempre disponibili. Una splendida sistemazione che raccomandiamo ad una famiglia numerosa o ad un gruppo di amici.

Très bon séjour toujours avec un formidable logement : c’est la seconde fois que nous venons et sommes toujours ravis. Maike est très réactive et disponible. Un régal. La résidence avec piscine est parfaite.

Bonsoir Flo, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement impeccable avec une vue mer à couper le souffle. Très calme à part les trains et les avions (On s'habitue avec le temps). Je recommande vivement cet appartement car je n'avais vraiment pas envie de repartir en Normandie. Un grand MERCI Flo pour cette semaine inoubliable. Nous pensons revenir ultérieurement. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Von dort aus kann man jeden Tag eine andere Aktion starten. Fußläufig war eine Bäckerei und ein kleiner Laden erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft gerne weiter empfehlen.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

J y suis allée avec mon mari et mes 2 filles et nous avons passé un agréable moment. La vue de l appartement est magnifique.. Il est très bien situé...pas loin a pied de la plage et des restaurants .Il y a également une place de parking donc très pratique. L appartement est très fonctionnel et très propre. De plus Patrice est très accueillant et très gentil. Vous pouvez y aller sans hésitation. Merci à vous.

This is the perfect to stay when visiting Nice. It is right in the heart of the Old Town. Beware it is a walk up hill to reach the apartment and then another 3 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us and actually felt good after all the wonderful wine, bread, cheese, pastries and the list goes on. The view was unbelievable. I spent all of my time on the balcony with a glass of wine or a cuppa! I could not get enough. The apartment was exactly as described. Plenty of room for the two of us. The bed was so comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Our hosts were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and other information about the city. Excellent hosts. 5 minutes walk to coffee, pastries and restaurants. The seafront is 10 minutes. It is a 5 minute walk up the hill (directly from the apartment) to the Colline du Chateau (Castle Hill) with stunning views of Nice and even the snow covered Alps. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you.
