Regine has an excellent place, cosy, all you need is there. Brilliant location. Montreuil is just good, easier access than Paris. Parking the car is easy. We drove to Montreuil and left the car. Metro is very convenient and walking distance. We loved the homely atmosphere and would love to use Regine’s house again.

Dale hat hervorragend kommuniziert. immer proaktiv und sofort erreichbar. Von der ersten Minute an hat er sich um alles bemüht und gekümmert. Auch der Check-in war flexibel möglich. Die Wohnung ist so gemütlich und schön. Wenige Minuten zum Einkaufen und zu Restaurants und Bars. Auch die Metro direkt in die City von Paris liegt vor der Haustür wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Diese Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für mehrere Tage in Paris. Danke für alles!

Great place! Tucked away from the city and the noise that went with it. It was very cozy. My family and I had a great stay. ☺️

This is a beautiful house. You feel like a guest in their family home. The garden is a lovely bonus when staying in Paris. Cool and restful. There was loads of room for our family of 5 and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The RER is just a few minutes walk away. Great place to stay.

Très bon séjour, j'adore le quartier où il se trouve, avec un super marché, boulangeries, des magazines et restaurants et le métro pas loin et les proprietaires sont très gentils, ils aident beaucoup et vous laissent sentir comfortable.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, tout à fait conforme à la description! Dounia et son époux sont des hôtes très réactifs, sympathiques et extrêmement serviables, merci à eux!! Je recommande à cent pour cent.

This was a great house to stay in for my family of 5. Everyone had plenty of room, the house was fully equipped, and it is walking distance to the train station to get to Paris. Grocery store and restaurants walking distance too. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

great apartment, it is really beautiful. great neighbourhood, loved to stay so close to the parc. madeleine was a great host and arranged so nicely for our child. we really felt at home in the apartment and enjoyed our time there!

Great location near a popular pedestrian street with many great restaurants. The building has an elevator and the terrace is a nice plus. Quiet and private, there’s an Alexa you can use (it’s in French but I was able to speak to it in English) and she provides wine, sparkling water, tea and coffee. Bridgette also was accommodating with checkin/checkout. And if you are lucky, you will meet her little dog who is super cute! Great place overall!

Very comfortable bed and pillows. All the things you need in a flat, plus many nice extras like gourmet teas and a good -sized fridge. Spotless and clean ! No damp or dark, just clean and bright and renovated. Your classic street view has Place des Vosges at the far end! You can almost see the queue for the brunch by the park. wifi perfect. We have nothing but good things to say ! Adrian was extra helpful and responsive ! 10/10

I have stayed for three weeks in Eva's place for a business trip. She is very kind, responsive, and helpful. I really like her place as it has everything I needed and also is very clean. I will stay at her place whenever I visit Paris. Thank you Eva for everything!

Nicolas's place was very cheerful and bright and was a great place to come home to after touring Paris each day. He was very helpful and flexible about our arrival time and had a map to help us get oriented to the neighborhood. Lots of bistros and shopping nearby. A lovely neighborhood to be based in for our visit.

We had a great week exploring Paris from Alexandre's place. The description is accurate. It is surprisingly quite area for being so close to great dining and shops. The building is old and as such sound does travel from other suites. We enjoyed wine on the balcony in the sun (nice that it gets afternoon sun). Bernard welcomed us and gave us some tips on some things to see and local recommendations were in the suite along with some welcome treats!. We would stay again without hesitation.

I feel very comfy at Alain’s place also the neighbourhood is very convenient to know the city, its closure to the metro it’s very helpful Alain is always there to help you and answer your messages really fast, the breakfast was very good, I highly recommend to stay with Alain

Everything was amazing, we had a beautiful stay. The location is perfect if you travel to/from Paris by train. And there are all the connections to other parts of the city from here. Anne-Claude and Pascal are amazing hosts, patient with our French (we wanted to practise with them) and having lots of tips for the city’s visit. Merci!

This place is a Paris GEM! You can't beat the location - just steps away from the metro, cafe's and restaurants. Our bedroom and bathroom were clean, bright, and comfortable with everything provided to make us feel welcome and right at home. The hostess was just delightful! Awaiting us each morning was hot coffee and warm croissants! And the view from our bedroom window! Wow! There are no words to convey how magical it was to lay in bed each night and watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle - and awaken the next morning to see it again. It was like a dream. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay - it was one of the highlights of our first trip to Paris. A heartfelt thanks for making it so special, Gary & Susan

Je viens régulièrement chez Margareth et c’est toujours un plaisir d’échanger sur l’actualité culturelle et la gastronomie. Je recommande ce séjour qui offre une très belle qualité d’accueil et un emplacement permettant un accès facile aux activités .

Het was voor mij de tweede keer dat ik logeerde in deze B&B, eerder met mijn dochter, nu met mijn man en weer is het uitermate goed bevallen. Uiterst vriendelijke mensen, mooie schone kamer met heerlijke douche, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt! Super flexibele mensen! We konden eerder inchecken en mochten onze tassen de laatste dag laten staan om ze op te halen voor vertrek. Echt heel fijn! Met de metro zit je binnen een half uur bij alle bezienswaardigheden in Parijs en Notre-Dame is met een kilometer of 4 zelfs aan te lopen (40 minuutjes). Vlakbij de B&B is het grote winkelcentrum Italie Deux op Place d’Italie. En er zijn fijne boulangeries in de buurt en op vrijdag en zondag is er een grote versmarkt om de hoek. This is a perfect place with a great location, room amenities, and Catherine's kind hospitality. I had a problem at Gare du Nord and my check-in was delayed until night, but she was very caring and welcomed me kindly. The location is in a quiet residential area and it takes only about 10 minutes to Montparnasse, making it very convenient for trips to the suburbs or sightseeing around Paris. The room is very clean, spacious enough, and had stylish lighting and interior design. Catherine is very friendly and caring about many things. she prepared a hotel-quality breakfast every morning. This Airbnb stay became a very nice memory for us.

We loved staying in this quiet apartment, and particularly appreciated the communication and kindness we received from Martine and Karim. The welcome treats, as mentioned by everyone, go a long way to helping establish yourself in the area, and we had no problem buying groceries nearby and preparing simple meals to supplement the high costs of eating out when we needed. The small kitchen has a lot going on if you look :) When my wife loved the apples Martine supplied and asked where she could buy more, a small bag appeared on the doorknob the same day. The apartment is perfectly located for long walkers like us (we saw most of Paris on foot from here), or just jump on the Metro nearby when you're tired. Highly recommend!
