Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison avec ma famille. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité, les pièces sont spacieuses et on s’y sent bien, notamment le salon qui est très familial. Il y a beaucoup de jouets à disposition pour les enfants. Julie a été réactive par message tout le long de notre séjour et ses instructions étaient claires. Enfin, l’emplacement est idéal si vous souhaitez aller au parc d’attraction Disney qui se trouve à 20 minutes. La gare de Noisy-le-grand est à proximité également. Je recommande pour les familles nombreuses

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Logement très propre et fonctionnel , l’hôte a été disponible et réactif. La salle de cinéma et la table de ping pong sont génial pour passer une soirée en couple ou entre amis. Je recommande à 100%

This place was amazing! Best AirBnb we stayed at so far! We were a group that for 8 including a one year old. The house/garden was very beautiful, spacious and the driveway was big enough two large cars. We enjoyed stay and will book again if we are visiting the area again.

Excellent séjour en famille ! La piscine est un énorme plus. Assez grande pour plusieurs adultes. Belle maison confortable ! barbecue et table de ping pong au top pour passer de bon moments.

El lugar es exactamente como se describe y como se ve en las fotos. Es amplio para un matrimonio y un hijo. Todo estaba limpio. La ubicación es a 15min de Disney y a 40min de la Torre eiffel . El sector es muy tranquilo, y seguro. Hay un supermercado a 10min caminando y un par de locales de comida. Stéphanie fue muy amable en todo. Totalmente recomendado.

Great house for lots of people! There was six of us, it’s in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 min walk to shops and station then 25 mins into central Paris! Downside was the spiral staircase which was tight to get up and down with luggage. You need to be fairly agile to get up n down as pretty steep! Otherwise all good, living room n kitchen fantastic and bedrooms big and spacious!

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Séjour inoubliable ! Dans un superbe logement décoré avec goût, tous les équipements/matériaux sont d'une grande qualité. La situation est idéale à quelques pas de la ligne 1 qui mène au centre historique de Paris en quelques minutes ! Calme et privé, vraiment le meilleur endroit pour séjourner aux abords de Paris avec tous les avantages sans les inconvénients. Nous avons vraiment adoré.

A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans le loft d’Olivier! Tout était parfait, il ne manquait rien et l’emplacement était vraiment idéale pour visiter toutes les merveilles que cache Paris.

Had a great stay in Paris, this small cottage was very cozy and great to share on a friends trip to paris, would work great for a family as well! the area was really safe and walking distance from all touristic places! Would definitely stay there again :)) keep in mind that the restroom does not fully close which was the only downside when it’s a bigger group.

Excellent séjour chez Bruno dans ce lieu atypique et un peu secret comme on en trouve assez rarement à Paris. Atelier d'artiste très bien équipé et décoré avec soin! Je reviendrai avec plaisir

Martine est très accueillante et gentille. Personne très réactive. Aux petits soins. Son logement est très bien agencé et très propre. On s’y sent comme chez soi. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Une adresse à garder précieusement.

Un séjour inoubliable chez Sam ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et un vrai sens de l’hospitalité. Sam est un hôte exceptionnel : réactif, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Le logement était impeccable – propre, bien équipé, décoré avec goût et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce (voire mieux !). On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. L’emplacement est aussi idéal, que ce soit pour se détendre ou explorer les environs. Merci Sam pour cette belle expérience ! Je recommande les yeux fermés, et je reviendrai sans hésiter si l’occasion se présente.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Il n'est pas facile de se loger à 10 sur Paris et sa banlieue proche, aussi, même si la maison est assez éloignée du centre de Paris, avec obligation de prendre des transports en commun fatigants, ce fut une belle adresse à retenir qui nous permettait de nous reposer dans le confort. Le jardin avec ses arbres fruitiers tout en fleur, rempli de chants de mésanges charbonnières fut amplement apprécié. Merci à Hamza !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Frédéric ! Le lieu est absolument parfait : à la fois proche de Paris, des commerces, des bords de Marne et du bois de Vincennes, tout en étant d’un calme absolu. La maison est décorée avec goût, très confortable, fonctionnelle, d’une propreté irréprochable, et on s’y sent immédiatement bien. La literie est excellente, et l’espace de travail au rez-de-jardin est un vrai plus. Notre animal de compagnie a été chaleureusement accueilli, ce qui est assez rare pour être souligné. La place de parking privée est très appréciable également. Frédéric est un hôte exceptionnel : bienveillant, hyper réactif, souple sur les horaires, toujours attentif au bien-être de ses voyageurs. Il partage volontiers ses bonnes adresses et fait tout pour que l’on se sente comme chez soi. Nous recommandons cette maison et cet hôte les yeux fermés, et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
