It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Un séjour inoubliable chez Sam ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et un vrai sens de l’hospitalité. Sam est un hôte exceptionnel : réactif, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Le logement était impeccable – propre, bien équipé, décoré avec goût et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce (voire mieux !). On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. L’emplacement est aussi idéal, que ce soit pour se détendre ou explorer les environs. Merci Sam pour cette belle expérience ! Je recommande les yeux fermés, et je reviendrai sans hésiter si l’occasion se présente.

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

This house looked exactly like the pictures and the host was amazing. We had a co-host meet us to walk through the house, plus there were video instructions on how to use all the appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and travel toiletries. The house was very clean, organized and fit our two families well. We had two sets of parents, 1 teenager and 2 pre-teens and everyone had their own space. The house itself is also beautifully remodeled. We used uber most of the time to get around, but the house is walking distance to public transportation too. There's also a Franprix within walking distance for household food and items. I would highly recommend this house and host to everyone.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.

This is a lovely apartment in the Marais, within easy reach of just about anything we wanted to see, and anywhere we wanted to eat. It was attractively decorated, with high ceilings, and got plenty of light. It was a pleasure to come home to and surprisingly quiet for a city apartment. My favorite places were the windowed corner nook in the living room and the patio, which has a table and chairs set among plants and vines, and had views of the sky and surrounding apartments. The kitchen was well equipped, and we could have prepared a nice if meal if w wanted to. Iris was a great host, generous with her local knowledge and responsive when we had questions. The apartment is in a co-op, and we didn't detect any resentment from the neighbors although we're obviously not owners. Highly recommended!

Quiet apartment in a quiet (but convenient) part of town, a block away from Buttes Chaumont Park, which is a really lovely and peaceful place.

This place was perfect for our Paris trip, location is everything and this place has it! Close to a metro, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Everything me, my partner and sister needed for our stay. The host is very responsive and clearly has done this many times, check in was super easy as was checkout. Would 100% recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's beautiful studio apartment. It has everything you need for a great stay and Laura was really helpful and kind. The apartment is very quiet and the balcony looks out over a lovely garden below. The apartment is situated in the residential area of Canal Saint-Martin with lots of nice cafes and casual restaurants where you can sit outside and have a coffee or glass of wine. It is close to a number of metro stations, as well as places to rent bikes, so it is very easy to travel around Paris. We look forward to coming back as soon as we can. Merci beaucoup, Laura! :)

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

Schönes, ruhiges und sicheres Appartement im Herzen von Paris. Ein echter Mehrwert ist die tolle große Terrasse. Das Appartement ist bestens eingerichtet und besitzt alle Annehmlichkeiten um nach den ausgiebigen Erkundigungen der französischen Hauptstadt gemütlich zur Ruhe zu kommen. Ein großes gemütliches Doppelbett rundet das schöne Appartement ab. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Restaurants, Brasserien sowie Bäckereien. Der öffentliche Nähverkehr funktioniert bestens und das Appartement liegt unweit mehrerer Metrostationen und Bushaltestellen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Un séjour parfait ! Le logement était chaleureux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût – je m’y suis sentie comme dans un véritable cocon. Tout était beau, propre et confortable, avec un lit vraiment douillet. L’hôte a été adorable, très sympathique et d’une grande gentillesse. Petit plus que j’ai beaucoup apprécié : le petit déjeuner offert, une attention délicate qui fait vraiment la différence. Je recommande les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir ! 🤗

Der Aufenthalt in Paris war gelungen. Da es für die Kinder der erste Aufenthalt war, haben wir die klassischen Stationen abgearbeitet. Julias Wohnung war perfekt als Ausgangspunkt geeignet. Die Metrolinien 2+3 haben und zügig überall hingebracht. Julia war gut zu erreichen und Ihre Beschreibungen zur Wohnung und zum Erhalt des Schlüssels waren sehr gut. Der 11 Arrondisment ist lebendig und vom Bäcker über den Supermarkt bis zu Restaurants aller couleur ist alles fussläufig erreichbar. Kurzum, die Woche Paris in Julias Wohnung war sehr gelungen und wir würden Sie jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans ce logement. c'est un super appartement, dans une résidence privée très calme. Le réveil le matin se faisait au son des oiseaux. l'appartement est très sympa,la literie formidable. Le seul point négatif serait qu'il n'y a presque pas de pression dans la salle de bain,mais ce serait pour chipoter! Il est à proximité immédiate du métro, il y a une super boulangerie à 5 minutes à pied. Bref,si nous devions revenir sur Paris, nous n'hésiterons pas une seule minute à réserver à nouveau ce logement.

Eric und Alain haben uns vor der Reise ein hilfreiches Welcome Book geschickt und uns bei der Ankunft persönlich begrüsst und Tipps für Paris gegeben. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen, danke, Eric, für den freundlichen Empfang! Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen: In einer Gegend mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Aber da die Fenster auf der Seite des privaten Innenhofs (mit tollem Garten!) waren, war es nachts komplett still und wir konnten mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, sehr angenehm. Im Garten hat es einen Teich und man darf die Fische füttern, ein Highlight für unsere Söhne!

Mon séjour chez Mélanie s’est très bien déroulé. Le logement était propre et agréable. L’hôte a été réactive et attentionnée, et le lit particulièrement confortable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus plaisant. Je recommande vivement ! 👍

On a passé un très bon long weekend de Pâques chez Françoise. La maison était propre et parfaite pour un gros groupe. La position était excellente

This romantic top-floor hideaway is beautifully decorated and cleverly designed to make the most of the available space. Private balcony is a brilliant feature and the whole place is both quirky and very comfortsble. Lots of thoughtful touches. Definitely worth the effort of climbing the stairs!

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!

Jérome war ein sehr netter Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat uns herzlich empfangen und auch bei der Abreise ist er extra zur Schlüsselübergabe vorbei gekommen. Er ist jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar gewesen. Auch der check-in und check-out waren sehr flexibel auf uns abgestimmt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen in der Nähe von 2 Metro-Stationen und man ist schnell im Zentrum von Paris. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es herrlich ruhig. Supermärkte und Bäckereien sind ganz dicht in der Nähe. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und würden auch jederzeit wieder kommen.
