Ping's place is on 25th floor and has a great view of the area around. Great location right in the middle of Pavillion Shopping Area with lots to eat and see. Subway nearby too. Free parking is a great plus and the parking lot is very easy to park. This service apartment is right next to the hotel and share the gym, swimming pool and parking lot. The apartment is very modernly furnished and clean and all the essentials and amentities. Bed is very comfortable with individual air cond in each room and in the living room. Great value for money. Will definitely book again next time when i come to KL

Marveen was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

I stayed for 6 days and Vincent was amasing for communication. Unfortunately heavy raining caused water come into the apartment which was out of his hands. Vincent could come and sort everything out. I definitely come back if I come to KL

Great place. Excellent location. So much to see and do in KL but we were low key and having so many restaurants in walking distance was perfect.

The host - hats off the best one Ive ever experienced. Through some minor inconveniences, I still with no doubt think we all had a blast as we rarely find a big comfortable home that can fit all our family for staycations. The kitchen is amazing - has almost everything we need. The living room - also spectacular that we can all cozy up and watch movies together, pray together. Long story short - felt immediately like home 😍

Location is superb. Cant go wrong with this flat. 5-8 minute walk to Jalan alor night market, pavilion shopping mall, china town petailing street. Everything is around. Our children love the slide and the kid’s room decoration. Aircon throughout the flat. Nice balcony for outdoor dining and drying your clothes. 1 min walk to the pool. The flat has all essential kichenware. I would book the flat again if I come back to Malaysia.

Eric was always quick to reply and allowed us to have early check-in and even late check-out. Great to find a host who is so flexible. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at his apartment.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft mit grandioser Sicht auf die Skyline. Man kann sich kaum satt sehen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele gute und günstige Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist modern und bestens eingerichtet. Wenn wir nochmal nach KL kommen, dann bestimmt in diese Wohnung.

We enjoyed our stay at Samantha and Nicks. It was clean and cozy. We booked the barbecue and Samantha was very accommodating and thoughtful as she changed the barbecue pit to one under cover just in case it rains. But we were blessed with a good weather and had a great evening! Would love to come back again and highly recommend
