Susanna is very responsible to communicate, the room it's not too large but enough for 2 persons, if you will be stay for more 2 persons or family stay it's too small. the place are so good, for facilities the place (swimming pool and gym) it's very good. for facilities inside the room it's a complete but not very complete because there's have stove but they don't have pan or something for cook. the amenities so complete there's are towel, soap, shampoo and toot paste. the problem when I'm stay there it's the access card for lift it's can't function and the air conditioner I think it's too small for the room. so it's not cool for the Batam weather. and Susanna allowed me to late c/o for 1 hour. thanks for your help.

The unit itself is amazing, worth every penny you spend compared to other building in the area. Plus you get a friendly and reponsive host to help you out. I really enjoy my stay here.

Overall is good- host very responsive . Pros- unit view is nice . Look like what is was desribe, beds are comfortable and cosy. Aircon’s are cold. Sofa comfortable also .. Unit is big and spacious.. below the malls have many foods choice. Supermarket and 24 hour mamak stall. Cons- some ants at toilet basin and bowl areas in both toilet and dining table Generally will recommend for anyone to stay as hosts are friendly, unit is nice i will definitely come back to stay . . Location is good 👍🏻 Experience with them are good 👍🏻

Nice space and the check in was seamless. The host was quick to answer all my queries. The only inconvenience is I am not near that near any shopping mall within walking distance and I have to go down to pick up my delivery. Otherwise, everything is great!

Apartment is huge, clean and also got alot of things to play such as maracas,piano,guitar,karaoke,dart, console games, mahjong game. and also most important, got babychair! my baby can still all day without having me to carry him always. Environment/location is good. easy to find food/supermarket. view is nice, can see woodlands and malaysia custom. additional, i would like to thanks the host and housekeeping cleaners for being honest. i left something valueable / precious in the apartment. on of the host contacted me and inform. appreciate it and many thanks! will come back with the same host team and recommend my families members too! many thanks all :)

We enjoyed the view, the tub, the couch and the bed. Rooms are reasonably clean, with the exception of a moderate smell of damp in the bedroom, ostensibly related to water damaged flooring. Airing out the room improved it significantly. Air conditioning is fantastic, heated water is decent, water filtration, hair dryer, kettle and fridge are excellent. Having a washer/dryer with wash powder available is very handy. It's quiet but near enough to Aeon and Legoland. Plenty of good food and convenience stores in walking distance. Helpful host. Overall very pleasant experience.

It was amazing experience staying this unit, furnishment was perfect and so comfortable, made me feel like at home during several months stay. Highly encourage new comer to stay here, i bet no regret.
