The villa was clean and ample spaces for get together and children can run around. Great for large families.

My group and I had a great stay at Dian's stay in Batam! The location was perfect—close to the ferry terminal, shopping malls, and plenty of food options. The host was super responsive and made check-in smooth and easy. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Wi-Fi was strong, the aircon worked great, and the bed was comfortable, however the water pressure was low due to Batam Center issue. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Batam, whether it's for a short getaway or a longer stay.

The Location is right smack in the middle of Orchard Road and there are a lot of great restaurant in the vicinity. The listing is as description and the photo matches the place that i stayed. The building is old but was pretty well maintained overall, Do run the water a bit during your stay as there might be some chock-age for the drainage linked to the bathtub, this will also allowed rust residue to be emptied for the rest of the stay. Overall great stay and great host. Would recommend for people that are looking for a good location and spacious apartment to stay in Singapore.

Stayed for 2 nights w family of 4. The house were true to photos advertised & clean. Host is very responsive & friendly, even provided some snacks & a doraemon stuffed toy as gift. Doraemon fans will love it! Kids also loved the bunk bed with sliding doors. Toilet door needs some repair though. Security guards were friendly too! Parking is free & easy, has open/multistorey parking but multistorey parking is very challenging for big cars. The slope up/down is super narrow when turning (especially exhausting if coming back late at night when there isnt much parking lots left & having to go up/down the narrow slopes so many times to find a lot.... i advice to go straight to basement2 than to go up). Within the condo itself, there is a minimart that is opened even at around 1030pm+ when we visited. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Will be back the next time we go legoland!

Wonderful host, my aunt felt comfortable staying in her apartment. no hassles great host. Highly recommended for couples wanting cleanliness and price is definitely a good deal!!!

This property is extremely tourist friendly. it is right in the middle of an extremely large amount of stores from economic to high end. it is also very close to the train system, which is very easy to learn, extremely clean, and very safe. This will let you visit virtually the entire country seeing amazing sites, have fabulous dinners, and accomplish everything that you could possibly want and go to Singapore for. The highlight of this property, however, was found in a very unusual and most unexpected spot. Raymond is a security guard who works at Park Suites. He is extremely intelligent not only about Singapore but Malaysia and other surrounding countries. Make sure to find him when you get there. We traveled with him to Malaysia, which is only 30 minutes away, and learned so much more about Singapore because of him. Raymond is the true Jewel of Singapore, and because of him, we will stay at Park Suites again and would be happy to pay twice as much for the stay. Do search him out.

This location is great. A short walk round the back gets you to Duxton and tanjong pagar. The rooms are large and well equipped. Plenty of storage space for long term rents. Super clean. Despite being in busy road my room was very quiet. WiFi very good. Check in and out was super smooth with everyone being 5 minutes early - like clockwork. Certainly recommend 100%
