Ilan resimlerinden daha geniş bir mekan. Plaja yakın olması kesinlikle bir avantaj. Ev sahipleri güleryüzlü, kibar ve yardımsever insanlar. Tek sıkıntı bodrum katta olmasından ötürü hafif bir rutubet kokusu oluyor. Pencereleri açık tuttuğunuz sürece hissedilmiyor.

Aile tatili için harika bir ev. Sessiz, sakin, doğanın içinde olması huzur veriyor 🥰 Evde ihtiyacınız olacak herşey var. Market ve çok yakın. Plaj 5 dk yürüme mesafesi diyebiliriz. Seda hanım oldukça ilgiliydi, herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz 🥰

Eine super schöne, neue und saubere Unterkunft. Der Pool ist ebenfalls hervorragend, das Wasser wird 2 mal in der Woche kontrolliert ggf. gereinigt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und bei Fragen rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Allgemein waren wir sehr zu frieden und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen 👍

Die Wohnung war sauber und schön. Habe mich Wohlgefühlt. Hakan und die Schwester waren immer gut erreichbar bei Fragen. Tolle Umgebung. Danke 😊

Gülşah hanım çok samimi ve sıcak karşıladı bundan çok memnun kaldık evde bir kaç yer için tadilat gerekliydi muhit olarak sessiz sakin bir yer rahatsız edici bir etken olmadı başka bir yorumda gördüğüm kadarıyla komşunun köpekler için rahatsız edici olduğu yazıyordu fakat köpekler çok havladığına şahit olmadık bizi rahatsız etmedi huzurlu güzel bir vakit geçirmek için gayet uygundu

a spectacular stay, in a gorgeous home, full of rustic charm and modern amenities. we loved every single minute here and have rented many prior airbnbs. this by far surpassed all of my prior experiences. thank you Patrik for the most unbelievable stay. I will most definitely be back!

Iro’s home was outstanding. More beautiful than even the pictures could show. Iro is one of the friendliest, most caring and helpful people I have ever met. She is full of energy, loving, considerate and her home is filled with personal touches above and beyond any I have ever experienced before. I can’t wait to make my next reservation with her. I would give her and her beautiful home more than 5 stars if I could.

Ich hatte einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement hat alles was man benötigt. Die Umgebung war ruhig und sauber. Herr Kutay ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber der sich immer wieder erkundigt hat, ob alles in Ordnung. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ich komme sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank 😊

3 gece 4 gün 8 yetişkin 1 bebek 2 köpek ile son derece keyifli kusursuz bir tatil yaptık. Sadece son gün bölgede olan elektrik kesintisi neredeyse yarım gün bize bir kayıp yaşattı ama onu da geç çıkış alternatifi sunarak telafi ettiler. Ellerinde olmayan bir duruma rağmen çözüm üretip yardımcı oldular.

The place was amazing ! We had a private swimming pool which was maintained and cleaned every morning. The breakfast was delicious the view is breathtaking. We loved spending time in the villa. The overall villa was super clean and the host is very helpful.

très beau logement! Très bien situé pour visiter les alentours et le proprio a d'excellentes recommandations! (resto, plage) La piscine était très propre et elle a fait du bien pour se rafraîchir un peu. Je recommanderais pour ceux qui veulent un coin tranquille pour explorer la région

We really enjoyed the hospitality, attention and involvement of the host. wonderful villa, good location relative to the sea and shops, and of course closeness to the milli park. thanks for everything - we will definitely come again when we plan a trip to Kusadasi

Host was very friendly and always responsive through WhApp or IG if there were any problems or whenever we needed recommendations (i.e. a good Hamam). The house was very beautiful with identical looking neighboring houses. The pool quality was out of this world. Slightly salty and very little chlorine which meant you could open your eyes under water without straining your eyes. By far the best pool I've been in. The house is some distance away from the closest beach so a rental car is definitely recommended.

An amazing stay, right in the heart of the street markets of Kuşadası and only a few minutes by minibus/car for a cheap price to the beaches or beach clubs that are paid entry. Host is responsive immediately and ensured we had all we needed. We had a five year old child with us, in regards to the noise she slept perfectly fine was never bothered at all by the music. Neither were we, it wasn’t that bad for us I guess it depends on the person. Clean on arrival as well. Thank you very much for this perfect stay hope to see you again one day :)

George is a great host. Both the place and the house were amazing. It is a seaside house offering privacy in different rooms. The garden was a useful gathering space. The nights were quiet and with full of the sounds of the waves.

Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi. Hiçbir eksik yoktu tüm olanaklar mevcuttu. 2 aile konakladık ve hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Yiğit bey ve Tülay hanım çok ilgililer bir ihtiyacımız olduğunda yazdığımızda dakikasında dönüp hemen ilgilendiler. çok kibar insanlar. Bahçede oturmak çok keyifliydi etraf sessiz sakindi tam kafa dinlemelik bir yer. Çevre plajları gezeriz diye planlayarak gelmiştik ama çukuraltı plajını çok beğendik başka yerlere gitmeye gerek bile duymadık. Konum olarak çok iyi kuşadası, efese çok yakın. Çok keyif aldık evden de Özdereden de. İleride fırsat olursa tekrar gelmek, bu evde misafir olmak isteriz. Ailecek çok memnun kaldık.

Geweldig verblijf in Kuşadası! Mijn verblijf bij Murat was fantastisch! Het huis was schoon en comfortabel, en de locatie was ideaal om bezienswaardigheden zoals Efeze en Zeus cave te verkennen. Murat was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat mijn ervaring nog aangenamer maakte. Een perfecte plek voor een ontspannen vakantie in Kuşadası. Ik kom zeker terug! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hallo liebe Ebru und Babylon Gardens Mitarbeiter, meine Familie und ich hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Özdere. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt obwohl es mitten in der Nacht war und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da was wir benötigten, viele Handtücher, Bettwäsche und alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Poolbereich und das Restaurant sind sehr einladend und gepflegt, sehr ruhige, familiäre, chillige Atmosphäre, gutes Essen, und sehr, sehr freundliches, herzliches und immer ansprechbares Personal. Die Kinder haben das Wasser geliebt und wir haben uns alle zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal für einen tollen Urlaub!!!

Maria’nın annesi çok iyi bir insandı. Girişte şarap ve meyve ikram etti. Ayrıca kahvaltıya bizim için peynirli börek hazırlamıştı .Hoş sohbetli bir ev sahibiydi. Her şey istediğimiz gibiydi. Ev bütün ihtiyaçları karşılıyor. Umarım tekrar görüşmek üzere
