Priceless views from this property. On the edge of town so able to be away from the summer crowds but town is a quick drive away!

The otter is a super cute, comfy little cabin with a spectacular view and just minutes outside of Homer. I had a very relaxing stay which was just what I needed!

Had the best family vacation at this amazing location! The cabin was so comfortable! From the warm fireplace to the comfortable bed! Every detail of the cabin was so thoughtful and genuine! The hosts were so kind and responsive! I can’t recommend this location enough! The spa was just over the top amazing! So relaxing and peaceful, gorgeous views! Thank you for having us!

We had an excellent stay. Listing is accurately described and the place was clean and tidy on arrival. There were so many small touch amenities that made the stay easy for someone traveling a long distance. Beds were also very comfortable and clean. We will definitely look to stay here again during our next visit. And oh yes, what a fun view to wake up to in beautiful Homer!

Amazing view and the hot tub was right next to the cabin. It was small but very well laid out and functional. All the wood was lovely.

Rustic and quaint accommodations, as described. Quiet, but within walking distance of good restaurants, shops, and fine drinking establishments.

Wow! What a great experience and adventure. The barn is such a cool old log cabin, cozy warm and lots of board games to enjoy. We didn’t even use the tv there was so much to do. Walked to the beach, explored the farmstead, petted the cows, chatted with Otto who lives next door and was very hospitable as well. We spoke with multiple members of the Kilcher family and they were all warm and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back! Also close to Homer so we could still get everything we needed.

Very cute place with beautiful surroundings! We were entertained by five young river otters in the morning. There are quite a few stairs leading down to the place, so pack light.

Such a charming cabin with an excellent view in a perfect location. The kitchen was fully stocked (a huge plus) but honestly nothing was better than the view! One of our favorite AirBnB’s EVER!

Ed & Sheryl's cabin suite is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed in. The location is awesome and it was so comfortable & cozy. They make sure you have everything you need. It is a private stay but they are just around the corner and very good at communicating. They're very kind individuals and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests.

A cute duplex cabin, good for two groups that travel together like we did. My daughter and I shared a queen bed in one unit and four friends shared the two beds in the other unit. Nice porch for admiring the views. The sofa in our unit may be used for sleeping, but we didn't try. We would stay again.

We were in Alaska for a wedding in Anchor Point. Margia’s cabin was a great location in between Anchor Point and Homer. The cabin is private, well stocked, furnished and very clean. Margia and her son, Russell, are very kind and were very helpful. My husband and I would stay here again!

I was very happy and satisfied with all and will try to get back some day. The cabin had everything I could think of.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a peaceful spot that was relaxing to go at the end of a busy day in Homer. The horses were really fun to watch while sitting out in front of the cabin. It was also a special treat getting fresh eggs in the morning to cook on the griddle outside. The cabin was clean and cozy.
