Dear Arie, I just wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the wonderful experience we had during our stay at your villa. The place was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably clean, everything we hoped for and more. A special thank you to Kak Yuni and her team for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly accommodating and available from 8am-6pm, always making sure that we had everything we needed. Their efficiency and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. I also want to highlight the outstanding service provided by the in-house driver, Ketut. He was incredible, knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our trip more comfortable. Ketut introduced us to local foods that we truly enjoyed, and his warm personality made the experience even more memorable. Thank you once again for providing such a wonderful place and team. We will certainly remember our time here fondly and look forward to returning in the future!

This was a superb experience living for a month within a Balinese family compound. It was a great location for walking to Ubud and had a selection of restaurant/cafes closeby. A variety of Beautiful spas were also close for treatments. The accomodation had a swimming pool which we used daily and a family shop which was very convenient. All of the Balinese family members were so lovely and welcoming that we cant wait to return for another holiday.

Calming environment next to the Monkey Forest and some brilliant little cafes 5 minute walk to the entrance of the monkey forest. My room was clean and I was provided with fresh water daily, breakfast was offered but I chose to eat out at local cafes my favourite Black Sheep. the staff were very friendly and I loved the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the pool was great for an afternoon dip.

Opic and Made have been amazing hosts and welcomed us with their incredibly warm kindness upon arrival and throughout our stay. They have been attentive and very quick to respond during our stay. We have thoroughly enjoyed this villa and it’s location and couldn’t ask for better hosts.

Wir haben Kadeks Unterkunft gemietet um von Ubud aus viel zu unternehmen. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag kam man immer in die schöne Oase von Kadek, kühlte sich im blitzsauberen Pool ab und genoss das traumhafte Bett. Gefrühstückt haben wir hier; abends waren wir essen. Ein Supermarkt keine 100 Meter von dem Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Ihre Schwester arbeitet als Masseurin und wir hatten Sie zwei Mal bestellt...Ein Traum... Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen; allerdings benötigt man einen Fahrer, Moped oder Kadeks Mann fährt; er ist Taxifahrer. Kadek war jederzeit erreichbar und es gab in einer Woche eine Reinigung und frische Handtücher.

Staying at OkiOka Villa in Ubud was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, Oki and Oka welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home. Their kind gestures and attentiveness truly set this place apart. The villa itself was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, providing the perfect balance of comfort and tranquility. Every morning, we enjoyed a freshly prepared breakfast, always served on time, which was a great way to start the day. One of the highlights was how communicative and responsive Oki and Oka were. Whenever we needed anything, they were always just a message away, ensuring our stay was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, OkiOka Villa is a fantastic place to stay in Ubud—highly recommended for those looking for a peaceful retreat with exceptional hospitality!

Had the best time at AIR. The apartment is so much bigger than expected and really comfortable. The location is great for the centre of Ubud while being out of the way enough to also be quiet. But by far the best thing was the interaction with other guests and the community vibe AIR has - breakfast conversations and evening hang outs (while feeling totally at ease being able to have my own space when needed). Whether you’re a creative or not, this place felt so welcoming.

This is a really nice property within Ayana Residence, which is located within the broader Ayana Resorts premises. The apartment is great with excellent views of the ocean. The housekeeping staff is very helpful. You have access to all the Ayana restaurants. Going around is easy as one can call the buggy to the apartment building; it usually shows us within 15 mins. I would have liked to be able to access the gym and pool at the main resort as those are more luxurious with astounding views of the ocean, but those are not available to those staying at Ayana Residence. Fortunately, the gym and pool at Ayana Residence were also decent. Overall, it is great value, and we would love to come back someday.

Glad to find bali duta apartment from the list. Great location close to the airport and kuta beach, malls, restaurants, banks, pharmacies. The apartment itself clean and comfortable. Recommend !!

Nyoman is a very caring and cool host. I came to Ubud for the first time, but I was so happy. He cleaned right away and accepted feedback right away. And he always tried to communicate with me and gave me a lot of information. He’s a very honest man to know. There will be good accommodation and delicious food. I’ll be back next year. Thank you for your kind service. This place is the best! ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve travelled to over 35 countries in my life. Joe & his team are basically what you’d expect to find in a hotel. Very professional. I stayed in two of his villas for two months & every single problem or request I had, he and Enzo took care of right away. I asked for an office chair & desk: Delivered before arrival. Wifi wasn’t working very well in the second Villa: new modem installed that day by Enzo. Free airport pick-up/drop off too! The pool’s big & beautiful &, in this villa, is right in front of your place. There’s on-site staff all day & usually thru the night, + just an sms away, 24/7. The place is located right nearby a cool street w/lots to see, + the beach is like 10 minutes away on scooter. Joe & his team even helped me get a local scooter + w/visa services. When I first saw the Villa I was a little turned off by the purple color on the couch but once u’re inside it’s just fine. I’ll stay again in the future for sure! Thank you, Joe & Enzo!!

Sehr schöne und geräumige Unterkunft. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen gibt es 2 große Schlafzimmer mit je eigenem Bad, eine offene Küche mit Essbereich und einem tollen Pool in der Mitte. Alles ist sehr neuwertig, blitzsauber und geschmackvoll gehalten, so dass wir uns von Anfang an direkt wohl gefühlt haben. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr offen und freundlich und haben uns nett empfangen. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin haben sie uns bei der Organisation einiger Touren (wie zB zum Mt. Batur) unterstützt. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen und würden sehr gerne selbst wiederkommen!

The villa looks exactly like the picture. The instructions are quite clear. The alley is small, and Innova car is the maximum size of the car that can go in front of the villa (fit in the alley). Kitchen utensils are quite complete. Overall The villa is quite well maintained except for the wood floor around the swimming pool which is dangerous because the small pieces of the wood can get stuck inside your feet. Management needs to refurbish the floor / do something with the wood floor. The air conditioning in the 1st room (wood door) is not that cold compared to the other room. Since it is not a beachfront villa, so if you want to go to the beach need to use a car/motorcycle. The place is within walking distance to Gusto Gelato, Naughty Nuris, and small circle K. Overall my family had a great time during Bali’s silent day in this villa.

What an amazing stay! Bima was brilliant, such a responsive host, allowed us to check in early so we could escape a nightmare of an AirBnb we showed up to. Be booked and within 45 minutes we were there. The home is magic! The pool is amazing and it's truly a villa, we've been to bali 8 times, been in some "villas" that are more like apartments. This is everything you want, if you're a kiwi, you'll love the manu platform off the second floor where the master bedroom is!. It has everything you need, two TV's, Bluetooth sound system. It's away from all of the traffic and hustle and bustle. Absolutely wish we stayed the full 11 nights at the villa. The staff were amazing, there is even a fire pit! Will be booking again in 6 months. Thank you Bima!

What a wonderful stay at Villa Baia! You will love it! The villa was gorgeous!!! Set in the middle of rice fields - we truly felt that Ubud charm! Villa was more than enough for our family of 9. Billiards, swimming pool, in home chef, floating breakfast, in home massages, outstanding host — everything you need for a relaxing, fun filled and memorable vacation!!!! Short walk from main road but we believe once construction is done - vehicle can easily drop you off and pick up from gate - already looking forward to when we can come back with family. Our host Mr Surya and his staff were absolutely outstanding! From our requests for things we needed (water, coffee etc) to their daily housekeeping - everything was extremely well taken care of!!! Excellent communication! Mr Surya and his staff truly an asset to Bali superhost and we won’t hesitate booking with Bali superhost in the future as well as we will recommend to all our family and friends!!!! Thank you Bali and til we meet again!

The whole area where the villa is located is set in raw nature and really very beautiful. The villa itself is very cosy with a lovely garden with seating and a pool overlooking the forest. We were surprised by the excellent breakfast within the price and also enjoyed a perfect dinner regularly. All the staff were extremely helpful and very kind. We would definitely go back again! Thank you for an indescribable experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa in Ubud! The house is cozy, clean, and well-equipped — it felt like home from the very first day.
