Alojamientos vacacionales en Sellano

Appartamento molto spazioso e ben curato nei dettagli. Ci siamo sentite a casa. Gli host avevano lasciato anche alcune cose per la colazione (tra cui latte, marmellatine, crostatine ecc..) e per la pulizia. Non abbiamo dovuto pensare a far spesa perché c’era già lo stretto necessario (come il caffè per la mattina, il sapone per le mani ecc..). Nel bagno erano riposti anche kit per igiene personale molto apprezzati. Fabio e Monica sono stati molto disponibili, reattivi nelle risposte e cordiali. Una esperienza molto positiva!

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

A casa della signora Maria Francesca ci siamo trovati benissimo ci ha accolto il figlio persona veramente gentilissima.. Casa pulita e ordinata con tutto il necessario a nostra disposizione per non parlare del meraviglioso terrazzo dove abbiamo fatto una meravigliosa collazione immersi dalla natura respirando un’aria molto gradevole ritorneremo sicuramente ☺️🫶🏽 Grazie signora Maria Francesca 🫶🏽

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus war super geeignet für 10 Personen mit 2 kleinen Kindern (mehr wären auch möglich gewesen) und durch den Garten ein Paradies für uns. Da da Haus nicht klimatisiert ist, wird es in den Schlafzimmern auch Nachts teilweise nicht kühl, dafür gibt es aber in jedem Raum Ventilatoren. Der Pool ist ein wirklicher Traum. Vor allem die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Brians lokalem Mitarbeiter Andy war grandios - er hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben und bei allem umgehend geholfen :)

La mansarda di Emanuela è una piccola bomboniera. E' dotata di tutto il necessario anche per lunghi soggiorni. Abbiamo apprezzato i consigli di Emanuela sui dintorni da visitare e dove fermarci a mangiare. L'appartamento è vicino alle Cascate delle Marmore e ai borghi medievali. Ottima biancheria da letto e da bagno, profumatissima. Consigliatissimo!!

Une de nos plus belle location Un service juste digne d’un 5 étoiles Un service exceptionnel Des chambres luxueuses avec chacune une salle de bain privé Tout est parfaitement propre et confortable La piscine est incroyablement grande et majestueuse Le jaccuzi est super aussi… il y a une douche et salle de bain extérieur La sécurité est partout (caméra, alarme, sécurité piscine) Il est à proximité de commerce et restaurant La literie est parfaite Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés Tout est parfait Je pourrais passer une soirée à faire les éloges de la propriété et d’Alessio qui nous a accueilli était au top !!! On a pu s’organiser parfaitement pour notre arrivée et notre départ Je peux que conseiller à mon entourage votre magnifique villa !!! Tout était parfait… un sans faute On se sent comme chez soi On reviendra c’est certain :)

This is a wonderful cottage. It is SO beautiful. One of the things that I liked most about it was how quiet and peaceful it was. I particularly noticed this one morning when my wife and I were having breakfast, looking across the picturesque view of the valley and landscape. As we watched a flock of birds pass by, probably 1000 yards away, we heard a soft slapping sound. We realized that we were hearing the birds flap their wings. From partway across the valley. At night, you could hear the leaves fall. It is amazing how at peace and calm you feel when there is no background noise. It was magical. The house was beautiful too. It looks exactly like the pictures. I hope we get to return someday. The one downside is that this rental is far from restaurants. If you want to go out to eat in the evenings, there are two pizza places in Guardea (about 10 minutes away) and one restaurant near the train station in Alvianio (about 20 min away). That's it. Other dining options are 30+ min away.
