We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

All good, we enjoyed the stay. Didn't venture to the clubhouse/ pool, but would if we had stayed longer. Beach walks lovely, lidl was very handy. Caravan in a good tucked away location 👍

We stayed at Louisa’s house for a week at the end of the summer holidays. We were a multi generational group of 11, and used it as a base so we could sail at Dell Quay just minutes down the road. We all had a fabulous time sailing, swimming in the pool, playing tennis, going to Chichester Festival Theatre and visiting the Pallant Gallery too. We had a delicious meal at the Crown & Anchor pub just minutes down the road and went for walks along the beautiful shoreline. This house was perfect for us.

We had a great stay at this caravan! It was spotless, really well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy but smartly laid out, making it feel roomy and practical. The location was peaceful, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For the price, it was more than reasonable — definitely great value. Crystal, the host, was amazing — super friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. Would absolutely book again!

Myself and my family really enjoyed our stay in Rosie's caravan. It was so lovely and the holiday park has great facilities. The walk down to the beach was really nice. On one of the days we stayed there, there was a member of staff entertaining the children in the coastal park area with circus equipment. My kids enjoyed that. The staff were really kind at the swimming pool when my daughter lost an earring. They managed to find it for her in the pool, they were brilliant! We recommend Fins cafe on Sandown beach, such a lovely cafe and view. We made some really nice memories from our stay in isle of wight, thank you Rosie x

Had a long weekend with the family and it was a great base. The apartment was clean, comfy and had a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge which was great as we had multiple family groups that all bought lots of food. The main house is fabulous to look at and we could appreciate it's beauty. The pool was beautiful too, warm and relaxing...although personally we would have rather paid more at booking and the access be bookable but included in the price but understand this wouldn't suit everybody. There was lots of outdoor seating, garden games, ping pong and a large chess game and small climbing frame which were welcomed touches. We were left to our own devices despite the building being connected to home owners which we appreciated. Our only criticism was there are signs put out to show private garden areas but with dogs and children this can be a bit harder to control so some clearer boundaries might be more helpful for future guests. Thank you for having us!

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

A lovely house, homely and comfortable, very well-appointed and nicely maintained. Ria and Adam look after this place and do not scrimp on what they provide for their guests, which is very nice to see. The house is spacious and has three separate downstairs living spaces (that can be easily isolated) so you don't feel like you are all on top of each other. Bedrooms are light and airy (especially the large master) and the bedlinen and towels are top hotel quality and fresh too. The outside spaces are clean and clear with a lovely heated pool to the rear. Lots of space for guests to relax. Bathrooms are similarly well-appointed with nice high-end electronic shower controls and very clean and fresh-looking. Location is great and it takes about a minute to walk down the road to the beach access gate. There is a sea view from the master bedroom. All in all we had a great long weekend stay. Ria and Adam were very responsive and helpful.

What a fantastic house,perfect for our family gathering for an 80th birthday. The games/cinema room was amazing,our 6yr old and 11yr old loved it and playing all the old xbox games. Great for keeping kids entertained. They now want to live here! The layout of the house was great for our needs with various seating areas and entertaining spaces. The pub opposite the house was nice and did a really good Sunday carvery. Would recommend to any other family groups looking for a get away. Thanks Paul!

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

Myself and a few friends were looking to escape and have a private beautiful place for a relaxing new year break and the barn was exactly this! We felt at home straight away. The barn is stunning - it’s somebody’s home with books, artwork, rugs, lots of life. Once you’re settled you won’t want to leave- we didn’t!

We had a fabulous few days here. It was so well located with a beautiful & peaceful garden. The hot tub was amazing and the location meant we could easily walk to the beach/shops/restaurants. It was bigger than the pictures gave it credit (in my opinion) and it was spotless and comfortable. We have a one year old and it was very safe for him and the cot/highchair were very superior! We would love to return at some point!

The house was gorgeous and such a high standard. Eachensuite bathroom looked brand new, and the whole place was just beautiful! Would absolutely recommend and stay agai .

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Amazing stay in Selsey! The beachside view was breathtaking, and the modern design made it so relaxing. As a group of couples, we settled in the moment we arrived. The peaceful surroundings and stylish, creative vibe made it feel just like home. The games on the shelves and well-equipped kitchen with quality cutlery were great essentials for our stay. Highly recommend to anyone!

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Jessica’s home was well equipped tidy and very comfortable. We had a. Amazing time as 2 family’s with 4 children from 7 months to 9 years old. The outdoor space was beautiful, the children enjoyed the trampoline and slide and the bunk bed in particular was a hit with the boys. I recommend this house for those looking for a peaceful base to explore the South Downs and surrounding areas.

Sally is a excellent host, very responsive, kind and attentive to her guests. The property is very well appointed, very homely and very clean. The location is fantastic and very quiet. Although there is not a huge amount of parking, we found it easy to get parked around the corner. Also, you can always get parked on the road itself while loading and unloading. There are nearby shops within a very short walk, with Waitrose literally around the corner, which is very convenient. You can get to Old Portsmouth and the historic docks within a 10-minute bus or car journey and Southsea is very beautiful and worth exploring.

A fabulous stay! Beds and sofa were super comfy, everything was super clean and the garden was so lovely. It was a gery short stay but would love to visit again.

Brilliant host and property. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Large kitchen, spacious rooms and cosy lounge. Host was very accommodating and friendly and provided information about the local area. Parking right outside was a bonus. Short drive/bus ride into the centre and to the docks where there is loads to do for all ages, including lots of fantastic museums. We would certainly book again - thank you.
