The house was beautifully decorated and pristine. Host was very helpful and responsive.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Lovely big house, slept 8 adults easily. Great views, fab location to walk the South Downs. Everything you needed. Maybe less clutter/ family photos around the house would have been nicer but some liked the homely touch. Overall excellent. Many thanks, Louise

Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

We spent a fantastic bank holiday weekend at Tara’s beautiful house. The location is superb and the house accommodated our two families perfectly. It’s very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for more from the house! Tara was also a very responsive and helpful host.

Had a long weekend with the family and it was a great base. The apartment was clean, comfy and had a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge which was great as we had multiple family groups that all bought lots of food. The main house is fabulous to look at and we could appreciate it's beauty. The pool was beautiful too, warm and relaxing...although personally we would have rather paid more at booking and the access be bookable but included in the price but understand this wouldn't suit everybody. There was lots of outdoor seating, garden games, ping pong and a large chess game and small climbing frame which were welcomed touches. We were left to our own devices despite the building being connected to home owners which we appreciated. Our only criticism was there are signs put out to show private garden areas but with dogs and children this can be a bit harder to control so some clearer boundaries might be more helpful for future guests. This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

Tides is an absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning balcony that has the best sea views! It was spotlessly clean with lots of little touches that made it feel very homely! Debbie was the absolute perfect host who was extremely helpful & friendly, & responded extremely quickly to my communications. Thank you Debbie we had a truly fantastic stay!

A really lovely flat in a beautiful location. I have stayed before with family but went back again as it was so nice. Karen is a great host, very easy to contact and shares all the information needed. Will definitely return!

Had an amazing week staying in Rosie’s Place, it was perfect. Clear instructions, lots of extra useful information. Bonus, parking available at front of apartment. Close to sea front to Havel lovely walks every day. Nice to have views from the bay window looking out at the sea. FABULOUS 😊

Wow we've just come back from a great little trip in Portsmouth with our two small children. The flat is spacious and well thought out with everything you could need for a stay. The bedrooms are a great size and perfect for us as a small family visiting friends. the location is really central so we could walk to most places including the seafront, numerous restaurants and places for coffee and lunch. Parking was also a bonus! We'll be coming back in the summer! Thanks so much!!

There’s a reason the property is highly rated! The property looks exactly as the pictures and is ideally located to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nick was on hand to personally greet us and help with parking, which was a nice touch. There is lots of history about the building which is throughout the apartment in the pictures and an interesting book. The kitchen is more than equipped for any at home cooking. We had a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Thanks again Nick!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to bus stops and local shops. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches from the hosts, including tea, milk, and some snacks.

We have had a wonderful week end , the apartment was beautiful and the view amazing . There is everything you need within walking distance so no car needed . Just a perfect place to reset and relax . Booked again for May !!

Loverly, clean and bright apartment with fantastic view overlooking the beach. We could have spent hours on the balcony just watching the world go by. Location is within easy walking distance of centre and local amenities are just around the corner. Finn was an excellent host and even provided breakfast goodies to kick start our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay for work at Goodwood event. Plenty of parking outside and the house has got everything we needed. Very peaceful location and great host.

We had such a wonderful time at Rob's place in Elmer. The beach is on your doorstep with the most beautiful blue water! There are plenty of places to eat and drink both within walking distance and a short drive. Rob was fantastic with communication and also with recommendations on places to visit - we highly recommend taking a beach walk to Felpham and stopping for lunch at the Lobster Pot or taking another beach walk in the opposite direction for a roast at the Black Horse! The place itself was comfortable and clean and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

lovely spacious clean flat, about 8 mins walk to beach. local shops/ mini supermarkets couple of minutes walk. Well equipped kitchen, lovely small outdoor area with seating and bbq. Responsive host.

This is such a lovely apartment, in an amazing location. It was clean and welcoming with easy parking. The large beds were so comfy and there was so much space for us and the dog. The little touches really make the difference like fresh flowers in the vases, and the welcome hamper for the dog were so appreciated. I wish we could have stayed longer, it was exactly what we needed and I really hope we will be back soon!

This was our first visit to the Isle of Wight and Katie's lovely apartment was the perfect base for exploring the island. It is comfortable, homely and clean with a small private garden, off road parking and is only a short walk to the beach and local amenities. We visited as a couple but it would also be ideal for a young family. We would happily stay here again. Thanks Katie!
