We feel at home and we were nicely surprised with the careful decoration in every corner as well as how warmth is the environment, everything works well and it’s prepared to live at you do in your own place.

The house was perfect for our weekend break in Southsea. The house had plenty of living space, was clean and a short taxi from central Southsea and Portsmouth. Tilly was a responsive and helpful host.

Well equipped and beautifully presented cottage, superb location to explore Chichester but well positioned to avoid town centre traffic if you want to head out elsewhere. Really enjoyed our stay, excellent value.

Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Lee's place was really nice. Exactly as described, the space is used really well and you're not on top of each other even with nearly a dozen people. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms a little simple but nothing wrong with them at all. The garden is nice and big and the games room is good albeit the pool table is on a slight slant (not that noticeable though). Didn't get to use the BBQ sadly as it was chilly outside but would be lovely in warmer weather, and the fireplace was really nice. Lee is very responsive with messages and was helpful to deal with. We would happily return here.

Beautiful apartment and excellent hosts. They were able to accommodate our last minute booking and the apartment is so lovely with everything we needed - and more. The hosts have gone the extra mile and have great attention to detail. The wine and milk in the fridge was a lovely gesture. Bathrobes and lovely soft towels. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent location for Petworth Park and South Downs walks. Hopefully we'll be back again soon!

brilliant stay at "Petes pad". we love the IOW and come every easter for the last 16 years. best stay yet.!! felt so at home, kids loved a room each and all the games and space to play them both inside and outside. Ian was a brilliant host, communities and helpful. what an amazing g week away. and Ian even provided amazing weather.! something whi h in our experience e is a toss up on the IOW at Easter.!! thank you Ian and Family for letting us stay at your place

Fantastic modern lodge, very well equipped with everything you would likely need, spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. Peaceful site, dog friendly (dogs to be kept on leads which is a huge plus) and we would 100% recommend a stay here. We will be back!

All good, we enjoyed the stay. Didn't venture to the clubhouse/ pool, but would if we had stayed longer. Beach walks lovely, lidl was very handy. Caravan in a good tucked away location 👍

Super stay at Nathan’s caravan. Everything was clean and in working order on arrival and the location of the caravan park was superb. Very close to everything and in a prime spot. Quiet and peaceful at night. Already thinking about our return visit. Thanks for having us!

Great short stay at Nicola’s caravan, very responsive with any questions, helped with booking the ferry which was a great saving Thankyou ! . Clean, tidy and everything we needed in the caravan. Great short walk into the holiday park and beach, good food ….. will definitely look to book again…… and a nice touch with a bottle of Prosecco left for us on arrival …. Thankyou

This is a quiet haven, the hosts are friendly and welcoming. The beds are comfortable with good quality bedding. The kitchen is well equipped, I easily cooked family meals.

Just spent 4 memorable days at The Willows and what a fabulous time we had! Maggie was a superb host, responding to messages or any queries we had promptly. The house is beautiful, clean, bright and very homely. We felt at home as soon as we arrived and although we did get out to explore the beautiful Sussex countryside and coastline, the draw of the tennis court, swimming pool and pool table kept us entertained for many hours. Thank you Maggie for allowing us to share the peace and quiet of your beautiful home in Itchenor, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for a relaxing break and would definitely return.

We stayed at Tuscany Lodge for 4 nights. Karen was an excellent host, the instructions and information provided for the local area and amenities were fantastic. The lodge was exceptionally clean and modern inside, as well as warm and very homely. The park had a pool which was extremely warm and a lively bar. Chichester only 5 mins drive away. We will back back!!

Sally-Anne and Julian were fantastic hosts. Their place was spotless and fully equipped with everything you may need (and anything you might’ve forgotten to pack, too!). They have clearly put a lot of work into making sure their guests are comfortable (tea, coffee, cookies and milk in the fridge on arrival) and enjoy their stay. Little touches like a toddler step for the bathroom really made our lives easier too. Communication was quick, professional and friendly. We’d love to return in the future.

We loved staying at this house. We last stayed in September 2021. This time we took three young children (ages 3-5) and it was the perfect location for them. So near the beach and the house has plenty of space. It’s well equipped with games. The beds are comfortable with nice linen and fluffy towels. We have been coming to this area for many years and it holds very fond memories for us. The scenery around the coastline is stunning. We hope to be back again. . If we can fit in.

Peaceful location, annexe equipped with all necessary amenities, great place to stay and lovely location . Slept well , owners very friendly and responsive.

What a lovely house - fabulous location - 2 minutes walk to the beach, the garden is a little sun trap and the balcony was lovely bonus to watch the sunset from. The house was clean and it’s great to have a place that has a sofa that accommodates everyone comfortably - we all wished we could have stayed for much longer. Louise was really helpful with all the check in details. We had just the loveliest stay - there were 6 of us, my brother and sister and their partners, along with my husband and I - we try and get away twice a year and have done for years and we all agreed that this was one of the nicest stays we’ve had - the weather help for sure as it was glorious, but the house and location. played a bit part too. Thank you so much.

A great little house in a really good location. Beach is 5 minutes walk, and a Co-op and a couple of nice cafes too. Only a few minutes drive to East Wittering with plenty of restaurants and West Wittering and the popular beach. Check-in with a lock box was really easy. House was nicely furnished and felt cosy but with enough space for 2 of us plus our dog! Nice welcome touches too. Only issue we had was a lack of dishwasher, understandable with the space, but it means being reliant on washing up standards of previous guests which weren't great. Great to have the drive space and the shared green out the front. Overall a great stay and we'd happily return.

Super quiet location near to Midhurst & Chichester. Accommodation well presented, a real bonus to have two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Antonia and Charlie were the perfect hosts.

A beautiful, comfortable home for a couple or small family, within the sound of church bell, close to the sea, and a few steps from the little village centre of Alverstoke. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, with recommendations for eating out as well as a well-equipped kitchen for eating in. There is also an office area in the bedroom, and fast internet, so suitable for WFH.
