Spent a long weekend for family birthday. Captivating location. Beautiful property. Long walks very peaceful location. Despite 12 hour power cut we enjoyed marshmallows around the fire pit and playing cards surrounded by candle light. Can’t wait to return.

Lovely homely cottage with some thoughtful touches such as hand-cream and pump soaps and the torches as it was dark at night. Dog friendly providing a space for them to sleep and a garden for them to play in. Very comfortable bed and sweet courtyard off the bedroom for eating breakfast in the sunshine. Excellent electronic guide and all information very useful. Comfortable and homely lounge, en-suite and another bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Great for two people and would highly recommend. Very close to beach and village all walkable. A great airbnb!

Thankyou Sara for letting us stay in your lovely cottage, we loved our time there despite the weather! Thankyou for meeting us and giving a tour of the cottage on arrival..We enjoyed some lovely walks in the area and the local pubs too! The cottage was perfect with beautiful views and the log burner was fabulous! I’m sure we will return!

SUPERB! From start to finish our break was truly wonderful. Rob as a host was proactive and very supportive at all times, couldn’t ask for better, we can say one of the best! The apartment was well positioned, extremely clean and generously equipped. (everything worked!😃) Also, there was a welcome hamper with some treats and a bottle of wine, lovely touch!😃 For the four days we were there, we were warm and comfortable, it soon felt like home. We loved walking our dog to the beach every day, which is only a stone’s throw away. We fully recommend ‘Goldeneye’ and all it has to offer, we will definitely return. Thank you so much Rob! ☺️

Peaceful location, annexe equipped with all necessary amenities, great place to stay and lovely location . Slept well , owners very friendly and responsive.

This was a perfect location and base for us to visit Butlins for 2 days as only 10 minutes away. The beach was almost on the doorstep so a bonus ! Myself and my 7 year old were very comfortable , had everything we needed, beautiful modern decor , peaceful and clean. Julie was on hand immediately on check in to help with the key safe so I would definately say she is responsive. The cookies , milk and other supplies were a lovely welcome too . I would highly recommend The Beach Pad.

Just back from a lovely weekend. The yurts are beautiful, really comfy and in the most relaxed surroundings. Easy walk into Emsworth which is stunning - like a little piece of Cornwall right on the Sussex Hampshire border. Lots of great places to eat and lovely walks. On Sunday we too the Oyster Boat ‘Terror’ out for a sail, right from the marina the yurts are in, and this was an incredible end to our wonderful weekend! We will be back!

We stayed with our family of 8 adults and 2 young kids at Katherine's place and we loved it. The house is perfect and has everything you need. We loved the way it was decorated and designed and made us feel very at home. Everything is closeby, communication went smooth and easy and restaurant tips were great. We would definitely come back!

We have just returned from the most amazing trip, Ian could not have been more helpful from start to finish. from booking the ferry, directions, helpful suggestions for days out, the list is endless. travelling solo with two young children was made so much less stressful and I am so very grateful. We explored so much of the island, but equally had a beautiful space to rest and relax as well. The caravan has everything you could possibly need and the terrace surrounding it is an added bonus as the kids could play out safely and I could read a few pages of my book in peace. Thank you for everything Ian, we can't wait to come back and stay again next year 😊

Perfect place to stay, and excellent location. Setting was beautiful with pool and tennis court as added extra. Sara (housekeeper) was brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly and was great to communicate with. Highly recommend

Mia was an amazing host and very responsive, on hand via text if we did need her. We really enjoyed our holiday, the caravan was very clean and exactly as described. There was so much to do on site, it was well maintained and the activities and entertainment were some of best we have seen. Thank you 😊

Absolutely spotless. We couldn’t fault it. Immaculately clean and smelled fresh and clean in every room/area too. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were added extras that we’d overlooked- for example trays of ice made up in the freezer - a great touch especially as we were staying at Christmas time. We loved the sea view and it was good being close to the restaurants/bars. Guessing this may be noisy for some in the high season, knowing how busy the park gets but for those wanting to be near the action and within walking distance of restaurants it is great… was perfect for us. We had lovely beach and site walks … again all made easy by the holiday home location. Would highly recommend. A thoughtful host sharing an excellent holiday home. Very well deserving of 5 stars… would give more!

We stayed between Christmas and New year, it was the perfect location to look out at the sea and have family fun (1 child plus 1 dog). The lodge was better than the photos and our little one loved his bedroom. The lodge had everything we could need, all very organised and tidy. We had a problem with the gas Sunday morning and Sarah was super responsive and got resolved really quickly and didn’t impact our holiday at all. The lodge is next door to the main activities building which was really convenient for us at this time of the year, but can imagine it being noisy during peak season. We will be back but next time we will book direct to avoid paying the Airbnb fees which made the holiday more expensive- but it was well worth it. I highly recommend the Host and the accommodation. Thank you for helping us make wonderful family memories.

Had a great week away and really enjoyed out stay at Rosie's caravan. Exactly as it was described and felt really homely with some lovely touches with the decor. Location is really good, with lots of stuff on site but also with in easy reach. Would highly recommend and I am sure we will be back here again. Nick, Katie and Isla

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

we have just returned from a beautiful stay at Caribbean Corner. It really is a little piece of paradise. the quiet space and stunning beach and surroundings were out of this world. We stayed with our 2 dogs and they loved it too!! Great location to explore the whole island. We were so lucky with the weather and had sunshine on the beach every day. The early morning swim in the sea was an added bonus for us. We hope to return soon with our grandson. Thank you so much to Andrew and Kirsty for sharing your beauty spot with us.

Everything about this stay was absolutely perfect. The view was stunning, the house was beautiful with everything we could possibly need to cook & relax, and Philip & Maxine were excellent hosts responding to questions and proactive in giving information. One of the best stays we've had, only wish we could've stayed longer!

Great apartment! We have stayed in many coastal areas and this apartment was lovely. It is spacious, light and well presented. Amazing views out to sea and you can listen to the waves from your bed! The balcony is a plus - a great spot to sit and watch the world go by. The apartment is ideal for local Southsea bars and restaurants and five-minute cab to Gunwharf Quays or Old Portsmouth (or a longer stroll, whatever suits). There is plenty to do and see. Rain or shine, this is an ideal apartment for a break away - highly recommended!

An absolutely top-notch stay! From the off, Gary was super responsive and friendly whilst taking questions of mine about the stay. I arrived and was greeted in a very welcoming manner, even little extra touches such as some personalisation related to me, which was lovely to see! The property itself was incredibly clean all over, clearly well looked after. You could tell from entry to leaving, that these hosts really cared about offering a 10/10 stay which they definitely nailed! Thank you very much to Gary & Stacy for having us around, I could not recommend this stay highly enough!

We spent a couple of nights here, right in the middle of storm Bert. It’s a beautiful house and very well equipped. Right on the beach and local amenities aren’t far away. Sophie and Tim cant be faulted. Their communication and friendliness was well above par and they were the perfect hosts. The house is very comfortable and is immaculate. It’s well set out and there was plenty of space for the 5 adults, two kids and two dogs we had. Great touch having the hot tub at the bottom of the garden too. The location is quiet and the costal area is also quiet, and great for long walks along the coast. We hope to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay in Seaview, having visited Seaview many times in the past, this was definitely the best place we have stayed. Across the road from the beach with a sea view from the balcony, we couldn't have asked for more. The house is the best equipped of any Airbnb we have stayed at in the past which helps so much when you're only away from home for a week. The kitchen had all of the equipment we needed and a cupboard full of herbs, spices etc. The house is beautifully decorated, with a lovely garden. Seaview is quiet, its not got any of the hustle and bustle of some other seaside towns, so is perfect for a quiet stay on a lovely beach, great for exploring rock pools and fishing, or a walk to Priory bay! The house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, it's comfortable, relaxing and well equipped for the kids with enough TV stations and board games to keep them entertained when we got them in from the beach! We loved our stay, thanks Crispin!

Wow! A beautiful beach house with incredible views. The house itself was so cosy and quiet, with just the sound of the waves and seagulls, reminding you that the ocean was a stones throw from the house. The house was clean & comfortable, and the decor made the house feel so fresh and stylish! The communication was second to none, and we felt we had everything we needed. We loved every minute of it and will absolutely be back!
