Clean, tidy, well appointed, great location and a parking spot right outside, I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

A comfortable and well styled place. The location next to Hagley Park is great for walks and even though it is on a busy road we had been warned about this & it wasnt really an issue. Super clean too.

We had such a great stay in Christchurch. The house is beautiful, airy and spotless. Perfect location to explore Christchurch. Steph was a great host.

Convenient base for time spent in the city. Clean, warm with all mod cons. V homely, and Lexia's comms were outstanding.

We felt right at home here, kids absolutely loved it, everything you need, fine details from kitchen& laundry appliances, detergent, pots cutlery, towels, extra blankets, kids books and games, hand soap, shower wash, shampoo&conditioner, right down to a wee stamp on the toilet roll! Really enjoyed my stay and will check availability every time I travel to Christchurch as this will be my preferred place to stay. I've stayed in many other places and seldom find a place that checks all the box's.

The stay at Bevan’s place was great. Exactly as described. The spa pool was a great addition and lovely to relax in at the end of the day sightseeing. We played table tennis a few times too, which was fun. The place is very clean and tidy and well appointed. Bevan is super responsive to messages, we had no issues during our stay, and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Chch, even if on a business trip, as there was a lovely office space upstairs. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Walking distance to city and lots of Asian restaurants, it does seem to be in an industrial area.
