Fantastic place to stay and highly recommend. Very clean and bedroom spacious and cozy. Fernanda and Andrew are both very friendly and accommodating, asked several times if I needed anything and went out of their way to live quietly; for the first few days I wondered if they even lived in the home because silent retreats are louder than this place. Location is in a nice residential area and the bus is directly across the street so easy access to get downtown. Price is very reasonable, especially considering what's included and condition of the home. Next time I'm in Christchurch I hope this place is available!

Ryan’s place was beautiful, lovely and private was a perfect spot to stay for a family members wedding just down the road. Ryan’s communication was great and the place was well presented and lived up to expectations. I highly recommend coming and staying, you won’t regret it!

We had a fabulous few days at Kylie’s cottage. It was very comfortable, clean and peaceful. Perfect for 2 couple or a family of 4. Kylie and Mark were very helpful and available if we needed them. The way the main house and cottage are positioned we felt it gave everybody privacy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Second stay here. All fine, although the washing machine failed, and we wasted some time trying to get our clothes out the (locked and not working) machine. The location is particularly good for the Saturday market. Quiet area.

This property was just perfect , we had a family member in Christchurch Hospital which was a lovely 10 minute walk through Hagley Park . After spending our days at the hospital it was so wonderful to come back to this quiet, calm sanctuary. Walking distance to Westfield Riccarton. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything you would want and a lovely outdoor deck. Despite being near a busy road it was also very quiet . Highly recommend this property Thanks Rain for hosting us . .

We really enjoyed our stay at Joanna's place, very quiet and peaceful being a back section and away from the street, good neighbourhood being a new development. Would stay here again.

Sue & Greg's place was so relaxing after a long day of driving in the rain. The bed in the enclosed bedroom was so comfortable. We were grateful for food when we arrived and the homemade quiche, muffins, and rhubarb for breakfast. Breakfast also included toast, granola, yogurt, cereal, milk, fruit, tea, and coffee. I wish we could bring our kids and grandkids and swim/hot tub.
