Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

All communication was prompt and very friendly. Rebecca was extremely accommodating of our needs, even when plans changed, which I very much appreciated. Even with it being a shared property, our space and privacy was respected to the utmost degree. We felt right at home, and the space was beautiful and clean. 10/10, we would definitely stay again :)

I can't thank Louise enough for our wonderful little homely and private cottage in the autumn trees, showering yellow leaves over the garden. Rose Cottage is just pure magic at this time of the year, especially if you are a keen photographer as l am: While it is close to the airport it isn't in the flight path so there's not that much aircraft noise, and it is close to supermarket, coffee shops, etc. Louise and Matthew are wonderful hosts and I highly recommend their property to anyone visiting Christchurch and wanting something just a slightly bit different :)

We loved it so much here, we didn't want to leave! Beautiful tranquil spot, immaculate house, had everything we needed. The weather was amazing so we spent most of our time sitting outside around the huge outdoor table beside the pool area, but in colder months you'd have plenty of space to relax inside on the comfy couches. The house is so lovely you won't want to go anywhere else :)

Great communication. The house is very close to central Christchurch. Designated carpark- most airbnbs we have stayed in Christchurch don't have this!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Although on a busy road it is quiet inside and the location is perfect. Handy to local shops, short drive to the supermarket at Merivale and has a lovely outdoor courtyard to enjoy in the sun. Off street parking makes it easy to get your bags and groceries inside. The living room is a great size and kitchen has everything you need and more. Note that although there's a washing machine there's no dryer, but there is an outdoor clothes line and a drying rack to use inside. 2 good sized bedrooms were perfect for us. We felt right at home here and are sure others will enjoy it just as much. We were visiting family so will stay here again when we come back next year. Thank you Rose.

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The place was very cozy. Wish we had more time to explore the farm.

We had a great stay at the house. Location is excellent, walking distance to Hagley Park, Riccarton, Mona Vale. While there are town houses all around you it still felt private apart from a bit of noise from neighbours. A few more amenities is the main thing missing from taking this house to the next level. Christina was great to deal with and we'd happily stay again. Thanks

This property is so beautiful! It has all the charm and character of a classically built house on the outside, but has all the mod. cons. on the inside. Our whānau had a lovely stay - had everything that they needed, and the host was very responsive. It really is 'magnificent'! Highly recommend.

Apartment is bright and welcoming. Good location relatively close to city centre. Bus 60 (Wigram/Southshore) close by about every 30 mins so takes you into city centre. Garage is a large single - good size and height. We had a bit of difficulty getting in and out with a large car but small ones wouldn’t have a problem. Was very clean and warm. Had everything we needed. Can certainly recommend.

we stayed as a family group to visit another family member and it was so lovely to be able to treat it as our home away from home for 4 days plenty of space to find quite time when needed ..... also quiet area for sleeping at night no traffic noises .... highly recommended

This was a comfortable modern home with everything we wanted. Stayed here with our son to watch cricket and got around reasonably easily via local bus service. Supermarket and bars just around the corner. A great place to stay.
