Have booked the property for me and my girls to prep for my wedding and for us newlyweds to just soak in the moment. Perfect location. This house is in a lovely area, very central and east to get to. We had a great family holiday here, all the amenities that you need. Host was very helpful and easy to contact had we were sent clear, helpful instructions for the house. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Zhou’s place! The house was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Zhou was an incredibly friendly and helpful host, always available to assist with anything we needed. The location was excellent, with amenities close by and an apple tree with apples ready for picking next to the house 😊. It was also very easy to get to Christchurch Airport, which was a huge plus. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. Thank you, Zhou, for your hospitality!

Perfect for the two of us! The plus for us as seniors was the single level, walk in showers, easy parking out front, shops and public transport in the immediate vicinity and the flood of natural light and airiness achieved from open plan living - all things we want from our holiday accommodation. Rochelle was very charming and obliging! Hostess with the mostess!. This will be our preference next time around and again after that!

I used this accommodation for my tenants while I had the bathroom upgrades done. They were really impressed and had no complaints just compliments. Aimee gave clear instructions and guidelines as well as an early check in. Thank you Aimee.

Managed by Williams Christchurch was fantastic. Great apartment close to town. Very clean, Hadley Park just across the road and good communications.

Wonderful spot to stay if looking for quick access to downtown activities. Can't wait to stay here again!

Martin and Myra’s apartment is beautiful,extremely comfortable,clean and well stocked with everything you need and more including information and snacks. We stayed in Kate’s house for one night after a road trip from Queenstown to Christchurch, before an early flight out of Christchurch the next morning. We were thankful for a comfortable bed after a week of sleeping in a campervan! Kate’s place was clean and tidy and she was very friendly, giving me a few suggestions for things to do in Christchurch that night. Good location beside Hagley Park, we walked to the botanic gardens and into the city. It was also convenient for getting to the airport the following morning. A very short stay but it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks Kate!

Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.

Trish and Mark’s place was the perfect cozy spot to conclude our trip in New Zealand. Despite the cloudy and rainy weather during our stay, their home had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was easy to find, thanks to the detailed directions provided by the hosts. Parking on Hagley Avenue was hassle-free, and there’s a convenient storage area for hiking bikes located just under the ladder to the house. The location is fantastic, close to the main shopping area and the river. I would highly recommend this place to any type of traveler!

Kristin was there to great us. Her place was very comfortable and clean. Even had heated floors. Nice Mountain View’s. Kristin gave us a great recommendation for dinner at Beasleys Hotel which was delicious. We would highly recommend Kristin’s Nook.
