We really enjoyed our time at the canal front boathouse. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We hope to visit again!

This was a very beautiful, clean and super spacious home in such a pretty area. It’s very close to New Smyrna. We stayed here for a wedding in Mims and it wasn’t a bad drive at all. We enjoyed being able to ride the bikes to the nearby park and wish we would’ve had more time to kayak. We especially loved drinking our morning coffee on the beautiful, large front porch and had fun playing pool in the evenings. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the necessities. We would definitely stay here again & recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at this lakeside home was one of the most well appointed homes we have ever had the pleasure of renting. The home had all that we needed and is a great place for big families. The backyard was incredible and the outdoor corn hole and shaded seating area were major features for us! And the wildlife including a sand crane family were terrific! The kayaks were an added bonus, as was the deck where we could be up close to nature. Courtney was a fantastic host and we hope to be back one day. Highly recommend this home! Kath and Dan Novak

Very comfortable, roomy and attractive accommodations. The venue was very quiet and scenic with the lake in the back yard. For our party it was very nice to have a dining table with eight places. Especially, regarding our full day activities away from the site, it was a great place to come back at the end the day to relax and get a good night's rest before the next day's activities. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of the provided recreational aspects afforded with the accommodations.

Great location. Very close to the theme parks but yet you feel like you're in a peaceful getaway with the canal in the back. Quiet neighborhood which was great at night for sleeping. Plenty of space with beds and rooms. Walmart was only ~6 minutes away which was very convenient. The kayaks and paddle board were great, unfortunately the boat and paddle boat were out of commission due to previous guest causing damage. There were plenty of fish in the canal which made fishing fun with the kids. The kitchen had the essentials like plates and utensils, pots and pans. Coffee machine available. Beds were comfortable as well. I would stay again!

Samantha was a great host! Very quick responses. Her home is very nice! Quite very comfortable and was equipped very well. I will rent again soon.

This Airbnb is wonderful located in an area that is both quiet and accessible to the parks It was a beautiful place and the best part was the water views in both front and back. The fire pit and outdoor space was perfect for cozy outdoor activities. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb property. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the host goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The communication was seamless, and they were always responsive to any questions or requests. The property itself was immaculate and well-maintained. It exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the interior design, making it a cozy and inviting space. Furthermore, the location was perfect for my needs. It was conveniently situated near various attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. What truly set this Airbnb experience apart was the host’s hospitality. They provided valuable local insights and recommendations, making my stay even more memorable. We stayed there for a month. We had a great time there. It was very quiet and we loved the screened in porch and had a nice time relaxing.. My husband got to fish from the dock. Lauren was very helpful with a few details that we were not able to figure out, like the TV and finding a few things in the house. But she responded very quickly with any questions that I had.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Alisha's property. The location is exceptional, complete with a large yard and lake access steps from the back patio. The house is also large, so there is plenty of room inside and out. The kitchen supplies were satisfactory so we had no problem with cooking, and appreciated the variety of coffee pods. There were also a couple of water bottles in the fridge that helped when we almost ran out. The house is well designed and appointed, with a rustic yet classy country vibe that matches the well maintained grounds. It is easy to love the location and the lake provides for some nature sightseeing and bird watching. We were a little surprised to share the grounds and the dock with other guests staying in a smaller cabin a few steps from our house. There is also little privacy due to the absence of window shades or curtains in the kitchen and living room. The doors separating the bedrooms are 'see-through', with almost no noise insulation. Overall a good stay!

Bernadette’s stay in Leesburg was great! We loved the dock area and the way the home is decorated. Although this was a short stop for us coming down from TN, we would love to come back in the later months and fully enjoy all the amenities this stay has to offer! The waterfront on the back of the property connects to Haynes creeks, which leads into two massive lakes! The home was very clean, thoughtful, and had everything that we needed during our short stay.

Leanda's home was exactly what our family needed over the Christmas holiday. Morning coffee on the screened in porch with sun coming through the small tree was the best way to start our day. Her home is close to everything we wanted to do. We drove into New Smyrna Beach every day which had a variety of beach spots, shopping and restaurants to choose from. We found thrift stores and even made the 2 1/2 hour drive to Crystal River and swam with the manatees. Most importantly Leanda's home came equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals and even offered chairs and boogie boards for us to use at the beach. Her home was the peaceful getaway we needed and Leanda was very responsive and made check-in and check-out super simple.

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable little cottage. They've thought of so many details in the house and that makes it even more comfortable.
