The location is fantastic! Right on the Riverwalk and close to The Alamo. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Rob & Julia had great communication the whole time. Check in was super easy. Parking was about a block away but easy to get to. The place was very clean. Overall a fantastic experience and trip!

We loved staying at Reside for our trip to Houston to see our son who lives in the Heights and go to the Houston Rodeo. Super convenient to the Heights, the interstate, and all things downtown. Loved the Lyric Market across the street with great breakfast and lunch options 1 min away. Loved the Press Waffle Co. especially. Front desk staff at Reside was the nicest! Very cool vibe. Loved the eclectic style and privacy of the rooms. Will definitely stay there again!

The location is great! Right on the river walk which made it easy for us to walk both to the Pearl area and downtown within approx 20 minutes. Alicia was incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was very clean and comfortable, good bathroom, great bed/bedding. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend staying here!

This was a short but great stay. I did not have a chance to use all of the amenities, but it was very clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures.

Drew's house was just as described! The pool was heated and the game room was a HUGE hit with the kids. I was able to cook for the family for the week as the kitchen had all necessities. Bonus points for washer and dryer downstairs, as I had clean clothes the whole trip! We cannot wait to come and stay again.

Interesting, hip combo hotel/apartment building/co-working space in the chic Warehouse district just a few blocks from WW2 museum. Easy walk to French Quarter, Garden District, waterfront, streetcar. The room was great - a studio with a semi-private terrace overlooking a brick wall, fully appointed with kitchen stuff and washer/dryer. Loud HVAC system so super noise-proof, felt private. The front desk people don't know much about how to deal with the Airbnb guests - there's no way to reach them, you have to walk down to ask for towels, extra coffee, etc. The Airbnb app takes you to a corporate person, who isn't on site. We couldn't get our TV to stream, but no biggie. I would definitely stay here again. The rooftop pool is AMAZING. Super chic, heated just enough to go in it on a chilly December morning or afternoon, and we only saw one other person up there the entire time we were there!

Alicia and Alison were fantastic hosts and the apartment was absolutely beautiful! I left with ideas of how to decorate and organize my own place :) The building is very safe and in a great part of town. There are areas of construction but you are able to walk to all the best downtown attractions!!

Place looked brand new. Actually same price as a hotel we looked at but so much more- 2 TV's , could actually sleep 6 people, (2 beds and a pull out couch in the living room area.) Full kitchen. Would recommend to others

tolles, modernisiertes Apartment - alles ebenerdig. Sehr geräumig, mit allem was man so braucht - selbst Strandstühle und ein Sonnenschirm waren da. Fußläufig ca. 300m bis zum Strand und auch zu den Restaurants und zum Pier ist es nicht weit. Lage ist zentral aber ruhig. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Gerne jederzeit wieder.
