Great place to stay, walking distance to almost every main neighborhood, great view of the city from the rooftop. Well stocked kitchen and easy to check in and out.

Really enjoyed my stay here while visiting for SXSW. Clean. Close. Comfortable. It was the best stay and bang for buck in town that week.

Brandon's place is a one minute walk to the river walk. It is conveniently located. We are walkers and basically parked the car and walked or rode bikes everywhere. We stayed there 3 weeks and ate most of our meals in. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

We would give 100 stars if we could. Centrally located for quick access to restaurants, shopping and the beach! Beautifully decorated, very roomy, great layout, lots of amenities, quiet area, friendly hosts (children were fun too, husband had a great time playing basketball with the boys)!

We loved this place so much that this is the second time we've stayed here. The apartment is spacious and has a great view. It's also walking distance to Rainey St. and so many restaurants. There's a small market right around the corner. Did I mention the view?

I loved the house, it was beautiful and well kept. Kelly was very responsive with any question I had. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful house in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is delightfully decorated and has everything you need for a family vacation. Charlie is friendly in his communication and very proactive. Would definitely recommend!

Quaint little house that seems to have plenty of space. Very comfortable, helpful w all necessities, wall chargers were a plus. washer and dryer were great! Shower head in master was amazing! Location was perfect for quick back to home-base from downtown area.

Reyna’s Lake Livingston Air BnB home was perfect for a home base. It has a spacious living space and kitchen, two comfy bedrooms and a backyard that has a great view! Loved the comfy couch, and streaming tvs! Down the street from a nice local park to fish, within 12 minutes of Lake Livingston State park and 20 minutes from the town square. Lots of great restraints and local places to enjoy! Will definitely be planning another little trip at Reyna’s within the next several months!

Paul’s place was great! It was exactly what we needed, and Paul is such a great host. He was super kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t ready for us to use - it had to be drained the day we arrived (due to an unforeseen situation with the previous guests) and didn’t warm up in time for us to use as we were only staying 1 night, but Paul went above and beyond waiving our pet fee and allowing us a later check out which we really appreciated. Overall, a great house and a great host. We hope to visit again someday!

Very clean and roomy place. Pool was perfect! Nice little walk to to the beach with sidewalks most of the way. Jonathan was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed.

We loved this house and the location. Blue Mountain is quieter than the rest of 30A and this neighborhood was very peaceful. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The kids loved the loft bed! Great pool and I especially enjoyed the gym every morning. Within walking distance to coffee shop, organic grocery store, bakery and restaurants. We rented a golf cart from Essential Rentals 30a and were able to get all over blue mountain, seaside and gulf place within a few minutes. Really great place!

My family and I felt right at home! The home was as described. The kitchen was well equipped for our month stay, there's a playground & basketball court that our children enjoyed, the neighborhood was peaceful & easy access to shopping, Lackland AFB, & a VA clinic. Would highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at Helen’s place! The space was not only beautiful but also warm and cozy, making it the perfect spot for my quick trip. Security was top-notch, I felt completely safe throughout my stay. Helen was also incredibly responsive and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure stay in Austin!

Sandra’s place is lovely! Extremely clean, comfortable, and well stocked kitchen and toiletries. She really has thought of everything. It was helpful having ziploc bags and containers for packing food on the go, spices and pantry essentials, first aid kit for a bandaid that was needed, fans for the bedrooms, etc. I stayed here for a girls weekend and the three of us would all highly recommend it!

The place was clean and location was just what we needed. Very accommodating and excellent communication. Could not have helped for anything better for our stay.

Willam was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns ! He gave great recommendations for a quick taco and coffee ! The condo is located near everything if you can’t wall a quick 5-10 min Uber can get you anywhere in the city
