This was a great place to stay. The beds were so comfortable. We finally found a place with more than one TV in the place. They had plenty of bathroom amenities and towels. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

We LOVED this Airbnb! First, Summer was super friendly and responsive which was impressive since it was a last minute booking during the Christmas holidays. The house was charming, well furnished, supplied, clean and nicely decorated. It felt homey! They had little “extras” around the place that made it feel like they were thinking of the renters. The mattresses were firm, but so comfortable that we slept great. The house had so many extras like an awesome jungle gym tree house that we didn’t use, but would be fun for a family with kids. I would definitely recommend the host AND this AirBnb. Who would have thought my hometown could offer such a neat place to stay for those wanting a beach town get-away! Two thumbs up! Thank you Summer for helping us make our trip home a good one!

This house is very spacious and beautiful, has a nice backyard was very close to restaurants and shopping. Francess was very attentive, made sure we didn't have any issues getting in and check out was super easy. Would definitely book this house and through this host again!

Loved the old feel of the home. Linens were very clean, which Is always a huge deal for us. Appreciate when necessity items are stalked...toiletries, coffee, water, snacks, etc. Never an expectation but always GREAT to have! I would recommend this place.

This is my all-time favorite place that I have stayed in Houston! It is incredibly comfortable, private, and quiet. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of it. I love the neighborhood and feel very safe living here as a single woman. It has everything I could want and more, and you actually get to live in a house. There’s nothing more I could ask for. I will definitely stay here again.

This hidden gem is perfect for a mini-getaway. It’s situated in a nice neighborhood just mins aways from downtown and the Pearl. We loved how its very secluded(what we wanted). We were able to relax for a minute in peace and quiet but then jump on the highway within minutes when needed. Joe was EVER so helpful and flexible with check-in! Ty Joe hope to stay again soon. ☺️

It was our family's second time staying at this charming 2-bedroom rental just a short walk to the ferry. Dionne is a friendly and easily accessible host. We will be sure to rent this unit again.

John and Tracy were great hosts. They were extremely responsive and had solutions to a small challenge we had at the property that was out of their control. They took the small issue very seriously and resolved it almost immediately. The property is as described and felt new, with all sorts of nice touches and thoughtful amenities. The area, at least during our stay, was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the breeze through the trees. The golf cart was a wonderful add on and we used it to tour the neighborhoods and to get to the beach club. There is a beautiful trail through the woods that takes you to the beach club. My wife and I and our 5 year daughter really enjoyed the experience of the trip through the woods. The beach club had multiple pools and spas with an infinity each pool and pools for the kids that are more shallow. Thank you John and Tracy for a save, clean and fun Airbnb experience.

I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

Jean and I stayed at the 302 for 3+ weeks in February 2025. The weather was awesome for this time of year ... with mostly 60 -70's a few rain days but not bad. Cynthia helped us to find many great places to go! Pickleball at Orange Beach Rec Center or the Gulf Shores Center... Zeke's, CoastAL, *Happy Pappy's, Ruby Slipper, Woodside restaurants ... Mardi Gras... a Harpist at the Shores Community Center. Although we didn't bring our bicycles, the biking trails were amazing. For $3 you can get an all day pass and visit the campgrounds at Gulf State Park which leads to the nature center and outdoor Pickleball courts. If you want to play a board game or card game but don't have a reservation, try the public lobby at "The Lodge" by Hilton on the Gulf. Be sure to stop first at the front desk for their free parking pass! Find some chairs outside and sit in the sun! All these places are close by. ...Very Safe community ....Bill and Jean

Everything went smoothly. Wish there was more pots and pans but everything was great. Close to the beach, pool was wonderful. People were great!

Our stay was very nice. Loved being so close to the gulf waters in quiet surroundings. Positives include: several beach towels with chair clips for the patio lounge chairs were provided, plenty of nice indoor towels, and loved the push button rocker recliners for TV watching or just chilling and looking out at the gulf through large doors/windows. Room sizes were generous and all remotes (lights, TV, fan) were labeled and easy to locate.

This condo was in a great location, right across the road from the beach. It was clean and in good working order. The view from the balcony was beautiful, which was a nice bonus.

I only gave 4 stars because the toilet had not been cleaned. I cleaned it myself with the cleaning products that were under the sink and the floors thru out the house had not been mopped. I walked on it barefoot and my feet were very dirty. Also the bed pillows were very flat. For the price and convenience to the beach I would definitely stay at Garys place again.
