Staying at Kimberly’s place felt just like being at home!! She has everything you need and more, right where you need it! There are games, drinks, snacks, lots of comfy seats, and surfaces for work or play. Fun lighting, a fire pit, fire table, and a fire place for ultimate relaxation and ambiance. Fully stocked kitchen for entertaining and cooking home cooked meals. Funny coasters and signs throughout the home made us all chuckle. Bathroom had all the basics for us to borrow. Even our dog had a great time, going in and out the dog door, sleeping on the dog bed, playing with all the toys. We had an excellent time here and would definitely stay again!!!! Loved our stay here! The location was perfect for a few days of beach therapy. The patios were our favorite part, we spent quite a bit of time sitting outside enjoying the breeze! Michael did a fantastic job of communicating with us ahead of time and telling us what to bring to make sure we had everything we needed for the trip. The “Fish Fantasy” sign made the house easy to sign even though our map tried to take us further down the road. The fenced-in yard was an added bonus that none of the other beach houses had that made it so much easier to let our dog out to do her business without us having to walk down with her. We didn’t have a single problem throughout our stay and we enjoyed every minute of it!

Our stay at Gerardo”s backyard oasis was exactly what we were looking for. The space was ample, clean, with a beautiful backyard. The quiet location was ideal, and also close to nearby convenient stores and HEB! A plus whe you have a big family. Gerardo was quick to answer any questions we had and very accommodating, providing us with what we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

what a wonderful experience staying at Graciela's! A perfect place for us to stay and explore the Hill Country and Kerrville. The space was so inviting and she made it extra special with wine when we arrived, along with other cold drinks available. The bed is super comfy, and the linens are very nice. The shower is great and there's nice big towels in the bath. The laundry facilities and iron & board were really helpful. The riverview is really awesome. Sitting out back you get to enjoy the view of wildlife on the river. Everything about staying there was great. Graciela and her sister are so very nice. They have a really nice space. Rebooking!

Pam was a great host and the place was beautiful. we were only there for 2 nights but Pam made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend

This was a bar set so high with his excellent customer service. My dad and I enjoyed our short time here but now have found a spot we will come back every time when we visit Sam Rayburn to fish. Extremely helpful and excellent service. I would give a higher rating if it was possible. Thanks Bob!

Great place to stay in Enterprise. Easy check-in and checkout. Nice covered parking. Quiet road. Everything is well labeled, easy to use, and organized. Appreciated.

It’s was a very cozy beach getaway while visiting my family I was very impressed with all of the amenities definitely will book again if I’m in the area again

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

A great place to stay in Rosenberg for 1 person (or maybe a cozy couple). I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. The house is in the middle of a nicely-maintained working-class neighborhood, with small churches every other block and roosters crowing in the morning and train horns sounding every half hour. The place felt homey and real. (And there's a fan in the bedroom to block out the noises when you're trying to sleep). I will definitely attempt to stay here for future seminars.

Great location and plenty of room. It was very cold during our visit- but heat worked and there were extra bankets. We would definitely stay here again. This place had everything you need and was easy to get to beaches, town and bases.

Great Place to take the Family Close walk to the beach ! Highly recommend

I enjoyed my stay tremendously. The only negative is that I was only there for one night. It was very clean & I loved the huge bathrooms, robes, and patio. Diana was spot on in describing the place and it was a short commute to get to the beach.

The location of this condo was absolutely perfect and exactly what we needed! Everything was described as it is and we didn’t have any issues, we felt right at home! Dave was very responsive before and during our stay and answered any questions I had! We cannot wait to return!!

Clint and Yolande are very sweet and communicative. Checked on us the first day to make sure everything was fine. Very hospitable and efficient. The place was beautiful and peaceful. Definitely would book with Clint and Yolande again!

Condo was clean and spacious and exactly as described and it’s located in a great location. Right across the street from Sharkys and Senor Frogs and beach access. Will definitely be booking with Lev again in the future

Great place, just as described. Everyone is right- the bed is amazing. Plenty of towels, tp, paper towels. Very, very clean on a quiet street. Even though we didn't get to use them, it's really cool that there are 2 electric scooters available to use. Very thoughtful!The only thing missing was no bakeware and no mixing bowls, though there are a couple of pots, skillets and a slow cooker, which is nice. Would definitely stay here again!
